Oh, and the servers reaching into the container of chips with no gloves after being at a table is unforgivable. The usual Concord disappointment.

They only have the bar area open during late night -which is totally understandable. We were thrilled that they were offering a full menu! The one in Keene doesn't after 10. That being said- We did not like the fajitas. They were not spiced the way we expected fajitas to be spiced. They weren't terrible - Just not what we wanted. Other people in the restaurant were talking earnestly about how much they liked the food... so maybe it was just us... It sounded like we were surrounded by their regular crowd. They had some great beer selections on tap and I happily tried the local favorite Concord Craft Brewings Safe Spaces IPA. So good. The cocktail list also looked quite good. Our waitress was holding court in the way late night pub (Cantina?) waitresses do and she did a great job. We never waited long for anything and she clearly kept a light happy mood for the regulars. Though we couldn't eat in the cells, no one stopped us from going to look at them. So that was fun. No ghosts were seen. Maybe next time.

The restaurant was clean and the staff were friendly. My cali turkey burger came out perfectly cooked and deliciously topped with guac, salsa, chpotle purée and cilantro. Easy ordering via the app as always. This continues to be one of my favorite burgers of all time. It went through a few iterations over the years - the salsa had corn in it for a while (gross), the turkey burger was replaced with a turkey-mushroom burger for a time (yuck), but they went full circle and brought it back to the original. Its the hazards of a rotating menu. I drove over an hour so i could cash in my rewards balance for a free order of fries. The location i used to frequent near one of my company's office locations was turned into an Annas Taqueria which is another brand owned by the same parent company. Now they seem to be down to only Cambridge MA, Concord NH and Portland ME. If im in Concord, I wont hesitate to stop by but the brand is becoming a fading memory unless there is some sort of comeback effort.
