We've been to Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, countless hotels, and restaurants all over the place, and this is the first restaurant where the host proactively asked about food allergies before we were even seated. Our server, Dom, was phenomenal. He never stopped smiling, even though one of my kids flagged him down at least 10 times throughout the meal. He carefully double-checked the allergy information, communicated it to the rest of the staff, and checked on us frequently to make sure everything was perfect. What truly set this experience apart was the level of care from the entire team. The manager and chef both came to our table to speak with us personally, explain the meaning behind the special purple pick, and ensure we felt completely comfortable and cared for. And the food?
