Went to this McDonald's for breakfast . Im a driver that stops in often. The same out of order signs are on bathrooms for the past month plus. Asked the lady if I could grab tissue while I waited for my order. Came out to the manager yelling at me that I didn't see the sign. And telling me I gotta GET OUT LEAVE . Was unaware this location closed at 11PM. I put in an order at 10:51PM for pick up through the drive thru and got to the restaurant at 11:02PM. The digital menus were shut down. The restaurant was dark, but the app still shows my pickup code like I'm able to get the food. Why would you allow an order to go through that late and process the payment? This was the worst McDonalds experience I've ever had. I arrived to an employee smoking very close to the door. I held my breath to go inside from the parking lot. I was picking up an order and watched 10 people place their order and get their order. I was clearly not a priority even after I spoke to two different employees. I finally got my order and then was able to leave. The employees were not courteous and lady at drive thru did not say hello or thank you or here's your drink or anything. No smile or eye contact, either. I don't go to Mickey D's often, and based on this experience...I would not return. At least my fries were hot! Let me start with the good. The employees try so hard and they are so friendly. McD food is predictable. It's not really good and it's not really bad. The location is convenient. But, the drive through. Two lines to put in your order with the same amount of staff to take money and fill orders. One line is minimalist! No menu for you to look at. Guaranteed you will spend a minimum of ten minutes in the queue watching your precious lunchtime minutes tick away looking at the back end of an SUV. This is one of the busiest McDonald's around. The lady they have at the drive thru is so friendly and outgoing. The staff at the window are also very nice. I often go for lunch and it hasn't always been this way. Today was a good day there. It was super crowded. The lines moved fast and the staff were very nice. After I ordered my food a man in his new Mercedes cut me off. Apparently he was in a rush to get his food. He was very rude. Well I hope he enjoyed my food. Since he messed up the line order he got the wrong order. Hope he liked it, not! But it all worked out. The staff at the window were apologetic. And although I had to wait for my order. The food came out hot and the manager came out and apologized and gave me free apple pies!! That was a nice surprise. It wasn't their fault the jerk cut me off. But they took full responsibility. Let's start by saying the manager had a nasty attitude towards customers were in the lobby. Very rude! She asked why was there customers in the lobby and i said because the door was open and i was there to pick up a order that i placed, then she went to go let someone in that she knew and the other employee that was following her gave them free food and had a whole conversation with them instead of helping her other employees with other orders. An absolute joke. The people that work here do not care at all. If they open at 6 am expect your food at 8pm the next day. This is the 3rd time I've gone to get food from them/door dashed them multiple times early morning on weekends and nothing happens. They're usually out of ice cream. The drive-thru line can take up to an hour. They don't like giving change if it's only coins. They have forgotten about my order after asking me to pull forward, so I had to go inside and try to get the food. The order is usually wrong. The younger people at the drive-thru window usually don't speak at all and when they do it's usually with attitude. The non-teenager employees are much more friendly. There's an employee that goes around cleaning up inside that consistently hits on me and asks for my number. He's polite but persistent and comes up to me multiple times every time he's there, which makes sitting down to eat uncomfortable. read more

Stopped here to change my 6 month old daughters diaper. Usually McDs have really decent baby changing stations. First of all you can feel the mediocrity and the ambiance but we ignored it my husband proceeded to the mens room to change our daughter where he knocked on the only stall to see if a changing station was available when someone responds with a sketchy HELLO so naturally my husband excused himself and started to walk out to wait in the lobby for me when out of nowhere the stranger in the stall responds with "you can come in if you want" (in a calm voice) by this point my husband is beyond confused and continues walking out. Meanwhile I'm waiting in the female restroom for the occupied stall since the first stall has no toilet paper but turns out the woman in the current stall is also in need of toilet paper and doesn't realize I'm in the restroom so doesn't ask for my help not till another woman comes in and the poor girl in the stall finally speaks out "hello can someone please bring me tissues" at this point I'm thinking great I've been waiting on a useless stall but like a Good Samaritan not me the other girl that just walked in runs out to find and employee to replace the toilet paper at this point my hubby overheard and thought is that my wife stuck in a stall so he hands the girl baby wipes like a freakin savior! And I use the vacant stall quickly and leave. At this point back in the lobby with my husband which he told me the stall was occupied so he hasn't been able to change our daughter, at this point we're both waiting for any huge stalls to become vacant just so we can see if a baby changing station is available and let me remind you there was less then 10 customers in this restaurant When we notice the a man casually walk out of the men's restroom after 15mins eating a cheeseburger which my hubby then looks at me baffled and says that man invited me into the stall *winced At this point we decided to leave and change our daughter in the car which was a much more pleasant experience to this day we have no idea if the toilet paper was ever replaced or if any of the restrooms have baby changing stations. read more

This McDonald's is perfectly located right off of the freeway. I went through the driveway (because it was cold) and ordered a simple double cheese burger. I went at around 8pm and found that the staff was friendly and the service, speedy. No complaints here. This review screams "First World Problems"...but until Yelp opens up a site that allows us to review establishments in the "Third World" (can one even still use that term without being offensive?), I guess all of the things about which we gripe will be "First World Problems," won't they? Anyhow, my wife was hungry one evening so we stopped here to grab a bite to eat through the drive-thru. We actually enjoy eating at McDonald's in general and think the food is good (some people will probably find that statement more offensive than the above comments about terminology!), so it's not like this was a bad option. We actually used to stop at this one pretty often on our way home from church when we lived on the East Side and we generally received great service. Unfortunately, tonight was a night on which we received awful service. When we pulled up to the drive-through, the McDonald's employee let loose with this rapid-fire barrage that was presumably supposed to tell us what food wasn't available. I'm a teacher, and I'm used to deciphering...but this was incomprehensible. Of course, when we mistakingly ordered something that was deemed off-limits, we were made to feel like buffoons. After we finally managed to figured out what was available, we ordered and pulled up to the window. You don't need a crystal ball to figure out what happened next--that's right, they got the order partially wrong. One of my wife's Chicken McNuggets even wound up outside of the container. Perhaps it was in a hurry to escape an environment completely void of any sort of concern for the customer, or perhaps they couldn't be bothered to take an extra second to close the container fully. I'll let you be the judge on that one. They also gave her the wrong sauce. I had no idea that "Sweet and Sour" actually means "Barbeque." Why we stopped at this McDonald's instead of driving to the McDonald's on Clark--which consistently provides amazing customer service that surely makes Ray Kroc smile in his grave--is beyond me.
