This Chipotle is one of the better ones I've been to compared to other locations. The staff moves pretty efficiently even when it gets busy (which it definitely can), and the line usually moves fast. The food is what you'd expect -- fresh, customizable, and consistently tasty. That said, portion sizes can be a bit hit or miss, especially when it comes to the meat. Some days you get a solid scoop, other days... not so much. Still, for a quick and easy meal that's reliably satisfying, this location does the job well. I have to actually stop ordering delivery from this place because it's literally a toss-up at this point as to whether I'll get the correct order or one that looks like the person making it gave a single care about quality. Order last night was missing the drink, made totally wrong, and apparently thrown together by someone who was working with mittens on. The consistent errors are so numerous that it's borderline impossible to be correctly refunded by Seamless/Grubhub when this happens. I remember standing in a line that was down the block at their Chestnut Hill location multiple times a week in 2008 because it was so incredibly good. Then, only after they scoop the rice, they tell me they have no steak or chicken, so they give me a half a scoop of Carnitas instead. All in all, the bowl was nothing but lettuce and rice. Shockingly bad! I travel for work and go to Chipotle a few times a week. First time and last time visiting this location. I was waiting for my mobile order 40 minutes past its due date. The bowl was thrown together so poorly with really bad portion sizes i.e. no meat. The service was so bad! No order to mobile line or the walk in line. They ran out of chicken and put the customer line to a halt. Employees arguing with each other on who is going to make more chicken while the customers wait. Awkward. Filthy tables. I've been a customer pretty regularly for the past 5 years. But just recently, it's gone downhill. The workers clearly don't want to be there. They're too lazy to put the to-go orders on the to-go shelf and keep them behind the counter. The whole point of ordering online was the skip the line but they blatantly ignore you when you're waiting to pickup your online order. Multiple times I've received my order wrong. They either forget something or they mix every meat together and throw it into a burrito and expect you not the realize. The service is awful. The only person that greets you is the first person who asks what would you like. Other than that, the unfriendliest crew. On top of that, the restaurant is filthy. I hadn't been to Chipotle (any Chipotle, anywhere) in at least 5 years. My daughter raved about this Chipotle and she is a very picky eater! We went yesterday afternoon and wow--delicious! The restaurant was packed and still, the staff were lovely, quick and attentive. We each ordered bowls. Mine was chicken, black beans, rice and all of the toppings. Hers was just chicken, cheese and rice. I couldn't believe the generous portions and even more importantly, the quality of the food. Truly great. I highly recommend! read more

I have been to this specific location probably 40 times in the past 3 years and it's been acceptable/good service. I don't want to simply suggest people go here. I want to encourage the company to reward what I saw on the 8:25pm shift today (6/15/2021) They were not only slinging complicated online orders while serving guests, they had a rhythm and determination that they are not getting properly paid or tipped for. First, the place is filthy. Even though it is 9 pm, there's no excuse for food on the floor and the counter where they are preparing the food was a mess. They also were out of almost everything and had turned off the grills an hour before closing. Nobody's orders were being fulfilled correctly...no meat, no sour cream, no chips.
