Ordered a side of chips and salsa and the chips came from a large group of prepackaged bags under a heat lamp. For a place that just opened I didn't know what to expect. The food was sub par. The chicken was dry and over cooked. The corn tasted only of onion. They were out of burritos for most people in line then they miraculous appear? Also they were out of mild sauce, guacamole, & salsa. The dinning room looks unfinished. This is an updated review on the customer service at this place, which I had so shamelessly acknowledged in my last. Having brought a lunch, of sorts, but completely forgot a carb, I discussed this with my co-worker who decided to hit up this place. Embracing a similar experience in service, I was blown away by the happy greeting with a smile upon approaching the ordering station. Wow! It didn't end there, the girls behind the counter serviced me the entire time with pleasantness and smiles!! No screaming foreign languages in the background, either! In hindsight, I did complain to the chain in regards to this particular location. It seems they have stepped up their game and took my complaint (they may have had others) to heart. This was the dirtiest restaurant I have ever been in. Tables were filthy and covered with food, floors covered with food and paper, trash cans overflowing, fork container empty and staff oblivious to what needed to be done. Every time I come the people are nice and speedy and the food is great, but the last two times I've come in they have been exceptionally fast and friendly; I'm in and out in under five minutes! I'm quite upset with this Chipotle. I've came here before, but this time ruined it for me. My boyfriend and I ordered to go. Everyone before us received large portions of everything, but when it came to us, it was the complete opposite. My boyfriend ordered a salad with double steak, but he got more like 5 pieces of steak and I still got charged for double steak. Also, he didn't get his guac. I got a bed of rice in what was supposed to be a bowl. read more

I love Chipotle, it took me a while to find the right entree but now that I have discovered barbacoa tacos I can't order anything else. Try this combo barbacoa soft tacos with fajita veg, mild, corn, light on sour cream, cheese and lettuce. I order guac on the side so I can get a little bit on every bite. I do also recommend the salad, but prefer it with chicken. This location is usually pretty fast, my one critique is that frequently the fajita veggies are under cooked which makes them inedible... otherwise everything is fantastic and consistent. read more

I am happy to finally have Chipotle in the area. This one is far better than the Chicopee one and easy enough to access right off the highway. The only bad thing I can say for now is they are a little slow, but considering they have just been open for about 10 days I feel that will improve with time. We had horrible service.. they had no brown rice or mild salsa and gave less than 1/2 a portion of meat for our burritos and when we asked for more they put the same amount on and charged for extra. The employees were not communicating. Will probably never go back to this location, which is sad because I love Chipotle. This location has its act together now. The food is fresh and the pork is organic. They are one of the very few restaurants attempting to become free of Genetically Modified foods and will openly label theirs. Not too keen on the very raw plywood walls which are on the losing side of any attempt to appear trendy -- needs some paint and a graphic please! Revisited this location after a long time and it was give or take up to par with other Chipotles. There is a Moe's nearby so I suspect they had to get it together. Still not the best location, but they actually had food and drinks on my revisit. read more

Such a mediocre experience. I took a burrito with beef and the beef was really fatty. There was a lot of fat on the beef and I actually had to spit some pieces of meat out because its disgusting when you get that mind of chunk of meat. The decorations inside the restaurant are also very bleak and plain. Just an overall average experience, nothing special read more

My first ever Chipotle Grill experience. I was expecting a "Chi-Chi's kind of experienceand was a little surprised at the simplicity of the restaurant and the cafeteria style service... but not unpleasantly so. I found the staff friendly and helpful and the food was in a word.. good. Not a place to celebrate an anniversary, but certainly nicer and quicker than Taco Bell with better food. I'm not a big fan of spicy heat in my food and was very pleased with my results - with a bit of advice from the staff. My three friends and I enjoyed our visit. I tried this place out a few weeks back after hearing nothing but raves about Chipotle Mexican Grill restaurants. Upon entering the building I noticed that the atmosphere was a bit plain. No big deal, I was hungry and was more interested in eating than taking in the scenery. I went up to the counter and checked out the menu board....very limited choices, only a few items. That's ok...White Hut up the road in West Springfield, working out of an ancient liitle cinderblock building decked out with metal stools and a counter, knocks 'em out of the park with only two kinds of hamburgers, fries, onion rings, and canned soda. So this place must do the same with a half dozen listed dishes. The guy behind the counter took my order...very friendly and Jovial...looking good now. Sat down and bit into my beef burrito.....nope. No good. No flavor, meat too tough, very sadly presented. Just not good at all. Rule of thumb, if you are running a restaurant with a simple menu and basic facilites, what your serving better be a winner! Not the case here. A few nights later I picked up a four pack of soft tacos at a local Taco-Bell...cost all of four bucks or so.....and it was delicious! read more

i went to ur rest on halloween nite it was very busy and i have been to many fast food chains but ur staff goes above and beyond they where great the employees all with a smile and the young lady that was i guess the manager could not stop they where all amazing to watch work when i found out how young the manager was i found out her name it is kelsey and i will say i have many companies and i have learned a lesson in 30 min watching ur crew that i am changing things in my company great to improve things for the better u should be very proud of ur managers and staff read more
