Terrible portioning, terrible customer service, I think they re use their rice. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

Constantly giving half scoops of meat and everything else. Management is rude to their customers.

If I could give zero stars I would. Hands down the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. Mobile order was 20 minutes past estimated time. Lots of people waiting as orders were brought out no one shouted out names so everyone had to walk up to check. Workers in front standing around while 2 people filled mobile orders in back. Got food home missing quest, no labels on burritos so had to guess. Then they were cold! Made 5 minutes before. Tried to call store multiple times no answer. What a miserable experience. Poor management and terrible customer service. I used to love Chipotle... never again. read more

My son asked for a quesadilla the old way which was much better. They said there's no convincing to do it the old way- I'm the manager and I'm not doing it that way. The manager was very disrespectful- her name was Kassandra. The old manager was so nice- Yolanda. The lady checking us out was super sweet. My chicken in my burrito bowl was disgusting. Placed the order at 1940 and and was stated that it would be ready at 1950. The restaurant is really close to my house and it didn't long for me to get there. Went in and looked at the pickup area and didn't see my name on any of the orders. I sat in the waiting area and was finally given my order at 2010. Shrugs, the restaurant was super busy and surprised they gave a 10 minute turn around time. Once I got home, is when the disappointment occurred. I ordered chicken, rice, half and half on the beans, veggies and some other stuff. The rice was under cooked and so were the beans. That just brought the whole taste level down for me. When the rice is tough to bite into and the beans have a fibrous feel to them. I may try them again, but it will be some time before I try again. This location is constantly out of options (chicken/fajitas/steak) and always forget items in a pick up order. This time we tried to walk in and were told we had to order from the app. We did so and the order (2 bowls) still took over an hour to get. Never again. read more

Terrible experience! Literally just went and wasn't busy, but the cashier (Zachary) and other worker (short blonde girl) were too busy talking to help out. Only 1 worker was actually doing anything. We get to the front and the short blonde girl doesn't acknowledge us, but proceeds to make a very packed full burrito for herself. So we wait 5 minutes for her, once she's done, then another employee assists us. They were completely out of everything (no fajitas, no other meat besides chicken, no sour cream). We get our food, but its practically nothing. Like the smallest burritos I've ever seen, nothing like the one the employee made herself. Overall, terrible and not worth the money at all!! read more

We stop in here every once in a while. The food is always good. But today? Who is the manager? Is there a manager? The young African American kid was busting his tail, working hard while the others were standing around doing nothing. It was painful to watch. A young woman manned the register and one guy was prepping food. I counted three others standing around talking while that one young guy got all the orders ready. I ordered from door dash, and I've ordered from here quite a few times where everything came out perfect but this instance the burrito came cold and flavorless. It wasn't the dashers fault, it was definitely a restaurant based error. The burrito was rolled poorly and I could barely keep the burrito together. read more

Good food but this location has gotten our orders wrong for the last 4 times. They need more staff and better management. Bare minimum is at least SOME level of communication, especially when they're out of something and decide to pack up and make the rest of the order without 3 or 4 requested items. Ordered deliver from this Chipotle twice, both times we got the incorrect order. The second time, both orders had the correct labels on the food (our names/orders), but the orders were obviously wrong. After receiving the incorrect order, we called Chipotle and let them know. The man I spoke with said that he had the correct order next to him, and we should be receiving it soon. After 45 minutes, I called back to get an update on the order. I spoke to a lady who when I tried explaining the situation immediately cut me off and informed me that Doordash messes up all the time, and it's not Chipotle's fault, it's Doordashes' fault, and I needed to take it up with them. I tried explaining that the issue wasn't Doordashes fault but their own (they mislabeled the food). This was really difficult as she continued to cut me off mid-sentence and dismiss what I was saying. Really disappointing that they continuously screw stuff up, then throw their partners under the bus -- not to mention, it shouldn't be on me to spend 45 minutes speaking to Doordashes' customer service to get my food. I sent pictures of my food/the mislabeling to their customer service, and explained the angry/unprofessional lady who scolded me on the phone, but never heard back from Chipotle. read more

Great service, good portions, it's just good. One of my new favorite chipotles. Brown rice was actually cooked. As always never hesitate to ask for more portion if they are being skimpy. Cant decide what you want, just ask for taste. Never pressure yourself to hurry up and order. Take your time and enjoy :) read more

My husband and I came in to chipotle after the gym so around 9pm. This location closes at 10. When walking up to the window, the workers are more worried about completing online orders than acknowledging the people who are in front of your face. As we are waiting to order, one of the workers is spraying cleaning products across the countertops, and walls nearby the food and the product is getting all over the tortillas that are laying out in the open and the toppings. We proceeded to turn around and walk out. We made the mistake of going to this location again to give them another chance after the gym and both my husband and I woke up sick to our stomachs from eating their food. We will never be going to this location again. read more

By far the worst Chipotle location I have ever been to. I would rather drive 20 minutes out of my way than come back to this location again. I have given way too many chances and I'm officially done. Between the staff rudeness/attitude, completely running out of ingredients (with no communication to the people standing in line for 30-45 minutes), to-go orders either completely missing or taking 30 min+ after promised time, no refunds for missing online orders (told to take it up with Chipotle Customer Service), lack of staff training on food safety and prep, and just a total lack of overall general customer service. It's a shame because I love Chipotle but I refuse to come back to this location. read more

This place was great. My daughter and I walked in and there was a "Karen" going off on the staff because she just knew the cheese was not going to melt completely in the toaster the gentleman helping her assured her it would but she just kept complaining and finally told him not to worry about it. He continued to help her giving great customer service I am kitchen manager for a large restaurant and I would be grateful too have employees like this gentleman. She asks for the managers name and he gives it to here and she kept arguing with him until she finally paid and let and in a typical "Karen" fashion flips the employees offasshe walks out the door. These employees did nothing wrong and don't deserve to be treated like she treated them. I will be back to this location because of these fine employees. read more

This place is just like any other Chipotle locations. It's prompt, tasty Americanized Mexican food good for all ages! This location is close to my house so I frequent here a lot, and the food never disappoints. I never ate at the restaurant, there mostly for take-out. The staff is quick, but everyone working there seem pretty unhappy to be working there for some reason. I never saw any smiles or anyone actually happy to be working there. The cashier girl seemed a bit more energetic, but the rest of the crew seemed mundane. I would come here if I'm ever in the mood for Chipotle, strictly for take-out, not much else. I always get the steak burrito, brown rice with no beans, pico and hot salsa, lettuce, corn, sour cream and cheese. It's bomb. read more

We went for dinner on a Wednesday night. This was my first visit to this location. We had a BOGO coupon that I got last year from the Farmer's Market. I hadn't been to a Chipotle in years and it wasn't as good as I remembered. It was located on E Smoky Hill Rd/S Himalaya St in Centennial. There was plenty of parking. We both ordered a Bowl (no tortilla). The guacamole on the entree was extra, so we ordered Chips and Guac. The chips were thick and crisp. The guacamole was on the bland side. They offer a Military Discount which keeps my husband coming back. I'd rather go to Rubios. read more

I order here all the time. Order the same thing. This time I had large bits of onion in my brown. My child just had rice beans and cheese yet had corn in her meal. I asked for extra rice and beans. This is what I got. I will never go hear again and am a fool for spending 35 dollars on 3 bowls. I was picking up two doordash orders and the first one got lost and I got no type of communication or help, when i finally asked about the order there was this one kid there and he seemed new and didn't know he was doing and that's fine and all that's on management for not training him well. the second one they just didn't make and they helped like 5 people before me. Also, there's was this hispanic lady who looked like she was in her early or mid 20's, brown hair and seemed like the manager or shift leader i don't know but she was rude as hell, had the biggest attitude, and didn't help me at all. Fix your attitude don't get mad at me cause you didn't want to be there. I don't know if y'all was having a bad day or whatever but baby that's not how you should be running your business. While moving through the line, the employee who portioned out the queso didn't inform me of the price. I asked for the queso topping on the side of my side because my wife and I are sharing and she is vegan. I asked 3 times if the price was $1.30 since that is what the menu said. At no time did they correct me. At the time of check out they charged me $2.25 for a "side" of queso and told me the price of $1.30 is for literally on the salad. I told the same employee that I asked her numerous times. She said the portion scoped onto the salad would be 2 oz and the side container is 4oz. She didnt say anything during my questions. We visited THIS Chipotle after and online order went wrong at the ANOTHER Chipotle (southlands) where we got a burrito that was only Chicken and and tortilla. So I came home and had to go back out, but the chipotle I picked up from in Southlands had a line out the door. Anyway I came here, I ordered another burrito for later because I am fat, and my son ordered his, and they comped my sons, even though it was the other Chipotle that messed up! O.k. I have given this place so many tries. I know they don't or won't respond. They are always out of something. Tonight carne asada. It was on the grill but with one guy on the line and no one cooking it made for an interesting time. Order double carne asada, willing to wait for it to cook. They pull it off and start cutting, the line instead of waiting for the guy to finish starts dishing it up, needless to say my double meat was three extra pieces scooped from the bottom and an attempt to spread it out. What a joke. My boyfriend was lucky to have a piece per taco. Unsat folks, unsat. Get home the rice was even crunchy. Never have I had aldentey rice. First time for everything.
