This is the first time I had seen/tasted imitation crab meat in a hot and sour soup. I'd flag the waitress down to let her know the soup was cold and if she can bring me another or warm it up for me. She gave me an annoying look and took the soup back to the kitchen. The Asian bbq ribs come out then the shrimp toast a few minutes later. The shrimp toast looks appealing. It looks more like pepper steak then Mongolian beef. It was again too salty. There was more bell pepper than beef. The beef was slice small. The moo shu pork come out already wrap?? Which confuse me. Most of the time the thin rice pancake is on the side and moo shu pork is a little sweet and savory that comes with plum sauce so you can spread as little or lot of plum sauce into the rice pancake then top it off with moo shu pork. Since it was all roll up...it was very messy trying to pull it open to put the plum sauce. The dish lack favors...it had a char like taste. Usually moo shu pork is very flavorful and fill with flavorful juice from the ingredients like cabbages, bamboo, onion, mushrooms and eggs. There was no favor except a char taste. I have eaten here before a long time ago and it's definitely not the same taste/food and experience. We pack the food home so we can get a second opinion from other family members and the results were the same. I would never recommend for anyone looking for Asian cuisine. But if you like America/Asian cuisine/atmosphere then this is a place for you.
