The service is ok, the delivery guy is nice but can be rude sometimes. Service can be slow depending how late you order. I order from here a lot and it's always a hit or miss. It will not take longer than 45 minutes on a given day and usually will come in 30 minutes. My go-to order is General Tso's chicken and boneless spare ribs. I ordered chicken chow mein and instead received an order of garlic chicken with white rice. I called the restaurant to inform them about the mix up. I was placed on hold to wait to speak to the manager. He insisted that chow mein does not come with noodles. Chow mein literally is noodles at any other restaurant. Mein means noodle in chinese. The manager insisted that I had received the correct order and did not offer compensation or a solution, instead waiting until I hung up the phone. The food here was amazing. Sweet and sour chicken was what i ordered and is what i got. I really liked you can add what you want as a side instead of just white rice or brown rice. Never matters what I order because everything is always tasteful (general Tso's chicken, chicken or shrimp with broccoli, shrimp lo mein, etc.) I can literally go on and on but this review will be too long and no will read it through. I have been through, at other places, ordering experiences over the phone that were not so friendly to say the least....however CK is a rare breed indeed. Always nice, quick, and easy over the phone and they never rush to hang up when you're about to ask the price (like at other places in the neighborhood). Deliveries are always on time and even the delivery guys are friendly which is a plus! AND they never forget your free soda if the order is more than $10. Not very memorable Chinese food. However, in this neighborhood, one might be hard pressed to find better. My kung pao pork was fine, but there was nothing remarkable about it. The pork was plentiful and had some flavor. The vegetable selection was mixed and included mushrooms, baby corn, bamboo shoots, green peppers, celery, and onions. They weren't overcooked, and everything was coarsely chopped for efficiency. There was no heat though which was unfortunate. Also, while not an issue for me, I found the portion of rice to be comically too much. The egg roll I had was decent. This is the chinese delivery place I've been SEARCHING for!!!!!!!! The orange chicken was delicious. A little bit spicy but I loved that about it. The white rice was the perfect amount of sticky and the chewiness was perfect. We also ordered sweet and sour chicken that was delicious. The first time our food was delivered they forgot the sauce, so we gave them a call, and about 10 minutes after we called they were at our door again with a huge thing of sweet and sour sauce, along with MORE sweet & sour chicken apologizing profusely. He was so so kind and it was very obvious that customer service is important to them. I've ordered from here twice, both delivery. The bad thing is that you have to order at least $12-15 worth of food before they deliver so if you're ordering for yourself you should consider that. Other then that, the portions are HUGE. I ordered the smallest size of everything and it all came in quart size containers, probably because everything major items comes paired with rice. The food is pretty good. The only thing I would note is that the sesame chicken and chinese donuts are a little dry, but still good enough to eat. I will be ordering from here again. read more

The delivery time, price, and most of the food was good. However, I ordered a quart of chow mein and it came as a box of vegetables in sauce with bags of crackers as the "noodle" component. I've never heard of chow mein being served like this but when I called for a refund the lady told me that she had made the order correctly. Very strange stuff. The general tso's chicken, wonton soup, garlic vegetable, and "chow mein" vegetable slop were all tasty, but I rly missed the chow mein noodles and the sweet and sour chicken had questionable breading that made it mediocre. read more
