First of all the lady at the register was so rude for no reason as soon as I walked it just looked like no one wanted to be there *news flash* no one told you to work at chipotle I asked for double chicken and steak and they pulled out a side cup and filled it and put it in when I told them I wanted double they said that is double and I was shocked I also didn't ask for the over priced garlic steak I asked for regular steak not that and got charged for it not to mention the portion was so small I legit paid $22 for like half a bowl every other chipotle I've ever been to gives more protein with regular not even double it's insane and I've never in my life written a bad review for anywhere but this chipotle legit sucks there's nothing good about it read more

I know, I know. These guys have taken a beating in the news last couple of years - and mostly deservedly so. But each location stands and operates on it's own, and this particular Chipotle has *never* once let me down. I really thank God for Chipotle, they fill a need that pops up once or twice a week: the need to grab relatively healthy food extremely quickly. Chipotle delivers, every time. For a time we couldn't order carnitas as a protein, because nationally they had an issue with the supplier - that's the *only* thing I can say that was a minor inconvenience for a bit. Other than never getting sick here(I can't believe I have to mention that as a plus), this place is immaculate, the food is rotated often and always fresh, and the staff are awesome. The grumpy-to-happy ratio here is higher than your average fast food joint, that's for sure. I don't even think they mind that I take 22 napkins with me every time I'm in for take-out. I'll be back every 5-6 days for the rest of my life for a Carnitas bowl with brown rice, pinto beans, mild *and* medium salsa, and a dollop of sour cream. Ya know what? We walked up to this Chipotle in the Brandon mall food court, excited after a long shopping day (with a toddler) to grab some chipotle for the drive home. The first thing one of the employees yelled over the counter at us was "WE HAVE NO RICE!". My husband and I don't eat rice, so we said no worries and got a lovely eye roll from the employee. She was upset that she had to do her job I guess? Meanwhile, other employees were scrubbing everything out and I assumed they were closing soon. After the attitude from the food handler we got to the cashier and could immediately see how irritated she was that we were bothering her during her meal time. No hello, no smile, just "anything else?" I said yes please I would like some chips and a side of hot and was about to ask for drinks when she interrupts again with the total. I said actually we need some drinks, she rolls her eyes and says okay what do you want. We tell her and she shoves the soft drinks at us. She then proceeds to let us know that they only accept cards or exact change. Okayyyy fine. Put in my card, I ask are you closing? She says yeah in like 10 minutes at 6 (it was 5:32pm). I remove my card and she goes oh, I only charged you $0.09 can you put it in again? So I do. Finally we're ready to leave, left with a bad taste in our mouths from the obviously inconvenienced employees, and we realize there aren't any forks. My husband asks the rude cashier and she points (with a mouth full of food!) to where the forks SHOULD be. We say there aren't any. She comes out to the front again and THROWS THE FORKS! Honestly, we love chipotle but this location needs to address some basic customer service skills with their team. Having worked in restaurants for 10+ years I can understand how annoying it is to serve people when it is close to closing time, but you suck it up, smile about it, and get it done. Generally good service and the food is ok. But today I went to order a bowl and before I did, a worker came over and brushed the spill-over rice on the counters back into the rice bin! Every time that I go to a Chipotle, I can't help but think about the South Park episode spoofing this chain. Putting that aside, I do go here when it is convenient. The location of this Chipotle is interesting because it is not that conveniently located. The congestion of traffic around the light is legendary. It's impossible to travel around here on the weekend or at rush hour. At the same time, since this location is hard to get to, you are usually able to get your food quickly and sit in a nice spot quietly. This location is very similar to other Chipotle's you have been to. It was at this location that I tried the new queso, which to be honest, did not blow me away. I would rather have guacamole. I will say that the service is consistently friendly. The restroom has been clean and the drink station is well kept. read more

Chipotle is my go to place for a quick meal. I always visit the location on Westshore and I've always been pleased. Today I was in the Brandon area and visit this location. I was surprised it wasn't busy as most Chipotles are, there was no line and no wait. The servers were ok and not very friendly. The cashier made up for their lack of customer service skill. I was happy to be in and out quick. However when I got home the food was disgusting. The rice was hard and the beans weren't fully cooked. The hot sauce was watered down and had no flavor. I don't usually leave bad reviews but this time was a mess !! I due to the circumstances they are only taking customers for pick up or delivery which I completely understand! But if you are doing this you have to make sure you are giving the customers what they are asking for ! I ordered two bowls one for my husband and one for me completely different one to the other,I waited 20 minutes for the order to be ready and drove home another 20 minutes after almost 1 hr we sat down to eat and for our surprise the order was completely mess up I got half of what I order with half of what my husband ordered for his bowl! I got his type of beans with the meat I chose and avocado that I didn't wanted and so on ! He got corn all over his bowl which he doesn't like at this point we didn't have another option Thant throw them away !! I write this review while laying in bed a full 36 hours after having eaten from this location and I'm grateful to finally not be throwing up, having diarrhea and the worst headache of my life. My family and I ordered burrito bowls to go for pick up on Friday 6/7. We ordered it for 7:45, got there at 7:45 and when we got home we noticed our food was pretty cold. I wondered how long it had been sitting out, but since we were already home We decided to eat it anyway. About an hour later my stomach began cramping slightly and I was gassy. I figured that maybe I had eaten too much and was just digesting. Well, let me tell you, that was the first signs of one of the worst nights I've had in a very long time. About 12:00AM the cramps started rolling in, then the diarrhea, then about 5:00AM came the vomiting and muscle aches, 7:00AM came the headache (probably from dehydration) and the rest of my day yesterday was spent vacillating between the three. About 24 hours later I was able to keep some soup and Gatorade down and the headache finally went away. I'm still pretty tired and my stomach is definitely queasy so I'll be taking it easy for today as well. My family didn't get sick, so by process of elimination it was either the guacamole, steak or mild salsa as none of them had that on their bowls and I did. Needless to say, I won't be dining there again which sucks because I was an avid Chipotle fan until this happened. read more

Went in to pick up an online order after work. The order was set for 6:30 I came in at 7 and didn't see it on the shelf. I asked a worker and she ended up having to remake it. My order was passed between several workers and left on the table for several minutes and nobody seemed to know what it was. When I the order was finally "ready" a burrito was missing as were the sides. The burrito was made with only the toppings, no bases (meat,rice etc.) when I asked what was in it she admitted it was just the toppings. I told her to remake it because it was totally wrong. I tried to call multiple times yesterday as well as today but somehow the phone goes unanswered. I placed an online order (which I was already hesitant about) and I should've listened to my intuition. I ordered a bowl with brown rice, steak and chicken, DOUBLE MEAT, fajita veggies, queso , guacamole, corn, cheese and lettuce. Mind you the bowl was $22 :) yet it had white rice, missing steak altogether lol, no queso, and no guacamole :) Should've been the base chicken price of, what $8 haha you can't even technically check to make sure it's correct because the lids are so hard to put back on. After standing in line for a solid 5 minutes the first worker stepped away from the counter and left for a great deal of time. After reaching the second worker, he began cleaning his work station while refusing to acknowledge the customers standing in front of him for an even longer period of time. Do NOT Recommend‼ waited 35 minutes in line. I get to the front and the worker makes 6 to go orders while I am standing there. Then proceeds to tell me they are out of white rice and the wait time is 20 minutes. This is the 2nd time this has happened in 4 days. They are getting two stars due to the food was good, but the delivery services stinks. We ordered online and had food delivered to the office because we could not go out to get it. They left off two sides of guacamole and 1 bag of chips. No problem, so we call to get a credit for next order and was told we could not. They would not add money back to card or bring it out to us. We were told we HAVE to come in to get it. No refund (FOR THEIR MISTAKE) and not very friendly (and this is the so-called manager). I love Chipotle so I'm not here to critique the food... I give this location 4 stars for their exceptional Online Ordering service. Why people don't order online and skip the line... I'll never know. This location has a separate area for online orders only. Meaning my food is processed by someone only doing online orders... I skip the line and pay separately. Although most locations offer online ordering, they do not have a separate station for it. Many times my order had been shoved to the back and not ready by the time I get there to pick it... this is not the case at this location. All Chipotles should adopt your online ordering technique! I just experienced the worst meal I've ever had at a Chipotle restaurant. The service was typical of a lunchtime rush. I wasn't disappointed by the customer service other than being required to wait a few minutes extra to receive chicken for my salad. We took our meals to-go. Upon opening my chicken salad - my usual - I discovered the chicken to be nothing but chucks of disgusting, fatty filled tendons and not the tasty white meat I have previously enjoyed at other locations. If this is the quality that this location puts out, I will certainly take my business elsewhere. I couldn't even stomach half of my salad due to the inedible quality of the meat in my salad. WorWORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Went to pick up a order that was already placed online and paid for. Walked in was asked for the name, when I told her she told me she hasn't made it and that it'll be awhile (5 people in line) so I walked out because I'm not going to stand there and wait for her to make everyone else order before starting mine. Walk back in about 10 minutes later, she asked me for the name again and then said she didn't make it because she thought I left. So she starts making it then half way through thought it was more important to talk to her co workers about nothing important or work related. So after their 5 minute conversation she finished the first half of the order then puts it in a bag throws it on the counter and walks away to grab her keys so she can grab something from her car then turns around and still see me standing there and goes oh yeah I forgot. Ok, I made sure to try this chipotle a few times before writting a review on this one. We came here 4 times in the past month and my friends and I got the same result each time. The person whose been giving us the meats and rice was the same. They do not wear any name tags so I will juat describe her: skinny girl with glasses with a nasty attitude. You will not miss this person. We always come around between 4 to 5pm. This woman will give you the least amount of meat compared to other chipotle servers on a different location. Double meat to this woman is considered one serving on other chipotle. You are basically paying twice for the meats when you can go to other Chipotle places and get the same amount for less price. This skinny woman ruined this Chipotle and she single handedly did it because of her attitude and stingyness. Try other chipotle and avoid this one. read more

Kicking myself for giving this location another try. I realize pick up is important during these times but the guests standing throughout the store should also be a priority and we are not. Manager at register calling out items for slow cashier leaving 2 people on the line while the other line for pick up has 4. On top of it she is talking to other guests about a guest who questioned portion sizes. Cauliflower rice was good, but they were running low so we each got a half portion for the $2 up charge. Sad that it doesn't matter the time of day, the same issues occur. As I write this there are 25 people in line that is now out the door and manager is still holding up the register. read more
