A young man named Costa was the highlight! Very quick and great at multitasking. Called out shortages on the line while keeping a quick pace with the customers orders. I want to start with the good things about chipotle. Overall good food and staff were pretty friendly. The vibe at this chipotle was nice. The thing that bothers me about this chipotle and others is the amount of meat they give you. My wife and I literally got everything but meat. We are literally paying $10-$15 dollars and for them to give us not even a spoonful of meat is a disappointment. If I could leave zero stars, I would. This evening, my husband preordered online for pick up at 6:40. It was 1 bowl, nothing fancy. He has been waiting close to an hour for his food that was supposed to be ready. The staff all left to go to the back of the store at one point, came back and wouldn't answer any questions. They few customers next to him have been waiting 60-90min for their preordered food and there is a line out the door with people trying to order. Save your time and money & go elsewhere. read more

Seemed like the chicken was mixed white and dark meat which was a little surprise to me as I assumed it would be all white meat. OK folks, the stock price for Chipotle is somewhere around $2900 as of the close of the stock market today. Lately, we visited a few locations to find dirty floors, overflowing, trash, cans, dirty outside/ inside tables, and sadly a poor reflection on the faces of the employees serving food. Let me preface this by saying that I absolutely love Chipotle as a chain. This location is an embarrassment to the franchise. I counted eight employees behind the counter. One was working, the rest were hugging each other, playing grab-ass, and gossiping about God knows what. Meanwhile, there is a line of people 15 deep with more coming in the door. Every table in the restaurant is dirty, there are no napkins or forks stocked, one person seems to be assuming front of house responsibilities while the rest talk about Pokémon, Tik Tok, man-rompers and whatever other stupid sh*t this generation is enthralled with. Nothing worse than the chipotle attitude here. Do not mobile order here. If you're still thinking about mobile ordering here after all of these reviews, do not. It won't be ready. Also, they do not put the mobile orders out so make sure you keep asking for your order. When I called to ask about what happened the girl said the delivery driver just left with the food. It's been over an hour (2 since ordering) so I'm sure we aren't getting our food. They are no longer answering their phones and I cannot verify that they issued a refund. Super unprofessional. This is the second time that they were unable to fulfill an order placed through their website. I'm assuming using DoorDash instead of Chipotle's website might be better, but I have been yet to try that. With that said, ordering in store I've never had an issue. First time going and will be my last and like everyone else I typically love chipotle. 1 star is a stretch because there's really nothing good to say about it. 1. I got a barbacoa burrito and they just kept scooping juice on it, the guy wrapping it had to use two burritos to secure it, the burrito became straight mush. 2. My daughter got a kids taco meals. The bathrooms had no toilet paper and the toilets were clogged. . 8. Staff wasn't very friendly and rushed us along the line so ultimately didn't say anything about the terrible experience. Arrived at 12:15 for lunch, 3 people on break leaving two guys running the line and making food, a good manager would get breaks out before the lunch rush. No peppers they were on the grill burning on one side , not flipped over and far from ready for linch. No meats, literally out of two meats and the meat grill looked like someone left it dirty 3 days ago. We had a crap meal 2-3 weeks ago and wanted to give it another shot but it's apparent no one cares or knows how to run this location. Went to the shop across the parking lot and asked the guy running the cash register if he ever goes to there for lunch, he said "I use to, it's not like other locations and my girlfriend got sick there last time we went with her family". Unfortunately I come here all the time, it's the closest chipotle and I wish there was another option for me. The staff is really nice, but they really really lack a sense of urgency. Since chipotle is still considered a fast food option I think 10-15 minutes in and out the door is reasonable. When I tell you there's been times I wait in this line for over 30 minutes just to get to the front of the line to find out they're out of steak or carnitas or brown rice. Coming from a Carrolwood area in Tampa I understand how busy the area can get and that sometimes places are understaffed. You see the employees making bowls and sometimes only being the only person making food and the managers are around doing other things instead of helping their employees out of the weeds. I think this location has room for a lot of improvement, it's in a prime location but they're lacking speedy service. If you're in a rush for lunch or a quick meal I would consider a different location or maybe something else in the plaza. read more

The absolute worst Chipotle I've ever been to. I CHALLENGE you to go here at a time where they have all ingredients in stock. They are out of fajita veggies 90% of the time and they say they are out of stock. Sounds like terrible ownership/membership by not figuring out their quantities after MONTHS of this happening or laziness by the employees not wanting to make them. There isn't a shortage because somehow the very busy Brandon locations always have veggies. Service is usually slow and lacking but it feels like ownership/managements fault because, again, I can go to other "fast food" joints around town like Chikfila, Jersey Mikes, Tijuana Flats etc and get excellent service just about every time. read more
