Guacamole was running low so I got a half portion (which was brown). Was in for a college tour - ran across street to grab kiddo - was gone for 20 min then came back to get him fed too. Went out to discover car was towed - it was signed for customers only (I understand I left briefly but bought food upon arrival and departure). I called the manager to say that they should allow some flexibility going forward on parking - she couldn't have more rude and couldn't care less. Seeing the stores average service score of 1.5 - I guess I'd take my anger out on customers too - a winning strategy! The staff was nice though. read more

This was my first time coming to this location and the food was good but the service could have been better. The line was a mile long and they were out of a lot of options. I do not want to jump on a band wagon but I really like this food chain . However this establishment has to be one of the worst run that I have ever encountered. The a pack of snails could provide faster service. They run out of items like steak and make no effort to get more. Then for some special reason they decide to refill and in order to do so they completely stopped all service while the employees walked around to find this or that.. Food sits on their production line for 10 or 15 minutes. When I finally got my food I waited 10 minutes for someone to run the cash register. This place is an absolute nightmare of a shitshow of an excuse for an operating business. I am not making this up, it makes the DMV look like a Swiss watch factory. A backlog of customers waiting for their overdue orders, employees that have exactly zero fuks to give, and on top of that they told me you can't even order food in the store you have to go onto the internet and order it. The manager of this establishment should be ashamed of how the restaurant is being run and how his employees are behaving. I believe his name is Kendrick Smith and I'm astonished that this location was given a 97 on their health score. The kitchen was a sty and visibly not clean or kept. The employees were literally throwing container lids and unused food around behind the counter, most of which splattered against the counter or on the floor. They also could not run a simple order and not only did I have to pay twice but they got the meals confused with another customer, all of which is simple tasks that should be expected of any competent employee. Their actions and behavior was so off, myself and several other customers believe one or two of the staff was on drugs. Very, very disappointing that this kind of business is permitted to exist without any consequence. The community and especially the Auburn students who primarily eat there deserve better.
