This particular Chipotle seems to be out of ingredients a lot. Got take out here on Monday and they had the cauliflower rice (which they were out of last time). There is an up charge of $2 and you get half as much (compared to if you ordered rice). It was good but not surSeems overpriced for the portion. My family loves Chipotle so we will go back. The other reviews are right, I've ordered online before and when I got there I waited for 10 minutes before an employee asked what I was waiting on, and they hadn't even started making my food yet. And when they brought it out it was wrong but I didn't realize until I got home. So don't bother ordering online, you'll end up waiting anyway and it will be wrong. What is the point of doing a mobile order to be picked up at a specific time if you stand there for 25 minutes to watch every customer get served that was waiting in line. Manager didn't even care. How stupid is it to be doing interviews in the middle of a lunch rush that your staff can't even serve their customers properly. That should be management 101 there. I will make sure to not make the mistake of going here again. And there was about 5 people waiting for mobile orders as well that all vowed together to never return here as we all watched every customer in line get served while one person was 30 minutes behind on making everyone's mobile orders. Chipotle as a whole is a cool concept. You get good quality food, fast service, and the fast food casual type of dining experience. Not bad. The problem here though in comparison to other places is the cost of food, I feel the food is overpriced. (There I said it) Its overpriced, overrated, and during peak food rush times Chipotle is probably one of the worst choices for food because your going to spent more time in line than eating and pay a lot for it. Chipotle does also have an extremely limited menu consisting mainly of burritos, tacos, bowls, and salads. Some could argue that a simplified menu is preferred over having a large menu to choice from and generally I am of that school of thought but how hard would it be to throw some nachos on the menu? Yep, no nachos at Chipotle.... That is the big reason why I do not like it. All n All Chipotle does serve up tasty food, quick, and casually and as long as you do go during the peak hours its not bad at all. What do you do when you go out to a restaurant and get half of the meal you ordered? Do you pay or complain? If so what happens when they don't do anything? I love chipotle. But this location is by far the worst chipotle I've ever been to. I get my usual burrito with chicken white rice queso mild corn cheese and lettuce later that night I started to throw up ALL night on the hour with food poisoning it took me out for 2 days. Was not the stomach flu because not even 45 minutes after my aunt who also had chipotle started throwing up. So we both had food poisoning. The only downside to this Chipotle, is that they don't have enough seating. There are quite a bit of tables but now enough for how busy it gets. On the plus side, the staff is really friendly and efficient. There's always a long line, but never a long wait. The food is always good (and cheap) which is important. What can make your meal expensive are the extras (guac, juice, etc.) Chipotle offers more than one option for vegetarians like myself which is a relief to still be able to have options while eating out. Whenever I am away from you for too long, Chipotle, skies are gray and rainy. I was excited when I learned that this location would be opening so close to home. No more trips across to Westshore/S Tampa or St Pete for my fix. Love that they don't have a fussy menu.They stick to what they do well. My pick is the full of spice and flavor barbacoa drenched in Jalapeno Mild Tobasco atop a beautiful black bean and corn salsa salad. REMEMBER TO ASK FOR THE HONEY VINAIGRETTE. It is a meal changer! Came into this store to order a meal on 2/21/24 and stood as the only one in line for about 3 minutes while employees talked to each other. A guy came over to start making my burrito bowl and kept stopping halfway of putting his gloves on to talk to one of his coworkers. The guy finally made my bowl. I get to the register and no one is there. A young woman came from handling trash and dragging trash cans and came straight to the register without washing her hands or putting on any gloves. I asked her politely to please at least put on gloves before touching my food to put it in the bag. She caught an attitude after I said that and threw my food in a bag and rudely slid it to me. A customer having to tell someone that works in the food industry to put on gloves or wash their hands after handing TRASH is ridiculous. Definitely never visit this restaurant because if they do something like that right in front of you it's no telling what they do when it's not visible to the customer. read more

When we showed up at the designated pickup time, our food was not ready. We tried asking the employees how much extra time it would take as we were in a hurry, and were left with no help. This is my second time visiting this Chipotle on Bloomingdale and bellshoal. Each of the times I have visit has been terrible experiences. The wait time is over 30 minutes. They are always backed up unorganized and very messy counters . Guacamole was old and black. The servers are not trained properly and basically thrown into serving customers. The food was disappointing too. I ordered chicken tacos and the pinto beans were not fully cooked and the chicken was burnt.
