Lovely ambiance and great food quality. Certainly a head above other restaurants in the area for quantity and value.

I love this place! But are they reopening any time soon ? I've heard yes and no. I have been waiting for almost a year and a half.

It's your typical Chinese buffet. Good variety of food, and fast service. Inexpensive too. Good place to stop by for lunch.

Decent food, small selection. The service left much to be desired. But not terrible for a cheap lunch

I think that also deserves mention because it was very yummy. the chicken was rather moist. I think it could have been a little bit more moist but no complaints. huge portions. great time was had by all and let's not forget the crab rangoon that was a showstopper absolutely do not skip on that and then my boyfriend really liked the egg roll but I don't do egg rolls but I did try this one and I do have to say that I was impressed .

Ordered take out from here last night. First time and we'll for sure be back! Good sized portions…read more The Crab Rangoon actually has flavor. We went to another Chinese place in Toledo and the Rangoon had zero flavor, so it was a pleasant surprise. Could definitely taste the cream cheese and onion flavor. I ordered Chicken with vegetables and white rice. All of that was delicious and filling. I only ate half. It does come with a pork egg roll - which I didn't realize - so I ordered a shrimp egg roll. Egg roll was good and had a lot of cabbage. Didn't really care for the duck/plum sauce packets and opted for the sauce that came with the crab Rangoon.

I have ordered carryout from this restaurant for several years, as well as from other Chinese…read moreRestaurants, and have to say they have earned a solid 5 stars for best Chinese carryout imo! As a self-acclaimed special order person, I recognize that I may be annoying to a busy carryout business... but I've finally cracked the code here! The last two orders, I've kept it simple. Today for dinner, ordered for two people. By the way, they only take phone orders and no longer online. I ordered a large Won Ton Soup; a Vegetable Egg Foo Young with sauce on the side- and was told they always put it on the side (yay!). For myself, I ordered the steamed Chicken and Broccoli with a side of garlic sauce. Nothing too complicated. I was told the total cost would be $27.99 (from memory) - which is a great value these days and considering the generous portions of delicious food! (Sorry, getting ahead of myself!) The ambiance is very basic, as you would expect from a strictly carryout business. However, everything looked clean. Most importantly, their inspection score was 100/100 and that perfect score reassured me that everything in the kitchen was health compliant. The customer service is always consistently friendly. The order was ready on time and everything was nicely packaged in containers that ensured minimal leakage, if any. The orders both came with lots of rice and generous containers of sauces- more than we needed. My mom highly approved of her Vegetable Egg Foo Young and the sauce. She said it wasn't greasy, although fried. It came with 3 huge patties! The Won Ton Soup is always a winner in her book, although it went in the fridge for tomorrow. My Steamed Chicken with Broccoli was perfect. Chicken was burried underneath lots of fresh, green broccoli and the Garlic Sauce was the perfect balance of spicy and garlic; again, far more sauce than I needed. I would estimate that this meal portion will provide three or more meals. Check out the photos below. Highly recommend this spot for high quality and delicious Chinese carryout!

The staff were all extremely friendly and conscientious of our needs. They made good recommendations and let us know they could accommodate for certain things on the menu such as the spice level. The restaurant is extremely dark inside, although the traditional decor is pretty cool and gives the place some character. Prices were fair, but the service was slow, and our server repeatedly forgot things we asked for throughout the meal. To make matters worse, their credit card machines were down during our visit. The biggest issue was the food. Most of it was extremely greasy. The green onion pancakes were basically grease sponges with almost no flavor. The fried rice wasn't really fried rice at all. It tasted like plain white rice with a few vegetables mixed in and lacked any of the flavor or texture you'd expect. The Szechuan chicken was also disappointing and wasn't something we'd order again. There were a couple of bright spots. The orange chicken was flavorful, and the scallops were cooked well and were probably the best dish we had. Overall, while the prices were reasonable and there were a few good dishes, the overly greasy food, inconsistent quality, forgetful service, and payment issues left us underwhelmed. I wanted to like this place, but based on our experience, I don't see us coming back. Two stars because there were a few positives, but they weren't enough to outweigh the negatives.
