I Chicken & Broccoli and it comes in a savory brown sauce. Really tasty! There are also shaved bits of carrots. My husband had the Orange Chicken combo. The orange chicken is chunks of fried chicken (dark meat). We said to go light on the spice and it was good. Just a hint of spice like that of Panda Express level. My mother had Hot & Sour soup spicy and it was too spicy. She also got fried wontons and they were very delish. The egg rolls are very tasty. Nice good crunch. All in all very good!! We ordered to go. They are very simple and basic Chinese food. We called to order, as they don't have it available on their website. Grubhub and other apps had it available. Pork lo mein lunch combo with fried rice and an egg roll. Very large portion and it was hot. We also had general tso. Prices are average, we will continue to order from here. read more

I placed an order over the phone and went to pick it up in person. When I arrived, not one staff member acknowledged me. Three employees saw me standing there and still chose to ignore me, while a white customer was helped without hesitation. I walked out after waiting and being completely dismissed--honestly, the customer service was horrible. Whether it was a race issue or just bad service, either way, it was unacceptable. When someone from the store called me afterward, I calmly explained that I had already been in the store and walked out due to being ignored. Instead of apologizing or taking accountability, the woman on the phone got defensive and started arguing with me. Very unprofessional, very disappointing. read more

I hardly come out to Bayside Lakes because there's not a lot going on there yet. I usued to go to the Chinese place next to Publix on Malabar but happened to stop Lins Garden out; this place is hands down better. I mean, Chinese Take out is what it is but Lins Garden just taste better and its close by. There were comments about the kids taking orders; that's what happens at a lot of family owned/operated businesses. The kids are junior or high school aged and are learning the business and work ethics. Additionally, they are a pair of the most courteous and friendly "kids" that I've seen in a business lately - unless you count Publix. Keep in mind that these kids are helping take care of their family and seem to be prideful about their roles (likely not getting a check). This is one reason I didn't want my mom to open a restaurant; I'm lazy like that - hence, ordering Chinese take out. Anyway, the food is good, prices are good, and the service is good. read more

Nice portions and also came with a coke if you order during lunch time. Make sure you're very specific about what you want when ordering and check your bag before you leave or else you could end up with the wrong order. Friend who ordered with me ordered bourbon chicken which came very over done. Assuming the food wasn't cooked fresh. My family and I have been customers for years and spend over $60 plus on a regular weekly basis. The past two weeks the food has been terrible and poorly prepared.The owners children were doing a great job but they and the entire business have lost us as customers do to plain bad food prep.If we wanted frozen stir fry we would buy it at Publix but certainly were not prepared for the demise of this business.We will find a new provider who does not sell such a poor product and have inferior cooks to boot.All of her previous customers that have complained were ignored just like I will be.Shame on you unhappy mother and rude daughter. read more

It's decent take-out Chinese food for the price. So far I've only had their chicken chow mein (large portion) for around $9.00. For the amount of food you get, the price isn't bad. I've never had an issue with my order and it's always ready in about 15 min. The taste is fairly bland, but vegetables are still crunchy and chicken tastes ok. Rice is good. The fried noodles are of a different kind then I'm used to. They have a somewhat sweet taste so I'm not a fan. As far as the staff go, they are a typical strip mall take-out Chinese owned/operated restaurant. Their main priority is to make food, get money and take care of each other. They may not always be completely customer oriented and have their kids working or playing in the lobby (to avoid child care cost). That said, I've never had an issue and the young woman who takes the order is always courteous. I haven't yet witnessed any health/cleanliness issues from across the counter. Overall, this food is pretty bad for you with the sodium content, oils used and quality of meat, but if you're getting Chinese takeout chances are that's not your concern. So I don't frequent this place, but when I go back I'll try something else. read more

I have ordered 3 times from Lin's Garden. I had posted that they had the BEST egg rolls I ever had. However, yesterday the egg rolls were burnt, the dumplings mushy and undercooked and the orange chicken inedible. Very disappointed!
