Pretty standard neighborhood Chinese restaurant. The food is ready quickly and the items taste fresh. We've ordered the beef lo mein, veg fried rice, egg foo young, crab Rangoon, spring rolls and egg rolls twice now. The lo mein is okay plenty of meat though; the fried rice has a good amount of fresh and well cooked veggies. The egg foo young has been good (tried chicken and pork), but the gravy is the highlight (sometimes hard to find a place with good gravy). The egg rolls and spring rolls are pretty typical, well cooked. The crab rangoons don't have much of a crab or spring onion flavor. But they are very creamy, with a tiny hint of sweetness. I personally like them with spicy mustard which the restaurant has available. You can also easily order online or schedule orders in advance. Very busy establishment especially during the week at dinner time around 7 pm. Standing room only. The food is quality and consistent. The attitude from the staff is variable. I frequent this establishment a lot. I order the sesame tofu and they wait until I arrive every time to pour the sauce. I suppose it's to ensure freshness but it's a little frustrating. read more

China Wok is just and average Chinese place. Nothing spectacular! The thing I really don't like is some of the attitude some of the Asian women have there, is if they're better! I really don't like patronizing them for that simple reason. You should be grateful that you have people walking in your doors. This was the worst Chinese food I've ever had. The chicken lo mein was tasteless even after adding soy sauce. It was unseasoned and extremely bland. The wontons were dry and also flavorless with a sauce that was sweet but in a very bad way. They do not know how to cook. read more

Absolutely disgusted by this visit and the staff. Upon walking in the store, we noticed a man that seemed to be in urgent need of medical attention. The staff did nothing and laughed at a few patrons that mention/ and asked if they had call 911. They claimed they would. 5 minutes went by and they continued to take orders, and not call an ambulance. We ended up calling when they refused. Roughly 6 minutes after we called the paramedics, they showed up and luckily the guy was okay (as far as we know). THEIR INCOMPETENCE COULD HAVE KILLED THIS MAN. This is a local Chinese restaurant which can range from a 2 star take out on most days but today is the Chinese Lunar New Year Its the year of the Ox which brings good luck with hard work. One is supposed to eat certain food ie spring rolls (these are delicious yet fried), steamed dumplings, noodles for long life and Duck for luck. I give this restaurant 4+ starts for the Duck. It was the best on the menu, perfectly cooked, not dry and with an assortment of steamed vegetables. I give them 1 star for smothered the food in sauce and the General Tso's Chicken was dry & tough. They are doing their best to manage business during a pandemic with plastic draped from ceiling to floor to protect the staff with only a small area for payment. And social distance markings on the floor. The staff seems friendly yet very busy so be quick to order, pay and leave as soon as you get your order. I understand they have great lunch specials. This place was a definite miss for me. I ordered delivery on a Friday evening during dinner time so it would (hopefully) be fresh. Sadly, nothing tasted like it was. I ordered vegetable chow mein which is described as having crispy noodles but it was just vegetables in a broth? No noodles at all? I also tried the general tsos chicken which was not spicy as described. It was just bland and dry - didn't even really have any sauce on it. I also tried the Mongolian beef. Again, not spicy as described. It tasted like they had used way too much flower on the beef and it gave it a weird texture. The fried rice was bland as well. I had to add a lot of soy sauce to give it any flavor. The egg roll was okay. Overall I would rate this between and 1-2 stars and won't be ordering again. read more

If you need good reliable Chinese takeout at a decent price and large portions then this is the place. It can get really busy so make sure you order ahead. It's also a small restaurant, so tables will fill up quick. I had the sweet and sour chicken with lo mein and the honey garlic chicken with pork fried rice. Everything was great. The egg rolls could be a little crispier for my taste, but they were still good. Their menu is extensive so you definitely have options. I'll be grabbing takeout from here again! read more

Called in my order on the phone and it was ready when I picked it up 15 min laters. I got the lunch special sesame chicken with pork fried rice and a ginger ale. Also ordered a shrimp egg roll. Total was $10.17. Which is pretty good cost now a days. The pork fried rice had a good amount of pork and veggies. And flavor! I added one packet of soy sauce and it was good. The chicken had just the right amount of sauce to add to dish but not over power it. And they had a good quality spoon to eat with. Not the flimsy ones. It's good to have a restaurant that's as good as my nyc restaurant. Never a complaint about this place so far.

Pretty tasty and usually really quick for both walk in or take out. Haven't personally tried delivery from here so I can't speak to that. They're super close to my college though, so when the Chinese food cravings kick in this is my go to place. Decent portion sizes and always pretty filling. The flavors here are a bit different than what my hometown Chinese places feature, but in a good way. I've never had mushrooms in my lo mein before trying this place and now it's one of my favorite things. The General Tso's have a bit of an after kick to them; not horribly spicy but there's definitely a little something that lingers. read more
