Absolute horrible. Customer service. I got nothing but ride looks from more than half the employees. One person working and 4 standing around. Tried to place a to go order over the phone of just one item, which they don't offer on their online order menu (Quesadillas aren't available online? Really?) and was put on hold for around 15 minutes. Figured they forgot about me and called again, this time not even getting connected to the store. I've worked food service for many years, and understand being stuck in a rush. But if any of my managers found out I left a simple to go order on hold for that long, I would've been chewed out and rightfully so. Kinda bummed... The service was great and all, very nice, place is clean... So on and so fourth but I ordered a quesorito. I was so excited to order one I even dreamt about it the night before! They told me it was an extra charge... No big deal... BUT THEY DIDNT MAKE IT RIGHT!! They only used one tortilla instead of two and very little cheese. They charged me for a large quesadilla and a burrito. That's crap if you ask me. You shouldn't charge someone like that if you're only adding a little bit of cheese and by little bit I mean LITTLE! You know what you get when you go to chipotle... If you're ordering off the secret menu that's what differentiates the great chipotles from the crappy ones. Super disappointed! read more

I have always had good experiences at Chipotle in the past, and most of the time at this location, but this time was absolutely horrific. The "manager" (dark hair, tattoos on arm) of this store was on serving line duty when we went in this evening around 7:30 p.m. After my son had placed his order, the manager on duty stared stoically and creepily at my fiancé until it became uncomfortable without asking "what can I do for you?" or "what would you like?" and then angrily asked me what I wanted. I replied that I did not want anything yet, as I was planning to order something to drink at the end of the serving line, which I did, while unbeknownst to me this individual was staring down my fiancé and being passive-aggressive while egotistically, and arrogantly providing the most lousy customer service ever experienced. Then, when we kindly asked the young lady at the end of the line for "a little more" guacamole (which is an additional fee of $2.25 for a spoonful by the way) on our bowl, the "manager" rudely (aggressively, toward my fiancé, a woman) interrupted, defending himself, stating that the portions that he served were absolutely correct, and angrily asked "But why though?" It is beyond me why such a rhetorical question should ever be asked.... Why would someone ask for more guacamole? Hmm... However, appalling this experience was, in retrospect, I can empathize with the position of a person who is properly serving the correct amounts and being asked to provide more at no charge. The manner in which that was communicated though, is completely inexcusable. This person should definitely NOT be a manager, or anywhere near customer service for that matter, and we WILL NOT be returning to this location whatsoever while this "manager" is still working there, and we will be absolutely certain to VERY publicly and prolifically share this horrible experience with EVERYONE we come in contact with. I am very hopeful that this issue will be resolved before it becomes a larger issue -for more than just the sake of good customer service. This young man should have been mentored into his position more properly and does not belong in it. Oh, and to top it all off, our rice was undercooked when we got home to the point where it was crunchy and hard to eat. read more

I love chipotle, but not this location. I actually drive to one further away or choose it's competitor because the service AND food are so rotten. I've had undercooked & over cooked food, wrong order in my bag, longer than necessary lines, rude RUDE workers & dirty facility. read more

This place by far has the worst customer service ever experienced! Very confrontational, and rude, like they hate you as soon as you walk in. The lady that was making my burrito could not fold my burrito for the life of her, after the fact that I had asked her to remake my burrito because when she had switched out the metal container for the chicken all the water underneath got all over my burrito and I definitely was not going to eat that, You would think after noticing that She did that she would Make me a new one without me having to ask, but no she looked at her co-worker and they both smiled at each other and continued to make my burrito and I said no I'm sorry could you please remake my burrito! That was then when she all of a sudden couldn't fold my burrito after 3 times of trying to fold it, she complained to all of her coworkers that it was "too wet" like she was mocking me! She was holding up the line and I literally was watching my burrito become smaller and smaller because all the guacamole and the sour cream that I had asked for was literally getting wiped off of every tortilla that she went through so I asked if she could just start over and make me another burrito and she just stared at me like what??? After her horrible mocking attitude we just decided to leave this is the second major time that we have had problems with this store! And this was us giving it a second chance! We left and went straight to the Chipotle on 52nd and Wadsworth which is a little out of our way but we will go there from now on because that store is always nice very friendly and have smiling faces and have no problem making your burrito exactly how you want it! Don't go to this store on 64th and ward go to the one on 52nd and Wadsworth That's where you'll get good service and good food!my kids' school also supports this restaurant for fundraising and different things but I'm going to have a talk with them and tell them to use a different store or just a different restaurant in general!!! read more

Always great food and service. They don't skimp on the portions. However, during school days avoid this location. Overflowing with teens trying to get lunch. Can get pretty noisy and crowded. The staff handles the crowd efficiently and quickly. Great place. read more

Service and quality consistently excellent. The lines can be long pretty often but they work hard to manage rush hours. Good location and they offer high school students free drinks with ID which is nice since it is close to large high schools. They offer option to fax order in. BOO-RITO nite is a yearly event for our family. Easy parking out front. The company has been upgrading the menu to include kids selections and some new choices. Wish the company would offer more coupons. read more
