We ordered online and picked up at the store. My husband was a little bit early and waited for the food to be done. When he got home (a 6 minute drive) his food was cold. He ordered broccoli in garlic sauce, but received broccoli in beef sauce and it was cold. When I called the restaurant the lady kept telling me I was wrong, that the food was not cold. When I told her it was also the wrong sauce/order she told me all the sauces are the same and I am wrong about my order. Every time I tried to talk she kept talking over me and telling me over and over again that she knows my husband picked it up and it was not cold and that the sauce is all the same. The rice is also horrible. It tasted minute rice from the microwave. I did get tofu in orange sauce and my daughter got lemon chicken, and those were good. My daughter also got crab ragoons and she said they were not good, and she loves crab rangoons. It was a very mixed quality of food. read more

Great customer service! I came in to pick up a to go order and it was ready as soon as I walked in they had told me 20 minutes. I arrived 10 minutes after I ordered just to check the place out before I picked up my food in case of traffic, and it was already ready for me. They were very prompt and kind. The menu is very large and I guarantee could find anything you like here I always recommend trying one or two dishes because everything is so good. We ordered from here for years, and it was our favorite. I'm not sure what happened in the last year or so (maybe they have new owners); but all of our favorite dishes taste totally different and are not close to the level of taste as before. We have ordered 3 different times in the last 6 months, hoping it was just an off night the time before...but 3 times in a row with such low quality is enough for us. Service is amazing. I came in at 9:40 and saw the sign that said they closed at 9:30. They welcomed me so sweetly and asked if I needed anything. I told them it's 9:40 are you still open, they hesitated and said are you hungry? I said yes but if your kitchen is closed I don't want to bother. They said NO, what would you like. Rest is history. My wife and I considered this our favorite Chinese restaurant for many years, but no more. We both ordered cashew chicken and the orders had hardly any chicken or cashews. 95% of the food was crisp vegetables. Additionally, my wife ordered hers spicy and it was not. Finally, the my wife ordered fried rice which was a $2 up charge and it was very plain. We were never charged for fried rice before either. What can I say? It's your usual Chinese takeout food. After a night of binge drinking, my friend and I were craving something fast, cheap, and greasy. China King hit the spot for us. But like I said, we were hungover and tired so our taste buds were not at 100%. We ordered the Sesame Chicken and Garlic Chicken lunch specials (onree foh tenty fai - $4.25), both with fried rice. My friend didn't want the little pork pieces in the fried rice because she said it makes it too salty, so we requested it plain which they obliged. The lunch specials come with your choice of soup, egg roll, or crab rangoon (aka cream cheese wonton). We got the crab rangoon and ordered a separate wonton soup. We also got a couple of, I think, 32oz sodas. I've never been to the actual restaurant, but my friend told me everything is made to order so it is fresh. The Sesame chicken had a little too much breading for me, but it was decent. The vegetables were fresh, but started to brown about halfway through. Delivery was quick and the food was still hot when we chowed down. For all that including free delivery (for orders over $12) the total was only $12.73. Oh my garsh, so chip! I am not a big fan of Chinese food to begin with because the meat is questionable. With that being said I always get plain fried rice with extra egg and crab rangoon. Ordered about $30+ worth of food last night for the family. Took an hour to get here. Tipped $5. Got everything out ready to eat because we were all starving and was extremely disappointed that my rice was full of meat. I called and they offered a credit for next time. There will be no next time so even though I ordered delivery because I didn't want to leave my house and paid for the service I still had to get my happy ass in my car and drive up there or else I wasn't eating dinner. Order my food at 630pm. Tried cancelling at830 would not let me. I have eaten here before wasn't bad. However tonite was the worse food, customer service, from the man who took my order and lied and said it was picked up around 8 so i wouldn't cancel till when it actually was ready at 853pm. No problems with service, speed, or the friendliness of the staff, but the food did not taste fresh - it tasted old and like it had been in the freezer too long. My family and I are not picky, but we could not finish our meal. The only good item we had off the menu was the crab rangoon, thus I'm allowing 2 stars instead of just 1. Tried this restaurant for the first time tonight. First impression, the place has seating, but you can't sit. All of the tables are either dirty or have peoples belongings (coats, backpacks, old food in the metal containers from the kitchen and condiments and bags from other fast food restaurants) on them that didn't belong to other diners, so I'm guessing it belongs to the people who work there. They also had old food sitting out on the dining tables and who knows what else. It looks like the staff lives there and throws their stuff all over the dining room and doesn't clean up after themselves. The food was uneventful and the place was iffy, so we are going to try someplace else next time. read more
