The chicken was yellow and slimy, the vegetables had a strange tobacco like odor, and the egg rolls tasted like they had been sitting out for days. When my mom went back to request a refund, the woman at the front was very unpleasant. She shoved the food back in my mom's face, made an inappropriate comment about her appearance, and acted extremely rude. She even behaved the same way toward another customer while she was there. This place is amazing. The flavor is right from China. Very much authentic in every way. Only 2-3 tables to dine in but the place for Chinese food by far. We don't go anywhere else. A couple of times we ate inside; people coming and going and the phone was ringing off the hook. They also know how to bring the HEAT with authentic flavor. Great chinese place for delivery or take out. Food is made fresh and hot on delivery. The one time they forgot something the staff was quick to correct the mistake. The only food we didn't care for are the steamed dumplings. The General Tsos chicken, fried rice, chinese mixed vegetables are all good and reasonably priced. The eggrolls are ok, I have had better. They check to make sure their deliveries have everything and staple the bags shit for the drivers so there is some assurance you delivery will not be tampered with. China wok has been my go to for the past few years full the food was always very tasty, consistent and plentiful - it was a good value for the money. The customer service was above average for a Chinese restaurant, they actually had people who are willing to speak English and take your order without being upset. Within the recent month or two, I have noticed a steady decline in the quality of what was being provided. There was a lot less protein in any of the dishes and a lot more rice, you can even tell that they were using cheaper oil. The prices, however, remained the same and even got higher for some items. The customer service remains the same, but unfortunately, I will not be returning here as my food does not equate any value to what I paid. The highlights are as follows, Food taste good. It's basically your typical Chinese fast food. However, they answered the phone quickly and got our order correct. The prices are average and the food amout was pretty big. 2 meals for sure.
