It's been a bit since I've been here. The food was consistent with what you expect from Chipotle and the staff was nice. I appreciate that Chipotle is very generous with their portions but I feel like the last time I went was excessive. The amount of sour cream was easily the same amount you would buy from the store. I love chipotle I love it so much! I'm always happy when I leave chipotle except whenever I go to this location. This location sucks and it's terrible. Every single time I come here it's a terrible experience. Terrible customer service terrible food terrible everything. I ask for a lot of rice. They give me no rice at all. My points never work here I scan them and then they never show up in my account. I was close by so I came one more time today and was going from one last chance to do something different but no, it's the same old thing with super small portions. I ask for more and they add two more grains of rice make it super complicated. I'm checking out scan my points still not showing my account. The size of my entire bowl is the amount of food that I usually just get with rice at other locations but this location decides they want to give the smallest amount of everything and they're just so rude when they do it I never wanna be complaining about Chipotle, but this location needs to get shut down ASAP. Been a bit since I've been here, haven't had the best experience at this location previously so others have written about. But I've always been a fan of Chipotle, it's fast, it's fresh, it's healthier than most, and usually the value's been good (although sometimes that's hit or miss). When I walked in today it was different, it was after the lunch rush and it was clean, the food looked fresh and stocked, enough for me to notice without looking for it. The ladies that took care of me were generous and friendly, again, more so than previous visits and what I've come to expect. The only surprise was at the end when I checked out and came to find that my double protein burrito was $16 I knew prices had gone up, and I understand that when everything else goes up, Chipotle will too. What I didn't expect was an increase of 30%, which seems considerably more than inflation. Glad to see the experience was better even I'm questioning the value. read more

They were out of the regular salsa, so the staff just dumped all the hottest salsa into my bowl without asking. My wife got three tacos, and the worker didn't even know how to wrap them... she just squeezed them together into a ball and wrapped the foil around it?! Who does that? I couldn't tell who, if anyone, was in charge there... As the staff were taking orders and making food, they kept looking at each other like "what do I do next?"There was a strong vibe of lots of untrained personnel not knowing how to do the job. There was one young lady behind the line who never acknowledged me ...I asked if I could order and she reluctantly moved to start my order..as I went down the line she prepared my order by almost throwing the food into the container...never said a work just frowned and pointed at items.the coat was $18 for a chicken bowl and a drink...you have some nerve charging for that kind of experience...also the portions were extremely small and the chicken was overcooked and dry. I now know why this location only has 1 star. It's horrible. And I'm writing this not after one visit but after countless visits and the only consistent thing is the horrible service. I'm all for a sense of urgency but it feels horrible as a customer to be rushed through the line. The lady today told me my total while I was still near the sauces and there were other customers still in front of me trying to gather their things. This was the most overwhelming experience and it will be a very long time before I come back. The portions these days aren't even worth the expensive price.
