It's a family run business and you can really tell how much they care about the food and the service. The staff are always super nice and welcoming. The crab rangoon is a must try. It's crispy creamy and packed with flavor. They also have amazing weekday deals that are honestly kind of unbeatable for the price and portion. The worst chicken fried rice I have ever had! I can't speak on behalf of their customer service nor ambiance since I placed the order on ubereats. As soon as the order arrived I immediately noticed we were sent the wrong drink. We then proceeded to eat the food and the chicken fried rice was so bad and so unflavorful we threw it away. We had the orange chicken with pork and rice and this was actually really good. It was also a big enough portion for two people to share. i ordered a pupu platter with instructions do not over cook because i have no teeth. we'll pupu platter consisted of 4 crab ragoons, 2 chicken wings, 2 chicken fingers , 1 egg roll, 1 beef tyriaki, 1 fried shrimp, and a few pieces of boneless pork. but chicken wings, fried shrimp, and boneless pork we're all over cooked on top of not getting a full pupu platter and paid a outrageous delivery fee and it was delivered grub hub late delivery fee of almost $9 plus $19 and some change for the pupu platter plus taxes paying over $30 and only recieved 1/2 a pupu platter, it was delivered late, no flavor and did not follow instructions leaving me unable to eat 1/2 the food i had to break it and feed my cat the shrimp and chicken wings. i then messaged about my complaints and that was useless as well. id be typing and the other end of the conversation would end the chat , told me i had to send pictures after the fact of breaking open the over cooked foods and fed to my cat and refused a refund, replacement of the food or even refund delivery fee . the service, delivery and the food definitely not worth the hassel, cost, product, or the customer service help. this is a warning to everyone stay away and dont bother having delivery either as you can see i paid outrageous delivery fee and my order was delivered late and luke warm not hot. read more

Typically, I am not a person who post reviews of restaurants. I am in the industry. My job as a business manager is to read and respond to every review we receive I know the customers can be fickle and I know that customers can be bias, and I also know that within a restaurant we all can be human and have a bad day. When I do choose to write a review, it typically is to sing the praises or to publish accolades for any restaurant that has gone well and above, and has done an exceptional job and I wanna give them some high praise . I have struggled over the last 24 hours determine whether or not I should be writing this review but sleeping on it. I just could not let it pass without giving it a comment. In addition to my responsibilities during the day, I act as the treasurer are for a nonprofit organization in Chelsea, Massachusetts . On June 20 we had a fundraiser and we chose to use this location to cater our event. As part of the fee, we were to be provided with food set up as well as all paper goods, plasticware, and serving utensils . by way of prospective the same restaurant provided us with food for an event in 2023 and it was excellent and that was why we chose to use them again in 2024. so for context, this was not our first experience. Unfortunately, we were greatly disappointed from the beginning this time . The representative showed up and he was rude and he immediately was demanding. He wanted an expected help from our representatives to bring food in from his car as well as to set up the food, and was not willing at all to do what was expected of him and unpacking. Even in asking questions of him, the manner in which he spoke to the women who helping him was unprofessional and frankly unkind. I was busy with my other responsibilities at the time, but I was observant of this fact and had no doubt that the women that were working with him were in charge and did not need me to intervene, so I left things alone for the time being. I am the treasurer of the organization so once all of the materials and the food were in and the food was "set-up". He was expecting to get paid, so I was called over and presented with the bill. I wrote out the check and I presented it to him. His immediate response was to look at the check and said "hey where is the tip no tip I can't believe you're not giving us a tip." Rather than make a scene I explain to him that I was expecting the tip to be included in the bill as it was last year, I also explained that last year we were not expected to pay for things until they returned to pick up their materials at the end of the evening at which time I issued a check which included the tip and I would be happy when he returned to provide him with a tip provided the service was completed at that time. He asked me when he could return and I told him that 9 o'clock would be appropriate and he left. At 9 o'clock, he returned and immediately said before he even began to clean up is, where is the tip at which time despite my best judgment provided him with a tip, he took his chafing frames, left all of the food and the water trays and left. Now, as I indicated, I am the business manager for four restaurants, and if this were my servers or employees, I would be both embarrassed, and would immediately relieving this gentleman of his employment based on the manner in which he interacted with my customers. Again, as I indicated above, it was against my better judgment, but I did give him a tip because I thought it was the right thing to do being in the service industry, but I do not think it was earned at all. Now you may think as a nonprofit, maybe we were asking too much but any interest in full disclosure we paid full price we did not receive or ask for a discount in any manner from this restaurant. We did not ask them to give us a donation. We did not ask them for a discount. And we did not ask them for any special consideration at all. This is not sour grapes because they said no, and we are trying to give them some negative PR, because as we said, they received our business this time out because of such a great job that they did the first time out last year. I am really disappointed, and I just wanted to warn others to consider this when picking this restaurant. I am also hopeful that the ownership of this restaurant does monitor their reviews and their pages like I do as management for my restaurants and that they will be made aware of this , and that they will consider speaking with the individual or doing some sort of training as to customer service so that these experiences will not happen in the future. I have no expectations as to our event as you cannot undo what has already been done I just wanna make sure that others are aware of this when they are making their choices. read more

If I could give a zero I would, Hands down the worst experience I have ever had in my entire life. Granted I ordered through uber eats so I expected that maybe I would have to reheat it a little bit. Just ordered food from this restaurant for delivery. The menu says to scan to order online. So I did, the process seemed easy enough. The delivery time says 70 min. Ok, I'll wait... nearly 2 hours later I'm still waiting... the gentleman who answered the phone each time (3) that I called was not polite. He told me that because I ordered online there was nothing he could do. He said it was a third party and he couldn't do anything. Now mind you I scanned the QR code from their menu I received from the hotel. He then said my food would be here in 10 min and that driver had just left. When I told him I was told that 30 minutes ago... he hung up on me. I called back and asked, "sir, did you just hang up on my when I was asking about my food that I paid for?" Y'all want to hear what he said, "so, what are you going to do about it" I am just in complete shock. He refused to consider giving me a discount, adding any items for free, or refund my order do to the inconvenience. I decided to try this restaurant out for the first time ordering a lunch takeout. Quite honestly, I must admit,I was very pleased with the food. I very much appreciated the attention to detail when it come to packaging the food; not only was there padding's of cardboard to prevent a tip over but the trays were also packed in clear bags to help prevent spillage. The food was definitely fresh as it was piping hot and the portions of meat was great as well. I had ordered the "Curry Beef Lunch" at $7.45 and the "Kung Bao Beef Lunch" at $6.95. They were definitely worth it. The only downside were that they had missed an order of fried wonton for pork instead but I'll take it as an honest mistake. Been ordering food from here for months and I placed my usual order of pork lo mein and 3 appetizers yesterday evening. I had started eating when I noticed a sliver of bright pink somewhere in the corner of my plate. I thought it was a piece of onion or something and didn't think anything of it. The texture was like nothing I've ever seen in tofu. I couldn't even bite into it and once I finally got through with a knife it was almost hallow. The delivery experience was unfortunate. I was called by the driver and I met him in the lobby. He hands me the bag. When I get upstairs, it is a completely different order, so I go back down. When I get there, my order is at the door and the delivery person takes back the incorrect order and gives it to someone else. The next day, I leave for work and the Chinese food bag is sitting in front of the door with a note saying "I know what you did French fry stealer". Confused and knowing nothing about any French fries, I threw it away. Upon further consideration, this means that the restaurant or driver told someone (that I do not know) my apartment number (as I do not put it on the delivery, just the cc billing). This is wildly unprofessional and a violation of privacy. Prior to this, I had two experiences of missing items from this restaurant. I will not be ordering from Chinese Dragon again. read more
