This place is decent. They have the best won ton soup around town. I hate their ATM situation so I always try to use cash when coming here. Customer service can use some help, but it's really not a priority since I'm in and out within 5 minutes. I deducted 2 stars - 1 for the ATM issue and another 1 for the parking lot. read more

Just remember if you order the wonton soup I recommend calling ahead of time cause if not you gonna wait. This family run Chinese fast food restaurant is ridiculously good. The food proportions are huge and they do an excellent job keeping the food fresh. I highly recommend anyone in the area to try it you won't be disappointed. My personal favorite is the fried rice and bbq pork(best). I've been visiting this place off an on from about 1992. I know full well how rude the staff seemed to be at times, but for me it did not matter. It was good with decent portions so I ordered what I wanted, paid and out the door I went. After being out of state the last 5yrs, this was one of the first places I stopped. The service has gotten alot more friendly. I've been in about 10 times in the last 4 months and maybe 6 of those the staff said hello with a smile then asked what I would like. The other times it was kinda busy (anyone who's been there knows how SMALL the place is) and I got a friendly "what would you like". For those people who were turned off by the poor staff attitude, times seem to be changing. As for the food, still very good with decent sized portions. read more

This has to be the Best Chinese food establishment in all of Carson. The portions are HUGE!!! And they always max out your takeout plate. The BBQ pork is delicious and the rice is amazing. As soon as you walk in you are welcomed by the friendly employees and they make you feel like they care. Definitely recommend you go try the food! read more

I've been going here since I was about 7 years old. I'm 29 now & I still love it! It's my go-to place for Chinese take out. My favorite entrees r BBQ pork (sweet & sour sauce on the side), orange chicken, & egg foo young (gravy on the side). OMG BECKY. We make the hour long drive to and from this place just to taste the amazing good. Like another reviewer said, I don't eat chinese food from anywhere else if i can help it. First of all, the BBQ pork is amazing. Before I ate here, I wasn't a fan of pork in general, let alone BBQ pork, but now, I never come here without ordering it. The fried rice and the chow main are meals in themselves. They put a LOT of meat into both of these dishes. if you just ate an order of the chow main or the friend rice, it would completely fill you up. Yeah it's true, the servers aren't really that friendly and welcoming but I don't give a F-! They can flip me off as I'm walking out the door as long as they stay in business! The only downside is that the place is small so take your food to go, especially if there are more than 2 of you. read more

I love this place. The BBQ Pork is the best I have ever had. When ever I'm in town I make a point to stop by. For 7 bucks you get a two item combo that is enough for my dad and I to share and I leave there stuffed. The atmoshpere is not the greatest, but I go there for the food not the lookds. We were craving Chinese food after a long Ikea trip, I typically love BBQ pork and saw a few good reviews for here about the BBQ pork so that was the deciding factor! The bbq pork was good! Nice and hot, and tender. Typically, with bbq I've gotten some that were sub par, like basically inedible because so hard and tough, impossible to eat. This was the complete opposite! It wasn't super sweet though, I was expecting it to be but that was kinda nice. Tasty, good orange chicken. Chow mein has lots of cabbage, not enough noodle, but has meat in it which I hadn't experienced unless I specifically chose house chow mein. But like $8 for two side combo! That's probably why it costs so much. From the outside I felt like I'd get lead poisoning, super run down on the outside and paint chipping, but we were in the parking lot already and the reviews for the food were good so we went in. And it was pretty good! Also the chow mein has a TON of cabbage, not enough noodle, but meat inside so it was so-so. read more

I grew up in the neighborhood across the street and this place has always been here since I could remember. The service is great and the food keeps me coming back. I think everyone comes here for the bbq pork, It's what they're known for around town. They always give large portions which makes it easy on the wallet when trying to feed the whole family. Last night my fiance was having troubles with paying on their debit/credit card machine. It charges $1.50 and asks you to get cash back!!! I didn't want cash back. For some strange reason the lady that works here was super extra rude!!! She kept rolling her eyes at me and my fiance because we were asking her why its asking us to get cash back!!! The whole process of paying, I cancelled a few times maybe if I cancel and try again it wouldn't ask me to get cash back! So receipts were printing out. She walked out from her counter, grabbed the receipts and she was shoo-ing us out from the restaurant. Other customers were watching her treat us so badly. When I got home I called the store and asked to speak to her manager and she said "He's not here" So I asked if I can get his name and his phone number. This was the worst Chinese food my family and I have ever had. We ordered orange chicken, chowmein, fried rice and sweet and sour chicken. The chicken was burnt and was very hard to chew. We found 2 separate pieces of black curly hair in the chowmein. The lady was very nice but the food was not fresh at all. I will never eat at this place again. I have been going to this Deli for 20 years. Great food. However my husband and I went yesterday to buy some food. He went in and ordered and gave the lady a 20.00 bill. She was distracted and said he did not pay her. Then the other lady working told my husband that he was just trying to get free food and that he did not have any money. I was furious and went inside to confront them. Then they tried to give us the food we ordered. I did not take it. Very disappointed. Never had a problem until yesterday. Will never go again. While the food is very good, customer service sucks. When I have gone in I, always get waited on by the older, Asian woman who seems to be angry all the time. She is rude and has a nasty attitude every time I've gone in there. That's enough to keep me from going back.
