They helped multiple customers and continued to prep food while my order still wasn't out for another 20 minutes. We love Chipotle and have a few near our house. Today while on a road trip we decided to stop at the one on Loudon Road in Concord NH. First the place was disgusting. The two ladies making the food were polite but the lady behind the register was miserable and rude! The place had run out of guacamole, chips and all sauces. Three young boys walked in ordered and the order was 9.33 the young gentleman only had a $10 he tried to pay and the miserable one told him she could only take exact change when he explained that's all he had and didn't own a credit card but that she could keep the 64 cents she told him it would ruin her register and there was nothing she could do. A guest ended up helping the kids so they could still get their order which was already made. We understand exact change but there was a too hard in front of her which she could have made change but instead decided she would be extra annoyed for having patrons. I frequent this location a couple times per month. Chipotle in general is average quick serve. This location is okay. It could easily receive three or four stars if the staff would step out from behind the counter and clean the restaurant and patio. Sitting in the patio and not being able to find a clean table is poor service. Overflowing trash receptacles is a further stain on this establishment. I ordered a couple of burritos two weeks ago from the location on Loudon Rd. in Concord. They were both inedible. Someone had poured cayenne pepper all over both burritos. I enjoy spicy food. It's very unusual for me to find things too spicy hot to eat, but this was bad. The only way I can figure, is someone was playing a prank. A very bad prank in really poor taste. Of course I made every effort to contact a manager, but that was futile. I submitted an email complaint to their corporate office, but never received a reply. I will never go back there. read more

I came in and ordered a chicken bowl. The food itself was alright but I was not particularly impressed with the service and the restaurant as a whole. When i came to the register I pulled out a 20 to pay for my food and was met with a grumpy response of "exact change or card". I've been to other chipotle restaurants in new England, and I've NEVER experienced anything like this one before! The food was fine, but as other reviewers have said, the place was beyond filthy! All 16 of their tables looked as though they hadn't been cleaned all freaking day. Also, when myself and my Dad were literally the only two people in the entire restaurant, not one of the 7 people standing behind the counter bothered to pick up a rag and disinfectant to clean ANY of the tables! Honestly I don't know why I keep coming here because I leave everytime feeling upset and frustrated. My husband, my kid, and I love coming here for the food but the service is GOD AWFUL. I always order online because most of the time I need to be able to do a quick pick up and its 15 min late just about everytime. Its gotten to the point where my husband and I even give them a good ten min before even going in and its still not ready. And when you show any frustration to the staff they give you an attitude. People who come in and order at the counter get their food instantly and I have to wait. Today specifically I went in and waited 26 min after my pick up time and watched about 15 people come and go before I got my food and I was the last one there by the time I got it.They have also left the food out on the counter many times letting it get cold when I could have had it and been on my way if they would put in the bag and put it in the pickup area. I started going to Chipotle just over a year ago because so many people told me the place was great. While the food is ok, the customer service is poor. I started tracking my service about a year ago and here are my results. Over the past approximate 12 months, I have been to three Chipotle's, but mainly Concord. Of the 17 visits where I ordered online, 9 of the orders where wrong, 3 of the orders were lost, the average pick up time was 26 minutes (even when you order over an hour in advance), and one order that was mine was not even close. There is a huge difference between a wrap and a bowl. The Concord store is consistently gross looking with trash over flowing, food all over the counters, and just dirty. I've never seen a more insanely run establishment in my life. Despite the nightmare holiday traffic in Concord, I fought my way to get a burrito to eat when I got home. I walked in to find at least a dozen patrons standing around and eating their food. To my dismay, when I walked up to order my food, I found out it was "online order" only. Why??? People can still eat inside without masks but I can't order what I want in person? Part of the joy of Chipotle is not knowing what you want until it's all in front of you. Why can I sit around and cough and sneeze and spit while I eat but I can't order a simple meal in person. Whoever runs that place has the business sense of a rock and deserves nothing but failure. This establishment is run by morons and almost certainly don't run a clean or efficient establishment. I wouldn't go back to this location, COVID or no COVID, if you held a gun to my head. I feel bad for the staff, but I wish nothing but misery for the owners who are literally watching money walk out the door because of their gross incompetence. We've been many times, but the past 4-5 times have been getting worse and worse. We placed an order online for 3:00. When we arrived at 3, our food wasn't out so we waited 20 minutes for someone to help us. The food was ready... but it was sitting behind the counter because they ran out of queso. The ambiance is friendly, clean, and smells delicious! The long line moved fast, 20 guests and I got my food in 6 minutes. I enjoyed a bowl with brown rice, fajitas, chicken, queso, medium salsa, guac, and lettuce. The flavors were delicous together and the perfect amount of food. While dining in, an employee came out and asked how my food tasted and when I was done, they came back and removed my empty bowl. They have a new promotion where you provide feedback via a survey and you get entered to win free burritos for a year! The cashier and the employee who came out reminded me to provide my feedback. If I could give negative stars I would. The service is deplorable. The staff is too inexperienced to be serving the public. We went last week and they had no clue as to what to do when questions about the food were asked. The employee was going on break and bit into her food behind the counter serving area in plain view. Didn't this company just deal with a health issue in other locations. I asked for a little Guacamole and they dumped a huge pile on my food bowl. I requested less and the guy scooped the excess off my meal and slopped it back into the Guacamole serving container, it was covered in beans and cheese and it all went back into the guacamole. The facility doesn't look like it is finished yet. The area where the ceiling is has not been completed and the untreated rafters are exposed. They still are unfinished and you can see construction dust and spiderwebs forming above. I try to give everyone 5 stars. If you see my other reviews, I rarely give less than 5 and if I feel the need too, I don't and just chalk it upto a bad day at the place of business. In this case it was such a poor experience I gave them the review they deserve. Concord is a small town. Change your staff, finish your building and start over, or you won't make it here. Other reviews are spot on. Came off highway for lunch with my son. Food was so so and not very flavorful. Chips were stale or undercooked and hard. No lime flavor and little salt.
