There's a reason this Chipotle only has 1.5 stars. Worst customer service I've ever experienced and hands down the most rude employees. We waited quite a while in line to get to the front and find out there was no white rice, my wife asked if they could get some from the other line and they said "that's for drive thru only." Annoyed my wife asked how long it would be for white rice and they said 25 mins..... on a busy afternoon that seemed ridiculous. Our experience got worse when the person working the line told the rest of the employees to skimp on my wife's bowl IN SPANISH, assuming us white girls don't understand. We got to the end to pay and the next person in line asked for white rice and they said they could get it from the other line. At this point I was infuriated. First let me say that everyone here I have spoke with is extremely nice but between having issues with portions and cross-contamination it's no longer a place I will be going. Which stinks because this is the closest drive-through chipotle and it's still 30 minutes from me. Today I ordered a burrito bowl with lettuce, Barbacoa and white rice there was maybe a quarter cup of rice in there a handful of lettuce and a couple small pieces of Barbacoa. For nine dollars it was a complete rip off I did not get any additional sides, sauces, beans, vegetables you would think that they could give a decent amount of the three items I did ask for. read more

We placed an order with the app to pick up food at 5:20pm. It's 6:10pm and we still didn't have our food. They were slammed by their system being overwhelmed with everyone ordering food all at once. I went inside to check to see if our food was ready and sitting on the shelf. A young lady wrote down my name and disappeared. Zero communication at all. If they just explained that it will be about 10 minutes to get the other , etc then it would have been understandable. However people were walking inside and getting their food on the spot. There was zero line for walk in and a lot of empkoyees standing around. No one was hustling to get the orders that were in the drive thru on their way. The manager was casually working on orders with just her and one other lady. It looked like she gave up and wasn't good at delegating but instead of slowly took on the drive thru pickup almost on her own. No wonder it was backed up. If you make an order for pickup when it's not a rush hour, you might get fed. Otherwise look elsewhere because this is not the place for dinner at any time. The last time we came, I had raw chicken and half cooked rice. If'll be a long time before we ever come back here. Hopefully by then they will have a better staff/teamwork overhaul. :( read more

You won't even believe my review. I have ordered Chipotlane (yes that's correct) several several times since this location opened. I order and both meals are wrong. I call the location and she's like come back in. So I said.... just remake my online order EXACTLY the same and exactly as I ordered. Go back and pick it up and the mess it up AGAIN!!!!! Like how hard is it to read an online order when your menu is pretty damn simple. So I complain to corporate and they said ok..... here's two free meals. So again order the EXACT same order and go to the Chipotlane. They mess is up AGAIN and this time they gave me someone else's meal. I come here quite frequently and love chipotle but something is wrong with the "Chipotlane" at this location. I just got the most sour guac I've ever tasted. It had no red onions and no cilantro. We won't even eat it. Really a shame that this location just pushes all of the bad product to the chipotlane. You might as well just take the time to go inside. I was given a replacement order because the quality was bad and items were missing. Again, was bad. This time was the worst chipotle I've ever had. We decided to go in to order because the drive through was really long. We were surprised there wasn't a long wait to order in the store, although online/door dash lines were long. The food was decent because hey, it's fast food. The thing that really sucked was when the woman who's only job is to take orders, start them with a bowl/rice/beans forgot about our quesadilla. Luckily she inspected it after it sat in the grill for too long, it wasn't burned. SHE PROCEEDED TO THROW A FIT AND THREW OUR FOOD ACROSS THE COUNTER TO THE REGISTER. This Chipotle really slacks in so many ways. One time I scheduled an order on the app to pick up and they didn't have it made. Somehow it didn't go through their system so I had to wait for them to make it. No big deal if it happened once but there have been problems ever since. Last month I ordered 2 burritos and a burrito bowl. When I got home I realized they only gave me one burrito. I had to drive back to get the other burrito. The other week we only got one guac when we paid for 2 but I didn't want to drive back and get it so we counted our loss. Yesterday we got a kids meal for our little one and they didn't give us the apple juice. Love Chipotle but wish this one would put some effort into their pick up orders and make sure orders are complete. read more

I used to eat at this location often until about August. I ordered then was highly disappointed. Waited a few months and decided to try it again. Let's start off with the food I order a Steak salad... First the rice isn't even cooked, the lettuce is soggy and gross, The steak is as hard as a rock and NO DRESSING... and yes I asked to confirm at the window that there was dressing because I don't know about you but Salad without dressing isn't it. Now we are getting to the service part. When I asked for my dressing, the lady just shut the door in my face and went back to filling bags of chips. Another lady came to the window and when I asked about the dressing, she got very rude and disrespectful when they told me that they don't have any, which is kind of ironic because I was there at 10:50 when my Order was supposed to be ready but they didn't have it ready until almost 11:30 and on top of it it's the beginning of the day, so how do they not have salad dressing for their salads. This location used to be really good but recently has gone down hill. Anytime you order online- be prepared to have your order wrong pretty much every single time. Living 35 minutes away & ordering online is convenient except for when its wrong. Unfortunately, its happened more times than I'd like to admit. They've made it right but why not just get it right the first time? Tonight- the whole order was wrong: ordered a chicken bowl no beans & received a carnitas burrito with beans. To make it right- we were gifted with 2 free drinks for our next order. We've even received other people's orders inside the bag that has our name on it. read more

Literally one of the worst chipotles I've ever been to. They're always sold out of everything lines are always out the doors. I placed my order so I could pick it up through the drive-through. They don't have chips make me wait in line for 20 minutes for my food then finally the employee hand me the bag and says call 1- 800. I posted a 1-star review a few months ago and have been back a number of times since. I'm happy to say that things have improved! Haven't had slow service or missed items in my order, ever since. Tonight's meal and the meal we had last month were the best Chipotle food we've ever had. The proportions were spot on and everything was absolutely delicious! The customer service is awful. I ordered on line thinking it would be easier to pick up my order. After providing my name the girl at the register walked away. I figured they were getting my order no big deal. An uber driver walked up and they jumped to get their order ready. 12 minutes later I asked again about my order... a new girl had to search for my ticket and finally made my food. After I expressed my concerns she stopped my order in the counter. Now the food.... COLD! Sour cream had ice crystals. No steak in my burrito bowls. Forgot to add my tortillas. Normally I come to this chipotle and have no problems. Today, I was very disappointed. I ordered 2 burritos, tacos, and a chips and queso. My first steak burrito was the size of a female hand. It was tiny and barely looked filled. The second burrito was not wrapped correctly, it was very salty, and missing the red salsa. The tacos were soggy and missing sour cream and cheese. The chips were stale and not crunchy as they usually are. Safe to say I will probably not be coming back anymore which is unfortunate because the chipotlane was an awesome idea. read more
