I like ordering online, it's fast and convenient and I never have to wait. The problem I have is with the salad bowls. They give all the gross white parts of the lettuce. If you don't eat it yourself why would you give this to customers? They also seem to have lost some of their quality since they opened. They need to step it up for being so new. read more

Haven't been here for a while, or any Chipotle reception. Same grumpy atmosphere, goes to show you the power of advertising, this chain seems to be thriving with terrible customer service. Oh, now they charge .25 cents for a tortilla, really!! Maybe they can put that into a fund to train friendliness. If the quarter helps you out Chipotle, you can have it. I should have went over to the Chinese fast food place in the same complex, they give friendly service and plenty of good size portions. This Chipotle location is GARBAGE. Just spoke with the manager, Safa. Very difficult to communicate as her English is VERY BAD!! Ordered 2 burritos and half the size of normal portion. Crew members refused my service because I didn't have a mask. Ridiculous they didn't even ask if I was vaccinated , they just told me I need to leave! I left and went to Carl's Jr. next door, they took me service and didn't violate my freedom. We are in America! Land of the free! They always get my order wrong when I order here. Forgot some of my toppings for my bowl and the salad tasted dirty/unwashed. No wonder everyone says don't go to the chipotle on highland springs :/ will be placing orders from Cabazon from now on. So I hate to be that customer because I've worked at chipotle before. 5 years to be exact. I know the hard labor that goes into working here. And I'm always super understanding. I walked in a full hour before the store closed and was looking forward to a large steak quesadilla with a side of guacamole. Simple. But as I get to the line, they are out of cheese. Like completely. None grated. They waited until they were completely out to even mention to the prep guy so that he could grate some. Not sure if he was mad or what but he kept making comments about how his las priority was to grate the cheese and blah blah blah. Okay the cheese is grated and I walk back up to the line and surprise they are out of steak. The cook was already cleaning off the grill to turn it off and seemed hella annoyed to have to make steak. They are still one full hour to go of being open. This isn't a bad review of any specific employee because again in understand but as a former manager of a chipotle where was the manager to make sure you aren't running out of food. It is no 9:30 and I'm still waiting for the steak quesadilla I came in for at 9:00pm. -_- read more

Food is ok, but beware. We ordered 2 chicken bowls to go. They ask what i wanted in each bowl, as they walk down the line. I said yes to everything that I thought came in the bowl. When I got home and checked my receipt I was charged $4.40 for one teaspoon of guacamole in each bowl. Don't like sneaky charges. read more

Service was fine getting the food. However, my family decided to eat outside their restaurant and they had a broken umbrella stand in the middle next to the tables. I stood up to go get some napkins because they forgot to give me napkins and I hit my shin on the pole. I mean yes I could have possibly seen it but it was very low to the ground and I don't expect an obstacle around where we eat. I saw a server come out to clean and I reported to him. He did say he was sorry and that an umbrella was broken and that why it's probably there. It seem like there was nothing he could do as he nervously laughed. He did not ask if I was injured or if I needed an ice pack or report it to his management. He even seemed seemed hesitant to move the obstruction that I hit my shin on. I felt like he did not take it serious and just shrugged it off. If this had happened at my job. I would have reported it immediately to my manager to see how we could accommodate the patron. I only asked for him to move it so that it wouldn't happen to someone else. Overall it has upset my experience eating here. Not to mention my sister found a hair in her steak bowl. She lost her appetite. Don't think we will eat here again. read more

The staff is friendliest I've seen at a chipotle, they make up for mistakes, and handle bad situations with angry customers very well. The food is consistent, everything stays the same size, and is wrapped well. Other reviews seem to think otherwise but they got one bad burrito and then try to ruin it for others. I waited a half hour after my pick up time, I watched numerous guest stand in line and leave before my order was even started on. I chose to pick up food here yesterday on Mother's Day for dinner and it was u fortunate to find a hair in my burrito bowl halfway through the meal. I know it was in fact not my hair because it was a different color and very thin. This was my second time using the app but I'm just going to delete the app. I have no desire to get food there again.
