I drove from Olney to Reisterstown to buy and pickup a TV and decided to eat here because I thought this China Jade is another store location or of a chain related to China Jade Rockville, which I regularly go to, though they said the two China Jade restaurants are not related. Regardless, I was happy with the food here, was fresh, tender and neatly prepared! I ordered American-Chinese take out: beef fried rice, beef and broccoli, lomein, and kung pao chicken. hat are a variety of combo options. It's hard to find high quality Chinese food in Reisterstown area, and China Jade is one of them. If you're in Reisterstown, give this family-run establishment a try! read more

Small portions , ordered fried rice got white rice , ordered king pao and had no spice or heat at all , asked for a receipt was told they couldn't give me one . Very disappointing . Definitely won't be back read more

Awful service. Ordered ahead. Food not ready when arrived. When we got it home, all was cold, mushy and old!!!!! Called to speak to a manager to complain. Called three times that night and three times the next day. That night the phone was placed down on counter twice, for long periods of time, and the third time I was hung up on!!! During one of the times I was put "on hold" I could hear another patron complaining that they had been waiting an hour!!! The next day, twice I was hung up on and then the third time phone was placed on counter again.....for an extremely long time while I could hear employees arguing. We use to go here often but new ownership is AWFUL . Will never return. How on earth do you hang up on a customer asking to speak to a manager??? read more

As soon as I walked in, I noticed the floor was dark and cruddy, as if the floor hadn't been washed in years, or ever for that matter. I looked past the intense crust and made my order. I asked for 3 lo mein dishes and a side of fried chicken. The cashier/cook told me that wait wouldn't be long, so I sat next to the customer. I recognized her as a person I know. We started to catch up, and it turned out that she had been waiting for a 20 Pc chicken meal for about 45 minutes. We wait a few more minutes; my wait time has been about 40 minutes now, and hers about 1hr30min. I then asked the cashier/cook how much longer it would take, and she brought out a grease-covered paper bag. I opened it to check if it was my food, wondering why it took so long. It was the 20 pc chicken the other customer had ordered. As I opened the bag, it reeked of rancid oil, and the chicken was visibly raw and a singular coal-colored drumstick. I informed the customer that it was their order. She peeked inside the grease-coated bag and immediately asked for a refund. The cashier/cook argued, and the cashier/cook wanted to return only $3 out of $40. I was stunned, so I asked about my food. She went back into the kitchen and ransacked the place, "Audable rumageing " she 5 returned with my lo mein, and it was 5 noodles drowned in soy sauce with some crusty substance on the side. I then also asked for a refund, and she complied but then tried to keep my receipt when asked. This is the first and last time that I ever visit this restaurant. They are disgraceful and disgusting. read more

I ordered three simple things from here. This is my first time ordering from Beyond Menu for China Jade. 1 Qt. Won Ton Soup 1 Qt. Chicken Noodle Soup. 1 Qt. Beef lo-mein. When you read won ton soup and chicken noodle soup. What comes to your mind? Chicken broth and wontons, right? How about chicken noodle soup? Chicken broth, noodles, veggies and chicken right? I got this BLACK liquid with the worst tasting wontons ever. Two bites and I was done. The chicken noodle soup was the same BLACK (SOY SAUCE BLACK) liquid tasting like dirty soap water with lo mein and the same chicken used for chicken lo mein, no veggies, nothing else. It looked like it had been made by the 3 Stooges using a raw chicken and a shoe. "Oh, Hell, No" as they say in these parts. Keep on walking. I threw it all out. Very good spot hidden off of Main Street in a strip mall dominated by Bubbs Deli. Shrimp fried rice was overflowing out of container and was very tasty !!and the Crab Rangoon was shaped like little purses and larger than any I've seen before. Very very very good. I've ordered from here twice now. Each time delivery arrives within a reasonable amount of time and the delivery guy is friendly. My first order I got shrimp fried rice, and much like the other review here it was overflowing. That's great. I also got teriyaki sticks, which tasted fine... not the best I've had but decent, woulda been better with more sauce.... As it happens, there *was* more sauce. All over the bottom of my bag. And my rice container. And everything else I ordered. Just taking it out of the bag made a mess of my desk at work. Not great. Today I tried again. Ordered sushi this time. My standard for takeout sushi isn't high. Just has to be edible and better than the stale, bland, vomit-inducing rolls sold at grocery stores. To their credit, the California roll was tasty. The rest... No. Got a tempura shrimp roll. The shrimp was NOT made with sweet tempura batter but was instead that pre breaded shrimp you buy at the dollar store frozen section. Utter crap. And for a fried roll, it wasn't hot. It tasted like it'd been laying around for a while. The other roll I got I never even tasted. I threw it out because it smelled like it went over a week ago. Up until now I have not found a really great Chinese food delivery. Not only did we get delivery but great food. This is the 2nd time I have ordered and both had super fast polite delivery guys. The food is good quality and hot. I will return and let my friends know. read more

11/26/17 Me and my coworkers orders food from them 3 orders of Crab Rangoon and a order of sweet and sour chicken with a regular bottle of ginger ale. They advertise on their menu 10% off any price of $18 or more our order came up close to $19. Delivery was fast that was good the driver noticed they forgot my soda so he gave me the money back he felt bad about it that wasn't his fault. However when he left and we started to give each other our food they had only given us 1 sauce for sweet and sour chicken and 3 orders of crab Rangoon's. Now at this point I'm not happy because this was supposed to be shared let alone that's not enough for everyone. I called and talked to the clerk who answered he told me I don't get that sauce with my crab Rangoon's and yelled at me as well saying if I wanted it then I can come get it. I stated sir you also forgot my drink I ordered and your driver was nice enough to give me my money back since you all forgot to pack it for me. I actually enjoyed the food but not happy with the service I have gotten and how I'm being yelled at as if I did something wrong that's not how you conduct customer service. I guess since they gave me a 10% that I wouldn't notice what I was missing from my food and they didn't want to do anything to fix it. I work in customer service and not ever have I treated a customer the way he has done to me. I will not be buying food from them any longer I'll keep going to Peking House. read more
