Honestly the worst Chipotle I've ever been too. I'm rarely greeted when I enter the building despite there hardly ever being anyone else inside. When they do greet me, they seem upset that I'm there. Morning time seems like the worst time to go if you want decent service. The food is NOT the same as the Chipotles in the Bay Area. It's just not. I've asked several other people who lived in the Bay Area as well and they said it doesn't taste as good either. It's a glorified gringofied subway. It definitely no taqueria. I give props for fresh veggie Ingredients, yet the meat is very bland. No spices added to the meat and definitely feel it could be easily under cooked; overall Gross meat. Going into the place and ordering is the best option. See what your getting and get it hot. Ordering online and picking it up was a total fail. Food was so cold!!! Luckily we were eating at home & could reheat. But who likes hot pico de gallo? Gross. Burrito order seemed decent. The tacos were horrible. Mushy, cold, & stuck to the tin foil. Nothing like a real taco as they were so over filled. Do NOT get the tacos! The bowls are the best deal, especially if you have tortillas at home & can warm up. Oh btw we picked our order up right on time. I have given this chipotle more chances than it deserves. It's Never open on time. Note on door saying opening 1/2 later than original time. There were employees sitting and chatting while a bunch of customers stood outside and waited 5 minutes past their new opening time. One of the patrons knocked on door and they still ignored then about another minute went by and they opened the door with a smirk on his face. No apology or anything! Bad service, they ran out of ingredients such as lettuce but didn't tell you that until the last step of burrito making process, which at that point you feel bad canceling order. Today we were kindly greeted by Brandon when we walked in he was patient and kind taking our food order. The unkind guy at the register was very impatient mind you the store was empty we were the only patron inside. As I waited for my husband to finish his order you can feel William's impatience from his breaths. When we paid we asked if yes could use our chipotle rewards and he aggressively responded with That's NOT HOW IT WORKS! Rather then informing us of the correct method of using the app. After eating I returned to get a cover for my food and William standing at the register doing nothing rudely told me to do down to the counter and get one from the kind kid Brandon the only one working in the store. It's sad when you receive such great service from Brandon but the sour customer service from William can ruin your whole experience. Chipotle Brandon was kind and great with his customer service unlike William who looks like he rolled out bed and walked to work and decided I'm going to be an ass today. The staff in the kitchen were working hard to preparing the meat and definitely being productive employees unlike William. read more

I've gotten chipotle a few times since it's been open and my most recent order prompted this one star review. I ordered a chicken bowl and a Barbacoa bowl and I got two chicken bowls. The barbacoa bowl costs more too. It didn't come with utensils. To top it off the chicken was undercooked. Both my husband and I were sick last night. I was hoping chipotle would be up to standards by now. I was also there the first day it was open and I got my order an hour late. I did not know that actually closing the doors was an option for a chain restaurant like Chipotle. Who is making this decision? Corporate? I came into this Chipotle under the impression that they were going to honor the BOORITO deal in-store. The website was having technical difficulties and wouldn't allow me to use the deal, so after spending about an hour figuring out why it wasn't allowing me to use the deal, I finally gave them a call. I was greeted with an automated message that said the store will honor the deal for in-store orders, since the website was down. So I walked in and started my order, and partially through my order being done, I double checked if the BOORITO deal was being honored and the manager said that actually they just got word that the website was back up so they are not honoring the deal in-store anymore. So I had to cancel my order and attempted to order again online, but the website was still having technical difficulties. I could have went inside and told them that the website was still not working but at that point, I was over it because I spent over an hour trying to order my six dollar burrito. This ruined my Halloween. I just wanted my six dollar BOORITO. read more

I love chipotle as a company but this location has been ruined. Every time I go in I have to wait for the employees to stop cleaning a counter (that is obviously clean), take their sweet time putting on their gloves while talking to their coworkers about nothing before addressing the customer (mind you I'm usually the only one in line). And when they do address the customer they have an attitude! Their Customer service is horrible, with the exception of two employees. They also skimp on the meat. I have never had an issue with chipotle servings but this location has left me with a negative experience. I've been to chipotle all over California. I was excited when I heard the news they were coming to town. However, this is the worst run chipotle ever! I've had takeout twice that was horrific the juices were running everywhere and it looked like it had been slipped messily into the bowl. When I went in person I understood why. They need new management. The workers were just awful. Absolutely no sense of urgency and no attention to detail. 0 customer service. Straight up garbage. It was over $30 for 2 burritos 2 drinks and some chips the the guy tried to short change me $4. On top of that I had the worst rolled burrito in my life. When I opened the aluminum wrapper I could see that my burrito was more crumpled up then actually rolled. The filling was oozing out the sides and was just a huge disappointment. This place was fantastic! Customer service was on point, every employee I dealt with had a great attitude and seemed genuinely happy to be doing their job. This is a crazy time, everyone is stuck at home for the most part because of covid-19, and these people are coming to work and doing their part. I can't believe these horrible reviews. Chipotle has been a favorite of ours when going out of town. Places like this tend to have one thing in common - consistency. You go to a chipotle in a new town, you can expect it to pretty much taste like the one you've had before, right? Not this place. I'm not sure what's up with the flavoring, but the food just legitimately had no flavor. They also got my order wrong. I know it's probably a really challenging time to open a new remote location and properly train employees - but maybe just push back the opening if you can't guarantee a consistent product. It's frustrating for customers and probably for the people working here. I really hope things improve as this location becomes more established. As is - I wouldn't return. read more

Placed an order through the app. Got charged for a side of queso and queso in burrito, and didn't tell us they were in fact out of queso even after picking up our order. We drove back to get said queso and found out they had none. Burrito was half size of a normal chipotle burrito, filled almost all with rice, barely any meat, and they totally forgot shredded cheese. I really wanted to like this location as it just opened in Eureka, is open late, and has a very convenient online ordering system. While the food was very good, I found 2 pieces of red meat in my sofritas bowl. As a vegan this was very upsetting. I would expected a big chain like chipotle to be more careful about the layout of their order counter so that things like this wouldn't happen. The girl at the drive through area was very friendly and nice and service was quick. Just beware if you are a person with allergens as something you didn't order may slip into your food. read more
