This is a busy spot and something I appreciate is that it's always hot by the time I get back home. I drive across town 15 minutes bc the food is so good. On occasion it's so busy that I have to wait a few minutes for pick up but I would much rather the food be fresh from the kitchen than sitting in a shelf waiting to be picked up. Pros: Won ton soup still pretty good. And actually got a extra won ton. Cashew chicken was very good and the serving size was huge. Chicken subgum was also very good and lots of it. Cons: They have changed the rice. Used to be more of a sticky type. New stuff was very small grains and had the texture of couscous. Not appetizing at all. I made my own and discarded theirs. Egg drop soup...wow...horrible. Very salty. Not the nice yellow color of their previous version. The broth looked like used dish water. The drops of egg looked like they had been run through a blender. A real disappointment since this has been a very good soup in the past. Cannot comment on service or ambiance since they went to carry out when Covid hit and have not gone back to dine in. I think we will still order from here but I will just forget the soup and make my own rice.
