This chipotle establish was by far one of the best I have ever been to. The food was kept Deliciously fresh and their flavors were right on point. I came with my cousin who has been a local for year and never been. She enjoys freaH healthy food and I suggested here. She and I both got a salad in which we were so pleased that unlike other chipotles they actually put a salads worth of lettace in your bowl. We each topped off with toppings that once eating were fresh and delicious. The seating itself does have a good amount of space and there is extra outdoors so enjoy some fresh air. Don't even know why I bother any more. I've stopped in 4 times in the last five months and there is always some issue. We have chips but only if you ordered on line no instore. Can't make burritos. Only protein available is chicken. Today it was that they couldn't make quesadillas because the "the big machine is broken". I don't have these issues with other restaurant locations , just this one. The portions were way smaller than usual. I ordered online and not even 2 minutes later they had marked my order as ready for pickup which I thought was odd. Turns out it was because there was hardly anything in there. There wasn't much rice or meat, instead there was a lot of unnecessary lettuce. I didn't ask for a salad. As a frequent Chipotle consumer, this place makes me never want to go to one again. From the time I stepped into the restaurant to the time I left, I was nothing but upset. Every single table was dirty and no body cleaned until we asked them to. There was food all over the order counter and the majority of the kitchen was dirty. The food didn't even taste like the Chipotle I know and love. The lettuce was completely frozen and the majority of my chicken was fat. This was by far one of the worst establishments I've ever been to. The workers were just playing music and messing around and didn't even care that their store was a complete mess, and you can't say they were short staffed because there were at least 10 employees in the kitchen. Have on multiple occasions stood there waiting for someone to take my order while employees chat. Always out of staple items on the menu. I love chipotle in other cities. What happened to having some pride where you work? The young lady at the counter taking orders was the only one in the place with an understanding of customer service and/or knowing how to run the place. This location is absolutely dirty! They were completely out of drinks at the fountain, there was garbage everywhere and when I asked two of the boys that work there to see if they could get more lemonade, they told me To "go to the girl at the counter, she'll get it for you". Half the time I come here they are ether closed or only taking online orders. So I try to be proactive and make an online order and guess what the doors are locked. Where should I begin?????this is by far the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. Don't get a bowl of anything unless your on a major diet. I ordered a bowl got a half a scoop of rice, asked for bell pepper and onion, literally got 5 strips of bell pepper. I asked for more and she was kind enough to give two strips of onion. I feel I should disclose I didn't get any meat or beans, so asking for more bell pepper should not have cause a rash. This location really needs to be closed and corporate should clean house and just start over with all new staff, freshly trained. The floors and tables were filthy to the point that my family could not find a single clean place to sit and eat without asking a worker if they could please come clean a table for us. The staff was simply indifferent to the environment in which they were working and serving. One of the worst meal experiences for a national chain known for freshness and friendly service. This is the worst chipotle I have ever been to. I made an online order which for some reason was never received by the restuarant. Then they want me to write down my order for them, which I do. Then despite already being there for 5 minutes already they don't make my order right away, instead I have to wait another 10 minutes while they make food for the people ordering in line. I had set so I would be picking my food up at 7:45, but I did not get it until 8. The employees weren't even working hard two of them at the front counter were having their own private conversation with obnoxiously loud laughter. I also never even got an apology for the long delay. I will never be back and will make sure my friends won't either. I am extremely disappointed bc most chipotle's have excellent customer service.
