She said to come back next month with a bank statement to prove it was actually taken to get his refund, if needed. We sat there in awe being yelled at by the team so we kept our mouths shut and left. It was MY first time here (my friend said he and his family come often and order large amounts) and that they've never had problems. Although, he did say his family tends to pay in cash. The Orange Chicken was not pieces instead somehow I got a large clump of pieces stuck together. Some did not even have any sauce on them, most of the sauce was just at the bottom of the container like I was supposed to mix my own. The Shrimp Fried Rice was also not good. Instead of the rice being crispy and fried, it was soft and also just a ball of soggy rice. The House Plate was also pretty bad. Large pieces of vegetables not alot of noodles and tons of sauce at the bottom of the plate instead of everything else. Honestly I know this is hard to believe but I would have rather had Panda Express and thats saying something. Needless to say I wont be back.

Food was ok, meaning i was very very let down. Customer comes first. Tip should be optional. A lot to improve. Restrooms were baddd. Service was very very rude. Overweight/ mexican server early 40's literally chased my relative out because no tip was given. Food was old, found hairs (plural) in my food. I didn't wanna bash em but what do you expect for the east side. Ill rather buy from the Noodle House. Food is always great and fresh. Customer service is awesome. Sorry China House. Seems like you should change there name to left overs that are warmed up. Seems like your business went in the shitter. Maybe your toilet is reflecting your business. Hardly working and nasty. Ordered orange chicken and chicken fried rice. The orange chicken was soggy and had no flavor. The quality of the chicken was poor in that all of it was either chicken thighs or wing parts. The chicken fried rice smelled burnt like the wok was not cleaned out from previous cooking. Found most of the vegetables had burned marks on them.
