I ordered a veggie burrito on their app with no cheese. What i got was a half-burrito with no veggies. The app said they were out of sofritas, but it allowed me to order veggies. They offered to make another burrito. It was the same half-size except they put cheese on it that time. So it's $8.50 for beans rice and a tiny bit of guac? I've never written a complaint about anywhere but they have to be the worst location chipotle has. they are always out of stuff and if you do a mobile order they never inform you that they don't have what you've paid for, they give you what they have and don't say anything about it. you find out when you get home that the almost $8 chips and guacamole you paid for only came with guacamole. it's also very rare that you're order is even made correct as well, quite disappointing. read more

This place is super understaffed and noticeably very unclean. Everything from the tables to the soda machine is literally grimy and sticky. I go to chipotle about three times a week in whatever area I am in and it is always amazing. When I looked for this chipotle I was shocked to see the 2 1/2 star review and thought it was probably a mistake. But unfortunately after going there I have to say that the reviews are correct and it is it is definitely the worst chipotle I've ever been to. Though there was lots of staff there they left one guy on the food area and one cashier to deal with malign well several people danced in the back laughing well he baked them for help. This chipotle is such a mess. The employees are never very friendly and they're very stingy with the portions but my biggest issue is how hard it is to even get food from here. They're never open when they say they will be. Half the time they only accept online orders so you get there and then have to order online and sit outside for 20 minutes. Today I ordered online and went to pick it up and was told they weren't open until 3 and that they would refund me and then i watched from the parking lot as so many other people also went in to pick up orders that they eventually just locked the doors and didn't give anybody an explanation. If you can ever manage to actually get food from this chipotle the portions are so small you'll be sad you wasted $8 for a tiny scoop of rice and 5 pieces of meat. I love chipotle. Unfortunately not this time. Ambiance: 10/10 I loved the layout and artsy feel. Portion: 6/10. smaller than I'm used to. I asked for extra rice instead of beans and instead of giving me another scoop of rice they sprinkled a bit of rice on top of my guac as if it were garnish. Staff: 10/10. Very friendly and attentive. Taste: 8/10 I had the beef bowl- the beef was awesome tasting with a spicy kick. The guac- a little bit saltier than usual. Mild tomato sauce- fresh looking. Overall enough to be full but before I finished I couldn't. Something felt unsettling. And guess what? 20 minutes after driving away I threw up my guac in a toilet. I was fine with that...maybe it's just the guac. However 20 minutes after that I had to release it all. I love chipotle but either something was wrong with that combo or I just got food poisoning. So I download the app, mean while about 8 people came in and walked right out after being told you have to use the app to order. Listen, Chipotle is my favorite fast food restaurant. I'm hardly ever disappointed by them. I'm from Minnesota, and I decided to get my favorite cuisine while visiting gorgeous Montana. I hadn't eaten all day in anticipation for this meal. My expectations were high, and my hunger was higher. My cousins and I had plans to eat our Chipotle while sitting next to a pond and watching the sunset... but plans changed. Never in my life have I been so disappointed with my food. This is the worst chipotle location of all time. They are out of half the ingredients every time you go in and that's only if they happen to be open. I've been a lifelong chipotle fan my whole life so naturally I've been to a lot of locations, this one certainly takes the cake as the worst location of all time by far. It's like whoever operates this chipotle is purposefully trying to make it suck. The only problem I understand is the staffing, I won't hold it against this chipotle that they can't get employees because that isn't their fault. I recommend never ordering anything from them off UberEats or DoorDash because when your food arrives it will almost be guaranteed to be missing half of what you ordered. We are new to the area, so I looked up the reviews for Bozeman's Chipotle and was a bit nervous after reading, consistently, that they have poor customer service and skimp on portions. I went anyway; 7pm on a Monday. I was greeted by a friendly gentleman and served quickly. The young lady who added my toppings asked me about my day and LOADED my burrito up. For those of you who appreciate this place, give them some love on Yelp. For those of you who had problems, SPEAK to the manager (an actual person) and help them improve! They won't necessarily know you had a bad experience if you don't ask for the manager - its not hard and your feedback could help this business make this town even better! Not perfect but darn good! This Chipotle seems to have a fairly high turnover, I go in pretty frequently and as soon as I start remember faces and names they are gone. Getting a good burrito wrap here is hit or miss and I would say sixty percent of the time my burritos blow out on the assembly line. The quesadillas are surprisingly inconsistent, some have way to much cheese and others are almost bone dry. All in all, I love the flavor of the food and don't mind some of the issues. But PLEASE PLEASE for the love of all things tasty, MAKE SOME CONSISTENT SALT AND LIME CHIPS! I would say so far since they have been in business in town I have maybe a 20% chance of getting a good bag of chips. This is the least friendly Chipotle location I've been to. Went in at 9:30 pm. I thought Chipotle had a corporate policy of giving large portions during the last hour. It's like a promotion before they close, and since freshness is such a big thing for them, they don't store any leftovers for tomorrow. I wanted a burrito, with about 80% of the condiments on it. Towards the end, the girl wrapping it pretended she couldn't hear me and just started wrapping it. So I say clearly "and lettuce". And she mutters, "this burrito is already so full". Closes the burrito, I've been cut off. I've seen people go into other Chipotles, get a burrito with everything on it and ask for double of certain condiments. To do it, the server often needs a second tortilla to hold it all. And the customer gets it all, no extra charge. This place would freak out if someone tried that. They were already pretty much closed up and clearly didn't want to make any more food or have to restock something if it got used (rice, meat, onions and peppers) got a burrito and fiancé got a bowl both of which barely had any rice cause they didn't want to make more.
