Taste: 4/5 Value: 5/5 Ambiance: 3/5 Good portions sizes if you're looking for Chinese takeout. They do have indoor seating available but the atmosphere feels more like it's designed for togo orders. We were very happy with our portion sizes given the low cost. Food was decent and quick, our orders were ready in 15 minutes.

The food tastes great consistenly and you can customize your preferences with order. They are better with the time estimates given for pick up orders. The staff is friendly and location easy to park.

I was craving Chinese food and wanted to try a different spot than my normal. Made a good choice I was really hungry and wanted to taste test a lot lol I ordered via Uber eats which was delivered within in the timeframe suggested. The delivery person was efficient with picking up and delivering my order. I got sesame chicken with chicken fried rice, boneless spare ribs with pork fried rice, wings and fries. Side of egg rolls and wonton soup. Everything was good no complaints at all. It was good overall.

China Brothers Restaurant has been in business for several years now and my biggest complaint of them is their inconsistency. Not like an off night inconsistency, but that it can go from decent to absolute hideous at any given time and there is no in-between. Have you ever seen the "Seinfeld" episode where Jerry meets the girl and her looks change on the lighting? Think something like that, just at a far harsher extreme. Chinese food around here has kind if been in a decline and it would be great to find a place where I know that I can find good Chinese food and that it remains consistent. Unfortunately, this place appears that it won't be a solution to my dilemma and become my go-to New York style takeout type Chinese food. As for a few plus points, it is in a nice strip center located next to the strip plaza that has the Publix on Dean Road. It is also next to the Wendy's. There is plenty of parking. However, the food just does not warrant me driving over here (it is maybe a ten to fifteen minute drive from my house). I guess I will give it a three star () rating. Ultimately though, I cannot give it my recommendation.

Want to wait 90 minutes for Chinese food. Come here. Look at the smiling staff.

Over 90 minutes wait for our takeout. Horrible. Will Never go here again. No apologies. Nothing here is a photo of the non existent customer service. They told me 30 minutes. It was 90. I called at 6:46 pm. Got my food at 8:15 pm. I hate this place. I will never go here again.

Food and service is great! We go here often and it's always consistent! Leave them a little tip if you can cause they deserve it and it's always appreciated

I am used to New York Chinese food. Is this place even close? Please only answer if you have had Chinese Food in New York (metro area)

I lived in NY the first 20 years of my life & visit often as my parents still live there. This is the closest you're going to get to NY Chinese food, outside of Southern FL at least.

The xiao long bao (soup dumplings) are so good; but so was everything else. Prices are moderate, but well worth every penny. The setting is great, feels Asian but is quite comfortable for most Americans. The service was the only area that wasn't great. I'm giving them a pass because of the time of day we visited. The team was friendly and ready to help but had to be waved down when we needed things. Bottom line... we will return when we're in the area again!

We waited 15 more minutes (20 minutes from being seated) and we flagged down a server to take our order. Another party got tired of waiting and just left. The restaurant was only 30% full so there was no excuse for this. However the food came out in about 12 minutes after ordering which is not bad. The food was delicious! We got the house knife cut noodles, pan fried Peking duck buns, and the bok choy with garlic. Everything was excellent. The noodles were so tasty with the beef being the best. The boiled egg is a little odd but it was still good. The Peking duck buns were so good! I am convinced that the only reason this place is still in business is because the food is so good that it offsets the terrible service If you have a lot of time and don't mind waiting for your food. I definitely recommend trying this place. Other people had better luck with the service but I saw at least one other person say that the service was bad. The food is 5 star but the service is 2 star so I gave it a 4 overall.

Besides that I really loved the chee cheong fun with xo sauce and the fried shrimp balls. Maybe because we went on a Monday they didn't do the dim sum carts which I love. But then again, the restaurant isn't too big so I feel like they usually don't do the carts. But this is a way to ensure all the food you're getting is fresh though! I do wish the dim sum menu was a little more varied. I feel like a few staples that I normally gravitate towards weren't there. But there was still enough to have a good filling meal.
