Over the course of several months, my team and I have gone for lunch and I have ordered take out over five different days. Every time it took anywhere from 50 min to 85 min to get my to-go order. And the staff told me things like "it is what it is", "you don't like it, don't order from here", etc.. Are you serious? Anyway, I will never go back with the crappie attitude they all have, oh! Especially the young man in charge, he is the worst.

Personally, I love Karen's dry sense of humor, she's a waitress there and very helpful. Scalps were darn tasty at the buffet and while we were there, they were bringing out fresh trays. We served ourselves this time, so I'm not going to mention the service, too much, but they were attentive and clean up quickly. Sometimes to quickly. They took food I wanted. Oh well!

It reminds me of Bush's; good sized pieces, good crust, not very assertive in terms of seasoning (which some might call bland). The bone-in chicken was fresh, hot, and replenished frequently. The tenders were good. I wasn't hungry enough to try everything on the buffet, but if you are, it's probably a good deal. They have a slightly wimpy but adequate salad bar, and a nice array of hot sides. The mashed potatoes were good, you could choose between cream or brown gravy, and the other sides looked good. A buffet that includes the drink is a nice touch. The service was not great. My not very friendly cashier gave me a styrofoam plate (school lunch leftovers I think, with a section marked MILK, ), but not a real tray, and gave no explanation on how to approach seconds at the buffet. While I was there, two different customers had to go ask for a new plate, and almost always had to wait because the cashier was busy elsewhere. When I knocked over my drink, I mopped up what I could with napkins then notified the counter people. They were so unrestrained I wasn't sure they'd even heard me, but one did grab a mop and bucket. I apologized to them as they cleaned up, but no one ever said anything. I don't expect them to be happy about an extra clean up, but decent customer service requires at least acknowledging an embarrassed and apologetic customer!!

Since it was after the lunch rush (1:45 PM) the restaurant was fairly empty maybe about 10 two toppers, which for us was great bc our plates were removed promptly. There are several big screen TV's throughout the restaurant, albeit they were on sports channels it was still something to watch. They have a Sushi and Hibachi bar as well as 5 food bars including desserts. They serve fountainPepsi products however they also have can CocaColas.
