Horrible experience here. Monday 7/21 930 pm. Came in to pick up an online order. Rude cashier ignored me at the pickup area. Saw my name on my bag which I already paid for so I grabbed my bag, only then does the rude cashier say I have to show my phone for proof. My family and friends have picked up online orders here dozens of times before without showing ID or phones, why should this be different? I am handicapped and have a very difficult time walking which I explained to the register which, she still insisted on seeing my phone which was way out in my car. This witch could see I was having a very hard time walking but still insisted on making things hard on me for no reason. My nephew just picked up food here the day before and did not have to show any phone or ID at all. This witch just wanted to be difficult on purpose. You clowns need to treat your customers better, you are not the food police. The register which has no clue on customer service, she should be demoted to " Table Wipe Girl ". The food at Chipotle is 5 star. The service is where they go from 1-5 stars, and this last year this location has just not done well. A couple of their employees are 5 star. Today was a simple order of a bowl and a kids meal. Chipotle stopped giving Cilantro on the side but still has it. This location acts like it is coming out of their paycheck. I don't mind if they say "I'm sorry corporate policy says we can't do that anymore". But don't tell me you will do it and then don't. My wife really likes her cilantro & was told no problem, they would add it (as several employees have done in the past). I am not one to write reviews on a regular basis, but this deserves one for awareness. Now, I'm no Chipotle expert, but have eaten at enough different locations to know what to expect. This is the second occurrence from this location. I am not a regular here, so either this is the norm or they don't like me and recognize my name. Not sure why that would be, especially since I'm not a reg. This buttito is about half the portion you would expect if that, compared to any other location. I get cost cutting and saving, in difficult times, but you are a franchise not meeting standards, you have lost my business. Please boycott this store until new management or ownership occur. Schools, please don't use this store for fundraisers, they don't deserve it. Not even if your family works there. This is unacceptable and they have no repercussion for it. My suspicion is that the workers are guided by management to do so to cut costs, or, workers don't care and neither does management. I don't care for Chipotle much, but we decided to give them another try; HUGE mistake! We ordered a carnitas burrito no rice no beans; a carne asada burrito less beans; & a smoked brisket burrito bowl (not much meat was in it). None of them were even hot enough to melt the cheese! It felt like they had been in the refrigerator. When I called to complain, the young lady was very apologetic. She offered to have them remake the order right away, which I declined because we live 2-1/2 miles one way from the restaurant. I asked if they have a book they could put my information in for a future order; she said "sure" & started asking me what we would order. Incompetent workers. We scheduled an order to be ready at a certain time, we were notified 30 minutes before that time that the order was ready. So it sat on a room temperature shelf for 30 minutes until I picked it up at the time we scheduled it. Unacceptable, unsafe, disgusting. Usually my experience has been satisfactory until I came in today and saw a employee eating from the serving bowl with his bare hands dipping his chip into it more than once. Going back to sautéing the vegetables, and Didn't bother to wash his hands to pour the food into a container bin. The dish I got today had really thin stringy strips of meat that were very hard to chew, plus the gristle was stringy and got caught in my throat. First time at this location. Ordered a Bowl with carnitas meat. The meat was shredded but I had Mostly soft white fat. Carnitas was shredded and the fat was in half dollar sizes throughout. Meat was too fatty. Carnitas was not a good choice of meat here. Also the bites of meat had a moldy taste. Fajita vegetables old for the day and most of the dishes in the steam trays were empty. Let me start this off by saying I was here on April 9that about the same time and I was really happy with the experience. Fast forward to 4/23/2021... NOT so much. There are only 5 or 6 people standing in line when we pull up so I figured we could get through the line quickly, but this was not nearly the case. The line moved really slowly. Then we were where close enough to see the person preparing the food at the counter and I wish I hadn't looked! The prep surface was wet and soiled with salsa and leftovers from the last couple of orders she had made. I watched her "Drain" a burrito into a salsa cup which overflowed adding to the mess on the prep table and then drop it on the floor. I am watching all of this thinking, "no problem, she'll change her gloves" but she doesn't and instead wipes the burrito juice from her gloves onto her apron and begins to take my wife's order. My wife ordered chicken, so the person on the prep line turns to the cook behind her and asks "How Long for chicken" to which he replies "Coming right now" so my wife steps aside and tells me to order while we wait for the chicken coming off the grill to be cut and passed to the prep table. I stepped up and ordered my carnitas burrito and the prep girl, who was still wearing the same gloves, made mine then went on to a half-hearted attempt to clean the prep table. I took 2 or 3 steps to my right, and that's when I got a view of the full picture before me. First, I will address the people; 5 of them milling around the cash register and "To go" area looking for a key or something but none of them were engaged in helping customers or the general business of this establishment. None of them appeared to be bothered by the one person in the whole place working at the prep table and struggling to move the line through service. The cashier that eventually charged me made a split second of eye contact to tell me "I'll be right with you" although that's where his aptitude for customer service came to a screeching halt. As I had taken the step closer to the counter to interact with Mr. Condescension, I realized the floor in the kitchen was covered in refuge... Food spillage, food cartons, pieces of tin foil and no less than 3 bags and 2 rags! WHAT A MESS! It would have been a slip-n-fall hazard but there was enough crap on the floor that the people where just walking on it like a game of hopscotch... Left foot on the face up brown paper bag right foot on the dish rag and pirouette-to-a-hop onto the Chipotle logo on the next bag as you make your way to the back of the kitchen! Then I looked at the prep girl and she was trying to clean the counter. I can't blame her for the bad training but one would think that someone touching every food item that leaves that counter should have a better understanding of food safety, cross contamination and food borne bacteria. Meanwhile the cook was swinging the cutting board around and adding to the WASTED FOOD on the FLOOR as he abandoned the job of cutting the chicken in favor of whatever was more important for him to do at the back of the kitchen. At this point my wife abandoned her desire for chicken and settled for carnitas as it was more than obvious that no one was busy at getting the chicken to the counter... so, without changing gloves, the counter girl made her a carnitas burrito. I asked the person standing nearest to me behind the counter if that was the way the floor always looked in the kitchen. She replied without pause "We're understaffed tonight" I took a quick look around, 5 people between the cash register and the "To Go" prep area, the cook and 2 others in the back of the kitchen kibitzing and the one lonely gal at the prep table preparing burritos for the couple behind us now... 9 people in this place is understaffed? I told the young man behind the counter (Name withheld as a courtesy, he may have a family to provide for in the future) "Can you please just ring me up so that I can get out of here before I lose my appetite" and granted I may have used some more colorful adjectives. But the point was the same, I wanted out of this filthy place. My comments empowered the group of people behind the counter to scurry off and start cleaning the floor and help the girl at the counter clean her work area but the damage was way past done! Young man behind the cash register was quite dismissive of the concerns and reacted with a comment about waiting for the order to be passed down and I recanted my concern about him completing the transaction. No "thank you" just OK and "Have a nice day" which he repeated twice in a tone he must have thought was funny as he paused like a comedian waiting for the laugh track to start. No one was laughing. We had planned to eat on their patio (They say their dining room is open now but ALL OF THE TABLES have the "This table closed" placard on them) but the patio tables were filthy with trash overflowing the receptacles that we sat on the tailgate of my truck. read more

I just went with a friend after shopping he got two burrito bowls With guacamole and ordered large chips and only came to $21 I ordered Carnitas bowl and no guacamole which I thought was extra and mine came to 9.95 I don't understand if I wasn't going to be charged for guacamole I would've gotten it but I thought $2.60 was too much. Now the good Report it was delicious and very efficient we were in and out in no time since we had groceries in the car. COVID is not an excuse for completely forgetting a $7 item, and then following it up by not trying to make things right after claiming that they won't refund us over the phone and that no matter what we have to go back in even though we'd already been home. We specifically asked the clerk if the food was in the bag and she confirmed that it was. Living 15 minutes away from this place, the whole ordeal took an hour out of our day. Just disappointed with the lack of customer service from these teenie boppers working there. Food is never fresh, the bowls always come with little extras you didn't ask for (I.e. corn in the rice, pieces of lettuce here and there when you didn't even get lettuce). Worst of all are the proportions. Went back after not visiting for about a year so this is an update to the previous review. The amount of food we received in the bowl of barbacoa was really quite pathetic. If this is now the norm for portion size at Chipotle's, it is no longer the value it once was. We had a gift card and am glad we spent it all because we have no reason to return at that price so the new review is: 1 star for service 1 star for cleanliness 0 star for price 0 star for value 0 star because we won't be going back. the food was good but is easily replicated at home... beans, rice, meat, tortillas and toppings. First I have to say that I love chipotle! That said, I was very disappointed in this location's condition of food that I could see in the production line. The black beans and pinto beans were dried out, it was the bottom of the container, the grilled vegetables were in the same condition almost nothing left in any of the pans.
