! Managers, please read this. Your staff is not nearly as bad as the reviews are making them out to be, and your whole team from the night of Monday September 26th deserves accolades. I came in during rush hour. I am a sufferer of celiacs disease, and chipotle is one of the only places I can safely and reliably eat. I could tell the second I walked in the door that this chipotle's staff was in the middle of a soul crushing rush. I was very worried about requesting accommodation for my allergy in the middle of it. The second I mentioned it to the person behind the counter, there was absolutely no hesitation. He was clearly a very experienced employee (the one with the neck tattoo). He turned to the employee to his left and instructed him precisely on how to accommodate my allergy. This employee listened closely and I watched him follow the protocol to a T. I was instructed to wait to the side of the line while non-allergy customers had their orders taken promptly and efficiently- The line moved just as fast as if they had no allergen customers to tend to. I have never, EVER, in the several chipotles I have gone to in my life time, seen a team handle an allergen meal SO well as this one did in the middle of rush hour. It was obvious they were tired and stressed and pushed to the limit from the rush, but my meal was made with utter grace, efficiency, and professionalism. A HUGE thank you to the staff of this chipotle- You made me feel safe to eat (very difficult to accomplish) in the middle of an incredibly high stress period. It is obvious that the managers of this location have trained their staff well in dealing with allergens. To top it off, the team seemed very mutually supportive of each other and friendly to each other in the middle of the rush. This is the best chipotle I have ever eaten at. read more

Don't mobile order here. Last time I mobile ordered they were 15 minutes late on the time and then my bowls were labeled wrong. I had to drive back and get them remade. The most recent time I waited for 10 minutes past pick up time until I could get someone's attention to ask status - All employees on the assembly line except the register were wearing headphones. Then I was told they didn't receive my order. The labels with my order miraculously appeared so I ultimately got it. If you mobile order good luck. Also customer service is usually better when employees don't wear headphones. read more

One time they had no forks, another time I ordered online and they never called my name by the time I got it it was cold. And the tables are always dirty. Not use why I gave it so many chances. I went to this Chipotle last night, January 12, 2023. I just moved here with the military and this is probably the worst Chipotle I have ever been at. All the employees, besides one, was wearing headphones in their ears. The guy taking my order in the first area asked me what I said twice; you maybe able to hear me if you take out the headphones. It seems like high schoolers are running this chipotle. The general cleanliness of this restaurant is subpar. The utensils were shoved so much in the containers next to the drinking fountain that they are stuck in there, but also all over the counter. I have eaten at this chipotle 3 times. Every time they have been out of salad. I have gone during lunch, dinner, and late evening times. Honestly I started going to the chipotle on Pulaski HWY because it has better service. Please have a GM visit this store and start fixing it. read more

Let me state this first: Chipotle the company treated me very well and I will continue to patronize Chipotle. I just won't patronize this particular location any more. This location has done a few things to warrant my negative review. Most recently they refused to honor a BOGO promotion since I was by myself. What if my friend, who the supervisor in charge said had to be present for the promotion, was house bound for whatever reason? If the friend had to be there, the promotion feels discriminatory. But contacting the company made headway and they resolved the situation. When I went back, I ordered ahead only to have someone ask to pick up more things. When I got there, the place was just opening but not ready to handle customers. My online order was supposed to be ready at 11am. It was brought out at about 11:10am. As I was about to get in my car, one of their associates came out challenging me on why I took my order from their easy pick up area. As I noted, I like Chipotle the company and have eaten there since about the mid 90s. And I'll keep eating there when I'm in the mood for fast food Tex Mex. I went to this Chipotle and the door was locked at 9:25. They don't closed till 10:00. I don't understand why they was closed this early. I. Love. Chipotle. Lol. I've always been a chipotle fan. I think it's much better than Qdoba. The meat is seasoned much better, in my opinion. As this chipotle is new, it gets pretty packed pretty fast. And adding the current construction on Campbell Blvd, it gets messy during lunch hour. So I'd suggest going early - around 11:15 - 11:30. Their online ordering option is convenient - unlike Qdoba, who makes you wait even if you order online. I wish chipotle had a separate line for people who ordered online though, kinda like noodles and company has. Anyways; the service here has been great so far. No complaints! Out of all of the chipotle's that I had visited this is the Atmos worst one. They did not have the sauté veggies for my bowl because they indicated they were out of fajitas. The lettuce was a tad brown. I don't know why they would serve it. The stations where you get your utensils and your beverages weren't clean. The trash cans were not even empty they were full. They had enough staff to take care of everything but you have to care about the people you are serving. So I don't understand why the management team didn't take pride in the appearance of the restaurant and the freshness of the food. I will never go back to this one. Staff barely spoke to us & when they did we could barely hear them. They just weren't welcoming at all, it almost felt like we were inconveniencing them. My boyfriend had a giftcard and the cashier looked so irritated when my boyfriend told him. When it was my turn i told the cashier id like guac and chips (i like to put it on the side bec i never eat my whole bowl & it reheats kind of gross so i just buy guac and chips). He said NOTHING, i paid and he started just helping other people so i awkwardly stepped to the side. Like i know he isnt touching the food but he touched my bowl, my bag, and my boyfriends giftcard with his saliva finger without sanitizing or washing his hands. Gross. Lost my appetite. They were out of steak and barbacoa, they were out of sautéed vegetables, the kid working behind the counter was so high he probably had no idea where he was or that he even existed and answered everything with a three-second pause followed by "no bruh". This is without a doubt, the worst Chipotle in America. I'm convinced that DoorDash thinks I'm trying to scam them because of how frequently I submit for refund from here. Tonight's order was a chicken burrito bowl, double chicken, guac, white rice, sour cream, black beans, red hot salsa, and corn. Do you think it came as prepared? We don't know yet, because it has been over an hour and it hasn't been delivered. I spoke with my very nice Dasher who apologized - he had been waiting there a half hour and needed to deliver the food from other restaurants in his car. DoorDash customer service promised to reach out to the restaurant to see if they were following proper procedures - whatever that means. They kindly offered me $12, which I took. But alas, still no burrito bowl at this point. I could go in to more stories about how I showed up in person once and was told, sternly, that they only accept online orders. No burrito for me. It's like a combination of Seinfeld's Soup Nazi, the movie "Waiting", and Chappelle's Show's "Pop Copy" all rolled in to one - but it's not funny. It's the DMV of Chipotles. What amazes me, is that Chipotle pays someone, presumably, to make sure this place runs smoothly and turns a profit. Where is this person? Did they get rich on Dogecoin and disappear? Did they do like my dad, and go for a pack of cigarettes and never return? Are they in the back office sending lewd text messages to women twenty years their junior that they catfished on Tinder? We'll probably never know. I do hope, however, that they're reading this review, and they look inside themselves and ask "is this work I can take pride in?" Or maybe someone from Chipotle's marketing department will read this and go, "Damn, someone should look in to this location. Look at all of these one star Yelp reviews." One of our favorite go to places when we are too busy to cook. We've all got our special items and none of us get the same items. Thank goodness for ordering on the app & picking the food up. The barbacoa bowl is my go too with black beans, lettuce, cheese, brown rice and hot sauce. Their food is pretty good-not awesome but we all agree on they're menu so for a big family that takes a lot! If the food was cooked fresh more often I'd give it a higher rating. Unfortunately I have had a few bad bowls from here and that took off stars along with staff poor service and attitude. I used to love chipotle, but this particular location made me pick alternatives for dinner. First off, they are always out of some kind of ingredient. Its like playing Russian roulette with what foods they will be out of. Sometimes, its like playing Russian roulette with a full clip. Secondly, the employees seem rude. I am not sure what kind of conditions or shifts they are having to work, but I am starting to think I don't want to know. Lastly, the mobile orders are a free for all. As always with Chipotle, they skimp on the meat portion. As per the website, it is supposed to be a 4 oz. serving of meat. Yet what I got in my bowl was 2 oz. at best. I meal prep at home and weigh my food, so I know what 4 oz. of meat looks like. This was not a full scoop of meat. I rarely go to Chipotle because 9/10 times, they give me less than the full 4 oz serving of meat. I also notice the employees giving more meat to other customers sometimes, and then give me a tiny scoop. This is unfair and unprofessional. The food tastes good, but they've got to get their portions down...no more skimping. They'll get more customers if they give proper serving sizes, because myself and many others avoid coming here due to the poor serving sizes. read more

Today i ordered kids build your own chicken tacos and received rice and beans no chicken.
