China Inn has an extremely friendly staff. The food is always ready very quickly with larger portions than other local options.

My wife and I have been here several times and this place is the best on the Merritt Island. We have been to just about every restaurant here on Space Coast and really love the quality of the food and the service at China Inn. We even had them deliver as well. We live North of the barge canal - no issues. They listen and will adjust to your taste. I LOVE spice and heat - they deliver on all areas. It's hard now to go any where else. read more

For years this was my favorite Chinese place in Merritt Island. I've recommended it to many of my friends but I won't anymore. It always tasted fresh, delivery was quick, employees were nice until about 6+ months ago. The food tastes completely different, I don't know if they got a new cook or a new owner but the past 2 times it hasn't even been worth eating. A couple weeks ago, my friend ordered delivery. The order was placed around 6pm, the food didn't arrive until after 8pm. The food was cold. He called multiple times to complain about how long the delivery was taking, then about how his food was cold. They said they'd call back. They didn't. He called again to say he wanted his money back. They demanded that in order for him to receive his money back, he must bring the food back (on a delivery order). One time when I still liked this restaurant, I received the wrong food. The driver came back to bring me the right food but they said I had to give the wrong order back (which I didn't want anyway). It's shocking that they make you give your messed up food back. I hope they dispose of it and don't put it back in the pot for someone else.... Overall, me and my friends are highly disappointed. This was one of my / our top choices for delivery. And we'd order multiple times a month. read more

This place has been changed to new owner and it totally different than previous people used to work here , it got worse , both women at the counter couldn't understand English and sometimes call in order by phone the woman was rude and impatient, they used to be very good from customers service or the tastes of food now very disappointed , called for delivery, they can't pack the food nicely unlike before always nice and tight ... we won't go back and just going to find another good one in town . read more

This is the best Chinese on the island and taste awesome. They prepare your food quickly and they have a large menu with plenty of tasty items. They are also open all the time. They were open during one of the hurricanes last year as my family purchased dinner from there. read more

It's not that the food tasted bad but this place is a bit overpriced. Most Chinese restaurants include crackers with the soup for free. This place doesn't give out crackers at lunch and makes you pay for it. Additionally, their four chicken wings and roast pork fried rice combo is $8.60. The chicken wings alone cost $5.15 and the roast pork fried rice alone costs $4.85. You could get the chicken wings combo or order the chicken wings and rice separately for much cheaper elsewhere. I don't know why it's so expensive here. We will never come here again and we do not recommend. read more

DON'T EVER USE YOUR BANK CARD HERE! I called to place a order. We eat here a couple times a week because the cook is great. The girl they have running the counter is a different story. She has a ugly attitude a rolls her eyes everytime we go there. She also gives us a different total everytime even though we always order the same thing. ( it only differs by a dollar or two each time but its the principle) This time we place a delivery order over the phone. I tell her to put a partial payment on the card and i would pay the rest cash. She said no problem and i give her the card information. Then she tells me she charged my card the whole amount but "its ok right" because now i dont need to give her cash!!! After all the fighting she told me to call my bank tomorrow because she cant cancel the charge tonight!!! I then call my bank for them to tell me that China Inn placed a second charge for $33.33 on my card ten minutes after the first inital charge! She sent my account into over draft and my bank took money from my savings to cover it and she refused to do anything or even apologize! She told me that she wouldnt do anything unless i brought paperwork from the bank! Fortunately my bank stopped payment to them and put my money back because i was able to contact them before it posted if not i would have had to wait 7 to 10 business days to get a refund of almost $70 they charged me for under $40 worth of food i never received! Even worse my children had to wait untill 9 oclock to get dinner because of their screw up! I have never been treated this way by a business we frequently visit! These people only care about the dollar and its a shame because the food is amazing! I know we will take the hundreds of dollars a month we spend their somewhere else until the nasty attitude filled eye rolling female is no longer there for us to deal with read more

Bourbon chicken was terrible!! Been there many times. I figured since I spent $50 and left a $10 tip, i would take the boubon chicken back to get something else in exchange. They were so rude. It bothered me and I called when I got home. All I can say is i will take my business somewhere else. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! read more
