Came through yesterday and got home and our order wasn't even close to being correct.

I absolutely love Chipotle, but I just moved to Brighton and they seem to have an unusually incompetent workforce. I've had issues at this chipotle with every... freaking... order... I complained about this to Chipotle and they have done nothing about it. No call, no refund, nothing. This company must be slipping. I drive an extra 10 minutes to a location outside of Brighton now and have zero issues there. This location clearly needs new management, have you ever seen such a poorly rated chipotle?! read more

New Chipotle location and always love me some Chipotle! All the tables inside are closed due to Covid, so we went to the outside tables even though it's in the 90s today. We follow the rules. Then I saw a man and lady sitting in there with 3 kids. So I am outside sweating my ass off and a group of 5 got to eat inside with the AC on. Sorry Chipotle, that's BS!! First time using this new chipotlane thing. Pickup was smooth. But when I got home 25 min away and opened the bag. We ordered 2 bowls, only one was correct. We got one of our orders and someone else's order. That fine mistakes happen. We then tried to call the store and no one answers. Nothing on the app to complain about a wrong order. So this is my one star review. Please fix these things. I get it that mistakes happen but I should be able to fix this without going all the way back up there. read more

I paid $13 for a Al pastor chicken burrito with brown rice, guacamole, and corn salsa. I ordered at 12:40 and the app said it would be ready for pick up at 12:50. When I picked up the burrito it was cold to the touch. They didn't even bother to heat up the tortilla. The inside of the burrito was also cold. The chicken was extremely salty. What a disappointment. The employees need to be trained on food safety. And to top it all off my stomach hurts now. Plus the Hispanic female employee at the window needs to learn how to greet people. read more

We were so excited to see a Chipotle in Brighton... However...I hope things change...or we will travel elsewhere to get our fix. After we got home I read these reviews and it seems as though things sadly haven't changed. One of us got a fajita burrito...you could probably count on one hand the amount of peppers she put on, and the pork was even less. Terrible service. I placed an online order and arrived a few minutes early. The woman at the counter said I was early and they couldn't make my order until the order time, despite there being no one at the restaurant. If I had walked in to order I would have been served faster, but I had to wait for some reason while most of the employees stood around and talked. I would have walked out had I not paid already, also the portion size is about half of what is typical for chipotle. I like chipotle but won't be returning to this location, I hope corporate management gets involved and get a new manager because this location is awful read more

We went to this Chipotle today for lunch. The food was very good. A staff member came out and was sweeping the floor, which was nice. After using the restroom and having absolutely no toilet paper, I told the cashier the issue with the ladies room. I fully expected her to go and take care of the problem, especially since there wasn't a line of people needing to check out. Yet when my sister tried to use the restroom about 5 min later, still no toilet paper. They really should think about meeting all of the needs of their customers. read more

What's with the measley portion size? I've been here twice (second time thinking the issue was a one-time event), I won't come here a third time. I've been eating Chipotle for years. When we moved to Brighton, we would drive 30 minutes to get our weekly bowl/burrito. I know there are some that put more or less in their entree's. Having spent $1000's in Chipotle restaurants, I understand not all are the same. But this location is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS when it comes to portions. We shouldn't have to order extra to get a small-normal portion. Last night we wasted our money, having the smallest portions to date. So so disappointing. This needs to be addressed. read more

This was literally the worst experience I've had at Chipotle, ever. I'm celiac but normally the ones I've been to have knowledge of changing out spoons and washing hands and no one on the staff had any idea what they were doing. I try to explain several times but finally gave up when I realize they weren't understanding and there was a huge line behind me. I would never recommend this chipotle to anyone who had a gluten sensitivity or allergy. read more

I've had 2 bad experiences here. Tonight the girl at the register tossed my bag of food at me and the girl folded burritos couldn't fold my burrito so got frustrated, like how is that my fault? If you can't do the task you probably shouldn't be doing that task. Go scoop beans with a spoon, that seems like an easy job. And there was plenty of employees there so please don't blame it on a shortage of anything. read more

Honestly one of the best chipotles I've been to, it's extremely clean and has some of the nicest crew, I take my friends to eat here all the time, and it's one of our favorite places to go, not just because of the crew but the speed, regardless I saw the negative reviews and thought people deserved to see the good side, even on the rare occasion when orders are wrong, I don't think I've seen a meal be remade correctly and as fast. Anyways the entire point is to show this place doesn't deserve a 1 1/2 star review, and it definitely deserves a chance. read more

The online order pick up line takes about 45 minutes no matter the time of day. Whether it be people not reading and ordering when they get in line and then causing a backup at the window while they make their food OR this location is just un bearably slow at making food. I have no idea what is going on in this place, but today our food was an hour and 15 minutes late compared to our pickup time. Last time it was 45 minutes. I don't understand what is so hard about putting your slop in a bowl or burrito and closing it, but we won't be back for a while, if at all. Only chipotle I have ever had this problem with. Update: Food spilled all over the car because they didn't have the correct materials to package to go items and used foil as a lid. Missing guac on two items. Every time I come to this location I am very dissatisfied which sucks because I genuinely like chipotle and living in Brighton it's the closest one. Tonight I went in at 8pm and they are out of most everything. Considering they close at 10 pm I'm sure they could make a little bit of everything that is missing. I'm not sure if they are understaffed or what is going but I feel like the location has been open long enough to know what to expect and how much food should be prepared for certain days. Other times I've gone in the portions are way smaller than other chipotles, quesadillas need to be requested to be cut unlike many other locations I've been to, and even then I've been told they don't have knives for that (with attitude). I was once charged for my food and they didn't finish packing it in the bag so when I left one of my bowls were missing. I'm hoping management sees this and doesn't take it as complaining but they see it as constructive criticism. read more

Every time I order through the app at lunch and attempt to pick up in the mobile lane, I sit in the line for 20-30 minutes. Today, I it was actually 35 minutes. But, everyone who walks in gets their food and finishes eating before I even get mine. Even though I have already paid and ordered before them. And, it doesn't matter when you order.
