Chipotle is so addicting. This is my local Chipotle and service is usually pretty fast. My only complaint, which has happened at every Chipotle I've ever been to, is that the workers are always so fast to put ingredients on your burrito that they often ruin or come close to ruining mine. For instance, they ask if you want sour cream, while they are already pouring it on. read more

Stopped into this location for a couple of burrito bowls on Saturday afternoon 2/11, my compliments to the management on the terrific staff that was on duty that day. Everyone was so friendly and helpful even though we complicated the order. Every person in the serving line had a wonderful smile and was polite and patient. The shopping center towed my car yesterday when i made a mistake and crossed the street to another business. I shopped somewhere else for 20 minutes. I had my two kids with me. So today was my first time trying Chipotle, right??? A few of my friends have raved about how good this place is, so I definitely went in with high hopes. I ordered the steak bowl w/ lime rice, salsa, cheese & sour cream. This thing was looking good, so I'm practically drooling at the mouth. I'm off work, so why not throw in a margarita too?!? Let's get this party started early, eh?!?! Got to my car & was soooo geeked that I decided to eat it right there on the spot. First bite.... Not too bad.... chewing.... flavor is good..... chewing.... Hmm... still chewing.... Wtf?? This steak is as tough as nails. Maybe I just got one bad piece, right? WRONG! halfway through my meal I determined that this was a lost cause and my jaws were getting tired. I literally had to pull out almost every piece of steak I attempted to eat because it just wasn't happening. It was really a shame too because the flavor was definitely on point!! SMH Chipotle...ordered a vegetarian bowl, no pinto beans because they're cooked in lard or whatever. The server puts in one spoonful of black beans...that's it. Had I asked for Pinto beans too I would have gotten at last that much more. The "free burrito" hullabaloo secretly expired. Oh well, enjoying my rice bowl with black bean condiment. I've resisted Chipotle for a long time. I thought the food was overhyped and overpriced. I just went not too long ago and I have to say, I should eat my words. The tacos were delicious! Still expensive compared to other Mexican restaurants around my neighborhood but it's still a solid meal. read more

Standard Chipotle food as to be expected but with surprisingly fantastic service. Went in for take out the other day and had a super friendly person make my salad. Yelp needs to give a no stars option . I simply asked how long will it be until the chicken that's on the grill is ready , the guy in the back answers with " there's chicken in front of you why do you care how long this will take " are you out of your mind to say that ?? I simply asked because the chicken " in front" of me was down to its last like ten pieces and just like any other human being I wanted the fresh batch off the grill . If I was the manager I would fire that employee so fast . That's a embarrassment to chipotle . I'm still a customer but I will NEVER step foot into this location . Absolute worst chipotle I've been to. The girl that's supposed to be cashiering keeps leaving her station to sweep when there's clearly a line so they have to be calling her back. Told the guy only a little bit of hot sauce and he dumped a whole spoonful in there. This has happen almost every time I've come here. Definitely never coming back. I went to this Chipotle today for lunch and did not have a good experience. I was in line and then people started lining up behind me and there was only ONE person working the line. One employee made the first half of my bowl and then left it by the salsas so someone else could finish it. The cashier was no where in site. I watched an employee come to the front while eating a chip, did not wash his hands and then started taking trays off the line and refill them with no gloves on. Not to mention at this point there were 2 people behind me now. Then I saw two people by the chip fryer in the back. One girl was making the chips and the other employee was standing around next to her eating chips in plain sight. I was still waiting for someone to finish my bowl. The only employee on the line came back to finish my bowl after he started the other two people's orders. Then the cashier finally shows up and rings me up. I also got beans on the side and they never made it in my bag. As I was leaving, I see two people in the back behind the cashier standing around having a full on conversation with each other. I feel bad that only one person was working while 4 other people were being completely useless. Terrible service!! read more

Food was all room temperature, I wouldn't have called it warm. My burrito was about half the size I expected, and clearly did not resemble any of the marketing materials on the walls. It looked like a baseball wrapped in foil. The employees were busy making plans for the weekend and didn't hear half of what my wife and I asked for, so maybe they just misunderstood me and thought I asked for 1/2 a cold burrito. I've been here a couple times, it was pretty standard the first two (which is just a mediocre $10 lunch), but I won't be back after this trip. read more
