I went to this chipotle and they were out of fajita peppers, lettuce, cheese, and corn. We had ordered ahead online went to pick it up and when we picked it up they didn't tell us anything about the ingredients being missing. We opened the chipotle with half our ingredients missing and no one even said a thing. Also the portion sizes were very small, and you couldn't even order in the restaurant. Typically all Chipotle's are consistent across the country and we were excited to have another option in the food desert of Chaska, however, this location has never found its stride. Usually the tables aren't cleaned off, their customer service is lacking and we consistently have to ask for bigger portions when we dine in. You can tell alot about a restaurant in the simplest things.for instance if you order chips at a Chipotle you can tell right away what's going on with management how often they change the oil or if they allow stuff to sit in the oil and get burned and change the flavor of the chips. this particular Chipotle has the best flavor chips in town. and everything else they do is spectacular the quality of their food and the quality of service is amazing. A shout out to Marianne and Lindsey for spectacular service at this location. They're so good they should be moved around to show others how it's done if management is listening this would be a good idea because some of the other Chipotles just don't have a clue. read more

This place has the worst costumer service. They never can get an order correct and if you place an order for pick up it is always at least 15 minutes late. The Chaska chipotle is the worst. I've only ordered there three times and every time it was the wrong order or my burrito was made wrong. Today I ordered three burritos for the family and they were only wrapped in foil not explaining which burrito was whose. They should at least mark them a certain way so you don't have to unroll the burrito to find out what's inside. I will never eat at the Chipotle again. read more

As others have posted, they do not actively refill serving trays so if they are out of corn salsa at 6pm during a dinner rush, too bad. I was told they will make more tomorrow morning. Stale chips. Extremely disappointed with Chaska Chipotle mobile order. This is the 4th time I've ordered a Sofritas burrito online only to discover a wad of chicken hidden inside. I even named my orders "vegetarian burrito" in an effort to let staff know I do not want any meat inside my burrito but it has made no difference. Today when in was there at 8:30 they were out of black beans and corn they didnt even tell be before starting they are out of it . Food serving area was not clean. Worst chipotle I've ever been to. Unhelpful employees and INCREDIBLY SLOW. There were four or five people in line in front of us and we waited in line for a good 15 minutes. The store was dirty, and some employees were just on their phones. I never leave 1 star reviews, but the owner needs to be aware of how this store is being run. They were OUT of sour cream and offered no apologies or anything, and we bought chips and after we left we opened the chips and there was less than 1/4 bag of chips in the bottom of the bag .... only a few! I'm giving Chipotle in Chaska, MN 1 star because in the dozen or so times I've been there the restaurant is filthy. It's dirty. No one is cleaning the tables and all of them were dirty. One young man working there, spend over 15 minutes in the men's restroom, then the next one went in there. Took for ever to even acknowledge me even while she was cleaning the counters and using the same rag to clean around the steam table witch is really nasty i watch food go into the steak that wasn't supposed and nasty water from it going into other food should maybe switch rags while cleaning makes customers not want to eat there plus u can get alot of people sick read more

The service was absolutely appalling. We walked in at 10:43 (they open at 10:45) and were told that we had to leave because they weren't open yet. We then made a mistake by staying there and not going to nearby Qudoba instead. We walked back in at 10:45 alongside at least 5 of their employees who walked in from the side door and proceeded to blow a huge vape cloud inside of the restaurant. We then waited 10 minutes to even be helped because they were busy getting the condiments for the food into place (which should be done before costumers walk in) We then ordered and asked for guac which we were denied of because it was not mixed yet. Then when we paid it took 10 minutes for them to get the change because it was still in the back and locked up. The whole experience was pretty terrible to say the least. Not to mention the fact that the employees who had been vaping outside/inside didn't wash their hands when they came back in and also one of the employees (who didn't have gloves on) scratching their armpit and then continuously eating the chips out of the bins. I used to love chipotle but now after this experience, Qudoba will be my go to. read more
