Shrimp Fried Rice, Spring Roll, Egg Roll, Egg Drop Soup, Fried Chow Mein Noodles (hard, and Cheesecake
    Brandi P.

I was really feeling like I wanted Asian food and Wok'n World was delicious. I ordered the crunchy fried noodles, Shrimp Fried Rice (to share and packed to the top), Egg Drop soup, egg rolls, spring rolls, and for dessert some cheesecake. Everything was delicious, arrived hot, and even came in the cute Asian paper container feeling very authentic. I would definitely order from here again!

Probably the best Chinese food in Las Cruces. The bar is low, but the food is well priced and sized while not sacrificing taste.

First time eating here. Recommended by many co-workers. My husband and I each got the combo and…read moredecided to forego the lo mein and rice (keto diets). We got the Teriyaki Chicken, BBQ Pork, the last dish was chicken with veggies - there are a few flavor options for this, such as Bourbon Chicken, Kung Pao Chicken, Mushroom Chicken, etc. I got the Kung Pao. The food was pretty good. However, the chicken in the Kung Pao was kinda gross. It looked like it had been chewed and put back in there. Taste was "off". The Kung Pao is supposed to have some "heat" (flavor) to it, though it wasn't hot at all. Which was fine. We chose to get the meal without any added sauces. And everything was really good without sauce! The reason we do this is 1) Keto diet (sugar) and 2) (possibility of) MSG. Although, I don't think, from what we had, which was grilled with sauce, that there is MSG in their sauces. If so, very little. I can taste MSG, and I didn't taste it. The meats (except the Kung Pao) had a nice grill char to them which enhanced their flavor. We chose this place for lunch knowing that it was cafeteria style (dished/served by the employees) particularly, because one has only so much time for lunch when they are working. So it worked out very well. Very fast, with hardly any wait at all. I saw that one person who reviewed was upset with the cafeteria style service... I'm not sure what his qualm was. It isn't like random people are breathing on the food. It is the same people that cook it, so what is the problem.. And yes, food is served in styrofoam containers with plasticware. It IS a "fast food" Chinese restaurant afterall. Is it my favorite Chinese place in town. No. At least not at this time. Would we go back? Absolutely!

Pan fried dumplings : small, odd shape, served flipped tupside down apparently directly from the pan, and not all that crispy. Unfortunately, my fiancé and I were disappointed with what was brought to the table. While the portion sizes and cost-per-plate were very nice, the flavor seemed to miss. * Our Sesame Chicken just tasted like orange chicken with a bunch of sesame seeds on it * Xiao long baos were weirdly tangy? * SumSam dumplings were good in taste overall, but the dumpling wrapper fell apart very quickly when being picked up and the filling kept falling out. Our favorite dish we ordered though * Pork BBQ Bao was also good in flavor, but the bao felt a bit starchy and was hard to chew at times. Additionally when we arrived, the floors were sticky, the sauce jars at the table did not look recently cleaned, and there was still residual food under our table from previous patrons.

We got there around 11:30 and the place, that it is small was empty. The server got happy when we told her that we got recommended by a friend from Las Cruces. She told us that they were preparing a large to go order so we just arrived on time. She explained a few things on the extensive menu and pointed out to their lunch specials that cost $8.85. My wife ordered the Teriyaki chicken and I ordered the Tofu Homestyle option. The price includes a soup and either steamed or fried rice. The platter was generous, we liked specially the Hot & Sour Soup. After we arrived several customers came to eat there as well as picking up food. The server was fantastic, on of the best we ever had; very pleasant, fast and courteous. We will be back soon.
