A few weeks ago my mom and I had visited this Chipotle to grab some dinner to-go for our family on a week night. We've been coming to this location for years now and we have never encountered any issues before this recent visit. We ended up ordering two burritos and a burrito bowl which came out to be okay. In addition to the first few orders, we had also ordered some chips with the small/regular sized Queso Blanco. The amount of chips and queso that we had received was not worth the $4.00-$5.00 spent. The small or regular sized queso was the size of a tiny ramekin which is unacceptable in my opinion for as much as they charge you for it, not to mention they hardly gave us any chips either. The only other size available for the queso was a large and when we asked the employee what size that looked like they didn't know or seem to care. In all honesty, if the large is any bigger than the small/regular size of the queso, they might as well call that the small/regular size and upgrade the larger size to something bigger because what we purchased as a small/regular queso with chips was not worth the money spent. The queso was also not the best and didn't seem to obtain any unique flavoring. This had negatively influenced the remainder of our experience as we just did not feel the quality or service of this visit was worth our while. When customer service isn't the best and then the food isn't of high quality, it can really prevent customers from visiting again. read more

Pro: they're so consistent Con: they're consistently terrible I've been going here for years and they blow my mind how the workers couldn't care less about work ethic, high quality food, cleanliness, and most importantly portion sizes. I personally like to get double protein but this location in particular skimps you so bad that it is maybe a single serving, they're always out of two or more ingredients and what they do have is cold scraps...yuck. Two things that never happened to me at chipotle that happened to me on my last visit that made me reconsider ever going again. First, I was given push back from asking for extra sauce and cheese because I was literally only getting a small portion of the bowl covered with an ingredient. Was literally told there was no room for cheese. Looked delicious though. Second, THE ENTIRE BOWL WAS BLAND! How is this even possible, I don't know. Everything from the meat to the pico was bland. Very unhappy with your service. You were offering buy one get one burrito with a tattoo but refused to give me the discount you promoted all over the internet. I contacted your main office, and they refused to accept your promotion. I had multiple conversations via email, and they would ask me the same questions (where, when, time and amount), which I provided, and you still refused to give me your promotion. I have been to this location dozens of times and to Chipotle 100's of times, but this time was awful. I ordered two chicken bowls with extra chicken and a side of queso and chips and someone must have accidently dumped the salt shaker into the rice or chicken because it was inedible. I tried to contact the store manager, but couldn't reach a live person. When I contacted the customer service via email, a man named Dennis, with the title, Customer Care Coordinator, apologized, but did not offer to reimburse me for my horrible experience. I have never experienced such a rude service in my life! I asked for two burritos, one in a bowl and one as it is. She did not hear me properly and decided to make two burritos in a tortilla wrap. I told her one in a bowl and a tortilla on the side. All of sudden she got made over nothing and dumped the rice in one tortilla to the other and just crushed up my tortilla and threw it on the counter! Lazy workers, they "ran out" of white rice and when a coworker told them to go get it from the back she rolled her eyes then stated they were out of white rice. This location was good a year ago. Now it's just a miss everytime we go. We decided to order in person because the portions have been a hit or miss ordering online. Ambience/service: We walk inside and they're playing loud music. Which is fine, it's normal to play music and vibe, but it was entirely overstimulating not being able to hear a single thing on either end. Having to repeat our orders while the people taking our orders can't hear, vice versa. My fiance got the bottom of the barrel chicken pellets and they didn't offer to add more of the new one before passing it along...so he he had to ask for more. You could tell the workers were over it...probably from rude customers not being able to hear and the music taste. I mean if you're gonna play rap, at least play the good rap! I catered for my son's 16th birthday 10 people at $180 total. when I opened the order at home, there's plenty of condiments, chips, salsa, etc. and very little chicken and steak. I ordered double meat for a reason and this was not enough to feed 10 people. We went back to the store, the manager had the nerve to bring a weight out and weigh the steak. He was rude and I will never order catering from chipotle ever again. Too many other places to choose from that actually care about their customers. Maybe spend less on expensive boxes for the orders and giving out 1000 forks and spoons and actually give meat for tacos. Placed the order through the app, sent my son to pick up and when he got home and we realized there was no steak on the steak bowl or dressing for my salad, I called. Diego who identified as the supervisor said he ran out of dressing "a couple hours ago" and he made the order himself so he's "sure he put steak on the bowl". I was then directed to call 1-800-CHIPOTLE. An outsourced line to India where you reach an agent with the poorest connection possible - I had to end the call twice and call back. This is probably one of the worst chipoltes I have ever been to in my life. For the past THREE times I have been here, there is constantly something out. First time it was cheese. Second time, no lettuce or white rice... like no white rice ? Seriously? Third time, quesadilla machine isn't working. We have tried online ordering a couple times at the smoky hill location and after yesterday I'm done. Only 2 ingredients were correct that they put in the bowl yesterday. Everything else wasn't what we requested. Ordered a burrito bowl with steak, brown rice, black beans, lettuce, cheese. Got steak, white rice, corn and onions, cheese, and sour cream. Totally shows on the receipt on the bag the items that should have been in there had they checked. It was a waste. And we didn't look at it til we were running out the door for sports. I've never been to a more terrible Chipotle. The service is first and foremost, the worst. The food isn't great and I'm scared to know of how poor the quality of food is I ate. Is it cooked all the way? How long has it been out? One of the workers pointed at the guacamole and cheese and quietly told the other worker "that shit looks horrible", laughed, and proceeded to add it to a customer's bowl. The amount of eye rolls, attitude, and cursing that happens amongst the staff behind the counter is extremely awkward, uncomfortable and unprofessional. Especially, when I have my young kids with me and they notice and hear all of it as well. Our order yesterday was put in 30 minutes ahead of time online, and when my husband went to pick it up, the order was nowhere to be found.
