Lady on the line was informative and polite. It is an official UPS store located within Hilton hotel. The store and hotel can be reached from any terminal, after one exits the secure section of the airport. This UPS store charges a handling fee. Quotes $10 for a 15 pound box. Fee imo is high. I doubt I will use this facility, given the high handling fee. Just be forewarned. Best wishes everyone.

The employee at the store said " I can absolutely not allow you to use our $700 scale to weigh your package because we don't make any money that way." From my understanding UPS Stores are individually owned and have a right to allow or not allow services based on their discretion. Regardless of the fact that it was still being shipped through UPS and they are a UPS Store. Package ended up weighing 1lb10oz so it wasn't a large or extremely heavy package that would break their $700 scale.
