Food quality...spotty. Hours a mystery. Staff doesn't look you in the eye. Very, very, dated decor.

Most orders filled quickly. Food ok, but I prefer the buffet style food at the restraunt in West Bend.

Family owned and operated. Great food and the boy behind the desk is fluent in Chinese and English, polite and competent. Amazing.

Since I was in town and recently placed an order at Chinatown to officially review their egg rolls, I thought I would do the same for Hong Kong. My order simply consisted of two egg rolls which contain both pork and shrimp. In my Chinatown review I mentioned they have better quality pork in their egg rolls than the mush you get in grocery store egg rolls. Unfortunately for Hong Kong, their pork is too similar to the grocery store mush that cheap restaurants use. Their shrimp was also chopped into tiny pieces, which made it even harder to find, let alone taste, than the couple of pieces in Chinatown's shrimp egg roll. I was prepared to give Hong Kong a 2/5 since the egg rolls really didn't appeal to me, but on the last bite of the second egg roll I bit into something hard. I posted a picture of it for you to see. To me, it looks like it might be bone from the pork, but I don't know for certain. Regardless, it was a complete turn off and makes me not want to ever go back to Hong Kong Express.

I am not one to post something like this. I handle these things in person...but this is a different…read morescenario.. I called to order Chinese from China King in Port. I simply started ordering... "Can I please have an order of general tso chicken with chow mein instead of rice?" She said, "Do you mean lo mein?" I said "Oh yes" She said "I don't even know what that means but okay we dont substitute the rice for lo mein anymore because were sick of people complaining" I then said " okay I'll pay for a whole order" Then I ordered crab Rangoon She said "You mean the crab cream cheese wonton?" I said "Yes, I'm sorry, they have crab in them right not just cream cheese?" She said, "This is china king in port Washington, did you call the wrong place because i can tell you didnt even look at our menu?" **i was in a hurry and on the go trying to get to baseball and the husband wanted Chinese so no i did not look at the menu.** I said "No this is my first time ordering, can I ask why you are being so rude? Im just asking questions about then menu." She said, "Ok bye" I called back and she ignored my calls multiple times and I called back again on a restricted line...she said, "yeah I hung up on you..you can come in and look at the menu if you want to order" I asked her if she was the owner and she said no but she's been there for 30 years. I am honestly so shocked someone can treat a paying customer this way..I just had questions to make sure i ordered the right things...kindness and good customer service goes a LONG way and I will not be back there...
