What happened to you? We used to get fresh, hot food every single visit. Yesterday, we received what I perceived to be leftovers from their lunch rush. The crab Rangoon were un-eatable; dried out and too hard to eat. The Sweet-n-Sour Chicken dish was also dried out and barely luke warm. It was painfully obvious the food had been cooked hours before. OK, the rice was satisfactory, but just barely. Overall the meal could not be eaten. We were forced to throw it all out after only a few bites. We are extremely disappointed in this place. This place is seriously the best Chinese in the greater Little Rock area. I've lived & worked everywhere between Sherwood & Benton. This place makes the most excellent fried rice & they give you a ton...at least 3 meals worth. The egg rolls are delish & all their dishes are top notch. The staff (a family I assume) is great, even though the lady that takes orders has quite an accent, they always get everything right. My only complaint is that they're too busy at times, but that's not their fault. Can't rush quality food. I don't mind waiting in the line for 20 mins for the food. Totally worth it. read more

Love the shrimp lo mein! Its big enough to share for any two maybe people, enough for 3 meals for me. The egg rolls are top quality, better than any buffet.and the steamed dumplings and dipping sauce are sooo delicious. Good prices. Great food. Huge amounts. You will be eating leftovers for at least a day. Be sure to ask for hot mustard or you will not be given any. Ask for hot chili oil if you get the fried dumplings. Best Chinese food in Bryant, although sometimes lacks consistency. Even on a bad day, it's good. read more

We eat here often. My husband has only and will only get sesame chicken. I love their egg rolls. They're unique, with a hint of nutmeg. Their crab Rangoon's are super good and large. We all like their fried rice. My kids and I usually share a chicken lo mein and it's enough for all 4 of us plus lunch for me the next day. Granted, there's not much spice in the "spicy" meals like general tso chicken. I just add a squirt of sriracha and it's fine. I do not recommend getting shrimp bc in my experience, it's just reheated cocktail shrimp. However, we love this place, in general. For the long line, the service is usually quick and accurate. In the 5yrs we've gone here, they have once given me steamed rice when I ordered fried rice. Otherwise, it's been correct. It's very inexpensive and good sized portions. read more

It's a good basic Chinese style food. Normally get a ton of food with every order. The thing that keeps me coming back is they use large shrimp in there combination rice, excellent for me and my family to share a plate because not all of us enjoy the shrimp but I do very much. read more

Waited 3 years to pull the trigger on chinese food in the Bryant/Benton area and finally decided to go with Chinese On The Go due to recommendations and ratings. My wife and I started with the staple sweet n' sour chicken and egg rolls with a side of fried rice. The fried rice was basically steamed rice with pea and carrots tossed in. There was no pork, onions, or... flavor for that matter. The chicken was dry and tough. Seemed liked it was pre-cooked before being battered and fried. The sweet and sour sauce was watered down and tasted off. The egg roll was a pretty typical egg roll but definitely was not made in-house. It was also overcooked. To sum the meal up in terms of flavor I'd say it's like my southern grandmother made an attempt at American Chinese food. It wasn't terrible but it also wasn't good. However, they get my 3 star rating because you get a good amount of food for the price. read more

I've eaten here many times over the years and haven't had an issue until now. I was given the wrong order and it was charged to my debit card. I have the order back while still at the drive thru window, they asked for my card back to change it to the right order. Assuring me my card would be credited for the wrong order which I did not receive. When my card was declined the next day due to insufficient funds, I called and spoke with the owner. His immediate reaction was that I should had taken care of this the day before. He copped a ton of attitude not wanting a I take responsibility for their error. I drove 20 miles back to the restaurant to speak with him in person, after much ado In getting to speak with him and showing him their mistake, he assured me it was taken care of and my money would be back on my card within 24 hours. Second time for me, first time with my husband. I was giving it the benefit of the doubt after the first experience being terrible. Unfortunately I can not say that it was any better this time. My husbands chicken was so doughey he had to throw it away after attempting to eat it several times, the beef in my pepper steak tasted terrible. Says to check your order before you leave. How am I supposed to know that their sweet and sour chicken comes with sauce on the side. I get there at 805 and they close at 830. I get my food at 815 drive my 15 minutes home only to find out that all I have is chicken without any sauce. I call them on the phone they said come back and we will fix it. I arrive back and they hand me some sauce. I said I want a new chicken as its been over 35 minutes now since my chicken was handed to me. They said they have shut down already. So when I called and you told me to come back the right thing to do would have been to make me a new plate not just set some sauce aside because when I called you you were still open. If not that you should have refunded me the cost of my sweet and sour chicken. First and last time here. Today I tried one of the lunch specials "Shrimp and Vegetables, egg roll, fried rice and a cold can of Coca-Cola, tax included still under $7 !!!
