Great service and ingredients are always fresh. I always go to this location and have a great experience.

Where do I even begin? This review reflects multiple visits, and I've officially had enough. The only thing consistent about this location is its inconsistency. I keep giving them chances, and unfortunately, because I live downtown and it's a two minute walk, they continue to get my business. Ironically, they would get even more of my business if the experience were better. Customer service is practically nonexistent. You can stand there while multiple employees look directly at you, and not one of them offers a simple "hello" or "we'll be right with you." It genuinely feels like you're inconveniencing them by walking in. On my most recent visit, the cashier had an AirPod in and was on the phone while working. They are also constantly out of basic items (chips, pop, containers). On a previous visit, I ordered a quesadilla, and they were out of the proper container. Fine, that happens. What doesn't make sense is throwing the rice and beans directly into the quesadilla instead of using the small side containers for salsa, which they did in the past. Either they were out of those, too, or the employee simply didn't care. If I wanted everything mashed together, I would've ordered a burrito. Of course, since it's to go, I don't notice until I'm already home, and wasn't walking back, I think they count on that because most people just get the food and go, then don't bother to go back. Which is why when you order from the app there a greater chance the quality of your order/food is going to be poor. This location desperately needs better management, basic customer service training, and some consistency. For the record, I've spent many years in restaurant and retail management so I feel I am more understanding the most. read more

Don't even know where to begin, first of all the ingredient quality at first glance was not great it looked as if the ingredients have been left sitting in the open far longer then they should of, next the service was awful! Not only were things added to my order that I did not order when I asked for it to be corrected the worker half assed picking the stuff off while many people were left waiting, and the other workers just stood there dumfounded. Visited Chipotle today and tried to order online. The online time to receive my order was 30 minutes. So I went in and ordered, which took about 10 minutes. While I was paying, a woman who identified herself as Cleopatra, came in looking for an employee to fight with. Unfortunately, said employee didn't ever work there, but she wasted no time looking for takeout orders to snatch. I think she was upset that the takeout orders were not kept in a location where the public can reach them, much to the chagrin of Cleopatra. Better luck next time, Cleo! My food was great. Portions were great and apart from me taking the rest of honey chicken & being out of vinaigrette they seemed well stocked. Service was good, I honestly could not care less about how bubbly they are, just as long as they are respectful and complete my order well. I used to work at chipotle and it can be tiring. We were just leaving my friends graduation and we wanted to pick up some thing quick and healthy to eat so we looked and there was a chipotle minutes away. There's only street parking, so we were lucky to pull up and find a spot quickly! As we walked in, there were three employees walking around and talking to one another. They were having a conversation and laughing, and yet as we walked up to the register, they stopped their conversation and looked very annoyed! It was as if we impeded on their conversation and messed up their flow! I smiled and asked how the ladies day was, and she replied with, "You want a bowl or a burrito?" Eekk gats! I ordered my burrito bowl end when my boyfriend went to order his he politely asked for an extra spoonful of the fajitas, and the lady literally picked up one piece of bell pepper, and placed it in his salad! Lol Wow. The gentleman helping ring up the food was more polite and talkative. Yet as I went to get my credit card out to pay, his friend walked in, and he walked over to him and had a striking conversation while I was holding my credit card over the machine to pay. Lol , very interesting, but the food was fine, the fajita portion of my burrito bowl were rather spicy, but not a smoothie spice, just pepper spicy, and I don't think I would want to return to this particular chipotle ever again, since we seemed to inconvenience the employees by showing up. I'm only giving them a two star because the food was decent and with Cleveland prices I only paid $10 for my burrito bowl with avocado/guacamole and out here in California that would've been maybe $14! I definitely understand why this location has a lot of crappy reviews. Came into the store and ordered a chicken bowl. The employee who made my food was nice. Gave me everything I needed and went on to help the next customer. When I came time to pay I was standing there for over five minutes cause the girl that was at the register was sweeping the dinning room. Like, I'm glad she was cleaning but when you have multiple people waiting to pay for their food (which was getting cold by now), you can put the broom aside and help the customers. Absolutely ridiculous! The food was good. Paid $8 and change which was FANTASTIC cause I live in NYC and what I got would have been unaffordable. My only complaints tho is 1. Since the food was sitting there while I waited to pay, it did get cold. Plus there was A LOT of sour cream which helped make it cold as well since you guys keep the temp on that WAY too low. And 2. You need to give a bit more chicken. I got a chicken bowl and there wasn't much in there. I think I would probably go back if I had to but this location wouldn't be my first choice. read more

I kindly asked the person taking orders to change his gloves before making mine as I have Celiac Disease (gluten) and he had just made 3 burritos. He says "oh yeah," and I apologize for the inconvenience and he says "you're good I'm supposed to do that anyway," AND PROCEEDS TO ROLL HIS EYES TOWARD THE CUSTOMERS BEHIND ME. My bowl is then half made, just sitting there, while the cashier has no customers to cash out and the guy that took the orders continues making more. 1. There seems to be a complete lack of management and/or anyone in charge. Nothing on the prep line is run efficiently. The people making the orders are also running the register meaning EVERY order requires them to take their gloves off and rewash hands. 2. They constantly run out of product and say NOTHING to the people waiting 10-20 mins in line. 3. There's very little communication at ALL from staff - if any. I haven't been to Chipotle in 14 years, this was my daughter's first time. I don't get the bad reviews AT ALL. It was busy so people definitely do come here. The portions were huge, neither of us could finish our bowl. She did a half steak half chicken mix, I did the Al Pastor. The rice was so good, the pico was super fresh, my meat had just come off the grill. Love that the veggies are so well cooked and soft, but the best was the HEAPING spoonful of sour cream. Drool... all mixed together it was a wonderful combo. The employees were fast and very friendly to all who they were helping as well. Good team they have here. My husband works downtown, I'll tell him to stop by more often, and we'll be back! read more

The store refused to take orders in person and insisted if I wanted to get served I must order online. Sure it took less than 3 mins to do so, but then I got the bowl to eat at home to my surprise the bowl resembles nothing I ordered. Chicken Bowl with Fajitas and all the fixings except for guac and lettuce. I got everything in it EXCEPT the chicken and the fajitas. How can you forget the main ingredient? On top of all that Chipotle website is not working and the Chatbot "PERPPER" didn't work and had to submit through catering the issue which god knows how this is going to go. In the future just avoid this place at all cost. Not worth ruining your night and having to pay for another meal because an employee decided to be careless in their job. read more

My experience with this location delivery has been exceedingly disappointing. Each time I place an order, there is invariably an item missing. On one occasion, I received chicken in my meal despite having ordered a vegetarian option. Most recently, on December 27, 2024, I ordered both an adult meal and a children's meal, but the salad that was supposed to accompany the children's meal was not included. read more

I travel for work and have been to over 20 chipotle locations. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had. I had to wait 20 min for rice and while waiting I took a seat in the dining area. The staff was arguing with each other and another employee was banging stuff around while throwing around cuss words every other word. Everyone was standing around joking around with each other instead of attending or apologizing to customers for the wait. Something I had never seen and definitely surprised me. The floors, tables and even behind the counter were so dirty. I finally paid and went to get my drink and there was no ice in the machine. Absolutely the worst experience ever!!!! I arrived trying to grab dinner for myself and my family 10/21/2024 at 8:30 I arrived and went inside only to be met by the rudest most aggressive young man I have ever encountered. He then informed me that your cooperation Chipotle was not taking any order inside your establishment and that if I anted to eat tonight that I would have to order online only. After that I kindly said thank you and returned to my vehicle to leave. This is the second day in a row that they have pulled this stunt and I'm a very patient person as my wife tells me but this is out of control. I would think twice before placing a catering order here. The steak was omitted from our order. I have spent 30 mins calling Chipotle, talking to a bot, emailing the store. The only solution I was given after paying $25 for delivery and then tipping an additional $35 dollars was that someone would need to pick up or I would need to repurchase to have delivered. Today there were no chips or salad dressing. How do you not have any chips in a chipotle?? If I could give this location a negative 10000 if could. The owner should fire everyone that worked on 4/3/23. I came in for lunch around 11:45 am. The store looked like it wasn't open for business. There was water on the floor and the employees were standing around on their phones. I asked if they were open and no one responded. I proceeded to walk to the counter and asked again. A man finally pulled himself from his phone to come and take my order. The food station was a mess and I noticed the fajita mix was empty. I asked him if they had any ready. He told me no. I love chipotle as a chain, but was disappointed with this location today. They were out of a lot of key ingredients (burrito tortillas, chicken, fajitas, beans, chips) and did not post what they were out of at the beginning of the line. Most frustrating... they had chips on the mobile order line but wouldn't let in store customers order without placing a separate mobile order for it. Service was fast (although not very friendly) and the burrito bowl I got, while not what I wanted originally, was to the chipotle standard I would expect. I understand that there's a staffing shortage, but you can't tell me that someone in corporate doesn't understand that the downtown location is a staple. I've given it one too many chances. Tonight I arrived to find a sign on the door that said "Online only, short staffed." Understandable. I sat in the dining room and created a chipotle account to order a burrito bowl. When they started making my order they ask if it was mine. They told me they didn't have brown rice, fajita veggies, or honey vinaigrettes. She asked if I still wanted my bowl. Reluctantly, I said yes. During the preparation I asked if I could have some queso or chips for inconveniences. She said no bc they were extra. I explained to her briefly that's how customer service works. While waiting for my bowl to be made I observed employees eating chicken from the prep station on the line.
