As always with Chipotle, they skimp on the meat portion. As per the website, it is supposed to be a 4 oz. serving of meat. Yet what I got in my bowl was 2 oz. at best. I meal prep at home and weigh my food, so I know what 4 oz. of meat looks like. This was not a full scoop of meat. I rarely go to Chipotle because 9/10 times, they give me less than the full 4 oz serving of meat. I also notice the employees giving more meat to other customers sometimes, and then give me a tiny scoop. This is unfair and unprofessional. The food tastes good, but they've got to get their portions down...no more skimping. They'll get more customers if they give proper serving sizes, because myself and many others avoid coming here due to the poor serving sizes. read more

I've ordered multiple times through the chipotle app at this location. The contactless pick up was great, but the bowl order I picked up today was a total let-down. There clearly was a big difference between the amount of food I got today then every other time. I completely understand if a worker messes up, but the Manager disappointed me. He made up excuses, he said every portion except the lettuce is 4 ounces. If I had to pay for the amount of white rice I received I'd rather cook my own rice. I'm always a fan of chipotle - for under 10 bucks you can get a very fast, relatively healthy (though calorie heavy) meal that will fill fill you up. If your vegetarian they even have he sofrita (ground up Tofu with a nice spice) as an option. This location appears to have a bit more seating than normal, and I love huge windows. For the most part, the staff has been great. I had a co-worker, who just wanted a snack, and tried to order a single soft taco. This location was fantastic when it first opened about 5 years ago, but has become increasingly worse with each visit. The restaurant is located in the shopping center area of White Marsh. This location has your typical Chipotle food options-burritos, rice bowls, tacos, and quesadillas. I find that the workers are often rushing through the preparation of orders, but the line still seems to move very slowly. They get three stars from me because I like the food and it's cheap, but the service is certainly lacking. read more

The service from the staff was beyond the best service I've had from a Chipotle and I've had some good ones all around the states. The staff were friendly, attentive, and their multi-tasking skills were amazing...pretty sure I can't multi-task like that...who knows. They brought fajitas to where I was sitting because they were out when I ordered. And I got free guac and chips for the wait. Dude. This location... even before covid it was a mess. Now it is an absolute disaster. My last order took over 45-50 minutes to be ready. I have the confirmation of when I placed it, when they said it would be ready, and and when I was actually ready. I watched a dozen people walk in, order and leave with food while 10 others and I waited for mobile orders. If they do manage to get it done before your lunch break is over, it's completely wrong. However when I reviewed the menu I said this is inaccurate and she proceeded to attempt to refund me. I would have argued and caused a scene over the ignorant worker who initially was rude to me as well as not paying the appropriate amount however the line was growing long and I just wanted to leave. Ordered in their app. Arrive at the set time, nothing is ready. Another 20 minutes go by and food that is in the timeslot behind mine is delivered left and right. When I ask about my food, they say that it is being made, however, I see nothing on the line resembling what we ordered. I asked them to void the transaction as I didn't want to wait any longer. That was not possible, it looked like I was annoying the staff by asking them to void the transaction. They said I would have to reach out to corporate to get that refunded. The staff is unfriendly, they didn't want to assist me when they had messed up my order. They didn't offer me so much as an apology for messing up my meal. I would recommend that you avoid this place and pick any of the nearby places that offer good food and will actually get you the food that you ordered. read more

The floors and all tables are dirty. Staff does not appear to be trained properly, as they are not working efficiently. Kinda disappointed in the lack of service from certain staff members. I'll ask for something and get ignored, or get told they don't have it when it is in plain sight. I had once asked for a side of honey (believe it or not they do have honey) and the employee told me they didn't have any. That's a good response if you're 100% sure but they didn't even bother to ask other employees or even a manager. I asked another employee and they got it for me. My boyfriend went in here today and told me they ignored him when he asked for limes. He asked the cashier and gave him what he asked for.
