Probably the weakest burrito I've ever had from a Chipotle. I usually go to Chipotle 2-3 times a week and I will never come back to this one. I like the salads from Chipotle. I usually order the salad with sofritas, which is a soy product that resembles ground beef. The portion, I feel is adequate for the price. I do like the fact that the food is fresh and spicy. I don't come here very often because it is difficult for my daughter to eat here, mainly because of the spice factor. The guacamole is also very good. I always pay extra to have a big old portion added to the top of my salad. I haven't been to any other Chipotles so I can't compare it to any other. The staff here are fast and from what I've seen they know what their doing! Friendly is another word I can use for the staff here! The food is fresh and very good! They are also very good draining the corn so your tortilla doesn't get all soggy! Here's a tip of you get a bowl and foil wrap ur tortilla you can make it 2 meals instead of just the one Burrito wrap! They have 5 varieties of meat and their veggie wrap ! Don't ask for extra meat bc it's like 3.00 and it's not much! This place is a great healthy place to eat! read more

Just a heads up if you get a kids meal lettuce uses one of your topping choices - yep, lettuce costs extra. I expected guacamole and sour cream to be extra but lettuce??? I thought lettuce, cheese, and salsa were always included. I understand that is my mistake and would have gone 3+ stars on taste alone had the staff not looked at me like I had two heads for being mildly surprised lettuce was not included (other than saying "really?" I just shut up and paid for my extra toppings). Seriously though they could have thrown on some lettuce and said next time you have to pay vs losing a customer. read more

Went to try it out! So glad i walked out without purchasing anything. First, I noticed the small portion of steak, chicken, etc they served per dish. It was a joke! When it was my turn to order the beef looked like it had been sitting there for hours. Nothing could have kept it warm as it was sitting right next to the vegetables. As she was serving,I just told her to stop and walked out! Just looking at their food was a warning to walk away! So many other Mexican places around that I would prefer! read more

The quality of the food at this Chipotle can be good, but is unfortunately inconsistent. As far as meat selections go: the steak is bad, the chicken is ok, the pork is a little better, and I haven't had the barbacoa. The guacamole is alright but lacking flavor, and it is served with chips that aren't even in/under a warmer, and taste stale. Worse, I went here last night for dinner and spent the night with my head in my toilet bowl. I've been to Chipotle at this location at least ten times and this was the first instance of possible food poisoning I've experienced, but I sure won't be back. read more

The worlds slowest chipotle, does not matter if there is one person in line in front of you or a line out there door it always takes forever. The staff is not very friendly or accommodating. The staff is too busy messing around behind the counter to help the customers. There are plenty of chain Mexican places around save time and aggravation and go to one of them. read more

I've really never been a big fan of Mexican food, but I am hooked on this place. They make your meal for you as you walk the counter and choose your ingredients. The white rice is great with cilantro, and the black beans are more 'latin/cuban' than typical mexican. I stay away from the meats because they are way too spicy for me (I prefer mild). The corn salsa (?) is sweet and very good. In the Milford location it is spicy. Not sure why they are different. The portions are huge! The only downside is they play the music a bit too loud. read more

I've been trying to defend this Chipotle but today was just enough. you've only been open for 20 minutes and you chips are STALE no, unacceptable. Also the sour cream look like liquid to the point where the employee mentioned it to the manager cause she didn't think it looked right and he stirred it a little and said it's fine...since when is liquidy sour cream allowed then stuck a spoon in it tasted it, while spill some on himeslef and the floor and said "No that's fine...it's money" it was nasty and had chunks on the sides while also almost empty it looked like they added water to make it last the night before then just took it out again in the morning. That's gross and definitely not fresh food. You would think with all the negative press about the quality of food they would be a little more carefull cause they are on the way to shutting down. read more

Wish i could give no stars. I walked into on my break from a store that is in the same plaza as them. I came in with my mask off my nose as i have a medical condition and i can breath when it is covered. Was told by an employee after i was assked to cover my nose and i told them i have a medical condition and explained that my nose covered is to protect me and my mouth is to protect u. "No its not you need to cover your nose" i am still telling her i have a medical condition and i cant. She Proceeds to walk around chipotle telling everybody about it and that i should cover my nose when i cant. Than doesnt check my out makes another employee check me out and says shes not taking me than says " if i have a problem with it we can go outside" i asked for a manger and explained and all i was told was to order online. Like its my fault i cant cover my nose or i cant breathe. Didnt even make the girl apologizes for threathing me and she her self didnt even apologize for her employees actions. This whole time i am cry because i cant fix my medical problem. Even tho it states in ct mask law that if i cant breath i dont have to where a mask. read more

This Chipotle manages to screw up every time I go. My burrito always falls apart and I have to go up and ask them for a bowl. This location also is more expensive than any other Chipotle I have been to. I believe it is $1.50 more. This location is extremely small with a max capacity of 49 people. Being Chipotle you expect certain kind of food and service. This particular location had the worst service. The lady who made our order missed items that we asked to add. I really like the food and people here. Great value. Fresh and flavorful. And while I have not surveyed many other Chipotle locations, I am surprised at other people's negative reviews of this location. I have likely been here 15+ times over the past few years and have never had a problem. In fact, pretty cool people behind the counter..... and I am normally critical of restaurants. Its likely one of the best options for the speed and price.... I just hope I don't find out some day that the food is not real! read more

My husband and I ride at SoulCycle every Saturday and then stop by Chipotle for a healthy meal.......today it was a disaster! Only 5 people in line in front of us, but 2 new people working there....and only 4 people working in total. We had been in line for 20 minutes+ and some lady walked in and bypassed the line and started ordering from the woman at the cash register......she allowed her, and held our line up more helping her......7 minutes later she was still helping her and taking one of the line workers off of us to help this new woman! I walked up to the front of the line and told the lady that there was a line and we were waiting for 20 min, and the woman at the cash registered rolled her eyes at me and told the other woman to not worry about me, that she could do whatever she wanted to do....She then gave the guy next in line his meal for free (?)...... We were fuming and still hadn't been helped in the line....Then I noticed that the end of her braids were TOUCHING the peoples's food, which is pretty disgusting. When we finally were served, I asked her to pull her hair back so it didn't touch my food and she again rolled her eyes and told me that i was obviously out to get her. I spoke to the manager, Jose, who was very nice and told me that he was short staffed and was in the back cutting meat and trying to keep up with demand and this was as good as he could get. She continued to keep her hair down and as we ate I watched her hair touch almost everyone's food. Disgusting. Not sure we will ever eat there again if she is working. why wouldn't she wear a hair net or be mandated to keep her hair back? read more

I am EXTREMELY unhappy with this location. My boyfriend just came out of there after being completely ignored for 15 minutes while standing in front of the cash register waiting to grab our online order. Every time we come here we stand there without any one acknowledging us whatsoever. I understand they are a fast paced place especially during dinner and certain hours of the afternoon but at other locations we at least get told to hang on. These workers show nothing but rudeness. After waiting 15 minutes and having already paid online, our order had been ready for once and just sat there. I think customers who order before hand should get precedence since the point of online ordering is to have it ready for pick up. If I wanted to wait 15 minutes after I would've just been a walk in customer. Then after another worker gave us the bag the cashier left us standing there for a few minutes without acknowledging that he saw my order was paid for before rudely telling us the receipt machine was broken. Waste of time! I'm not about having my ass kissed but to be completely ignored and spoken to rudely on several occasions makes for the shittiest customer service.
