I tried takeout at this Chinese restaurant on Monday evening after two other places were closed on Monday. Ordering was easy on the website, and the food was ready around the time they said it would be. Portions were on the smaller side, and the taste was average. I would use them if nothing else was open, but would probably try other places if they were open. read more

Ordered takeout; egg roll and Szechuan beef. Presentation of both looked great. Egg roll tasted as good as any egg roll . The vegetables in the Szechuan beef looked fine the beef looked washed out. Vegetables tasted okay. The beef tasted different from beef and was rubbery. Ended up eating the vegetables and throwing the beef out. Just tried this chinese restaurant and honestly it was delicious. I don't live near many good chinese restaurants but moving down to fl has changed that. I have to admit I have been here several times for takeout and the food was good but tonight was different. Tonight I ordered the chicken and broccoli and it was delightful! Chicken was cooked perfectly and broccoli had a little bit of a crunch but it was definitely not raw and not overcooked. I guess you could call it al dente. They will make nearly anything you want any way you like. Extra spicy? Yep. Swap in lo mein? Sure. They always pay attention and get it right. We were impressed with all the Covid precautions taken from ordering in store to getting the food handed to you through a plexiglass cube. The food was fresh and hot since we live so close. We ordered the house lo mein and kung pao chicken. The lo mein was okay very light on the meat but overall pretty good. The kung pao chicken should be renamed kung pao celery because there was barely any chicken in it. I tried to eat around the celery (and I like celery) but couldn't do it. It was the only thing you tasted. It was like a hundred stalks were used for this dish alone. I may try this place again but I definitely won't be "craving" any Chinese any time soon. read more

I had the pineapple chicken dinner with a side egg roll. Very good. This is my favorite Chinese food in St. Augustine. You can order online and they'll tell you when it will be ready. It always is. I showed up early, and had my dog in the car, so I had to wait in the car. The owner's son brought my food out to me in the car! What a great family business. I'm always looking to support local mom and pop shops, and if you like Chinese, you'll want to try them! The price is reasonable, and you get a LOT of food. The Fried Rice was better than other usual place. The egg rolls were terrible.... just soaked in oil. The Beef with veggies was ok. My daughter enjoyed the Sweet and Sour chicken. Hunan Shrimp was ok, tasted like old cheap seafood. I was hopeful for a different Chinese take out place. read more

Great food, friendly service, family owned and operated. You can order online using an app called Beyond Menu. Our food is always piping hot and fresh. They will make your food as spicy as you like.
