It's worth a drive to Chipotle if you're craving quality service and ingredients. I'm relatively new to the Chipotle scene, having only had my first burrito a few years ago. I recommend ordering online for easy pickup without waiting. Right off Route 84 in Fishkill this Chipotle is convenient for grab and go when venturing out on a trip east or west. I've recently switched to burrito bowls to get more food at once that I can also save for later. Less messy than the traditional burrito. Pro tip: order a bowl and order a tortilla wrap to go (as a side) and make your own burrito. My only issue with Fishkill Chipotle overall, when compared to others I've been to, is their meat portions. Ordering any meat usually is one small scoop (I'd guess like 1/3 cup) so I'm forced to always get "double meat" to feel like my meal isn't bloated with just beans and rice. The meal adds up quickly in price if you're ordering more than one or grab chips and drinks too. Danbury Mall and Kingston Chipotles, by comparison, always offer much larger portions of single meat servings. It's happened so often that it's just expected and we always get double meat servings without question. During Covid-19, we recently placed an online order that was scheduled for pickup at 6:15pm. We placed the order at 5:55pm and arrived at 6:15pm as planned. There were dozens of orders in bags sitting inside on the unused dining tables, waiting for others to grab and leave. Unfortunately, our food was lukewarm at best and the guacamole had already started to turn brown on the sides. The order couldn't have been sitting for more than 10 mins, and although it was customized perfectly, somehow the ingredients weren't warm/fresh. I say this because I've gotten takeout many times from here, and trekked it back to Poughkeepsie. Even with a 15 minute car ride, our food is always hot and fresh. One bad meal won't stop me from returning, but $43 bill for two bowls, chips, queso, and two mineral waters... I expect better. read more

This restaurant location gets one star from me only because yelp would not let me post my comment without doing so. The manager and one staff member were extremely rude to my son and I. We simply ask if we could have a little less cheese and more chicken on two chicken quesadilla meals and the woman snatched the cheese off of one and still tried to wrap the second one without snatching (lol) the cheese off the second one and adding more chicken. The manager then ignored me when I ask for a small guacamole. I ask her again politely for a guacamole and chips and again I was ignored and unsure if she even heard me. She then made the small guacamole and never acknowledged me. I can't tell you how dismissive and extremely frustrating this experience was. Came here for a lunch at 11:30am before an appointment. They must have just opened because they were not prepared. They were slicing and dicing. Person in front of me wanted the sautéed peppers and he was told they don't have that prepared yet. Umm either get there earlier or get there earlier. You should be ready when you open your doors. They also had a sour cream tray in the holder to serve that was definitely from the previous day so I asked the server to switch it out which he did. The food was okay. First-please check my history because I don't leave 1-star reviews. But we just had such a bad experience at this Chipotle-which is a shame because we love Chipotle! At 7:00 on a Saturday night: Dining room dirty, out of fajita veggies, out of fountain ice (so we didn't have drinks), no napkins, ALL tables dirty, garbages overflowing, bathrooms dirty, and the staff was wasting time chatting with each other while there was a dinner line out the door. We've had much better experiences at Chipotle's and we know this one can do better too! Update: Chipotle management reached out to ask me to fill out an online survey regarding our bad experience at their restaurant. I did so. If I could give 0 stars I would. I have never received such horrible service that I feel obligated to write a review. I went to chipotle today. Ordered double protein. Got home to eat, to find 3 bites of meat in my food. I wish I was exaggerating. $20 for a bowl to have 3 bites of meat. It would be understandable if I hadn't ordered double protein but that's not the case. Normally I am very understanding when it comes to fast food because I understand customers can be snarky and you have a bad day, but who has the money to be paying that price to not even be satisfied! This is not the first time I am having this experience. I come here at least once a week and always excuse it. Today was ridiculous. I am only 120 lbs and I wasn't even satisfied. If you order online you will always have to speak to customer service because there will always something missing. The counter tops are mostly clean, the staff is super friendly, and when the lettuce, rice, and guac were cleared out when I placed my order tonight they got fresh batches. My first poor experience at a Chipotle. Could not add my tortillas to my order, my BDay quac was like asking for the gatekeeper, whom English is a second language to give up her first born. The order was done in perfect timing and I went to my vehicle to chow down. I pulled out my burrito bowl and a stream of liquid poured out onto my pants and jacket. I was so upset I couldn't even enjoy my medal. At least they did include my birthday chips and quac.... The whole experience was very frustrating especially having come to know Chipotle's working. Chipotle is by far one of my favorite places, and I must express my dissatisfaction with the recent decline in the quality of my orders. On approximately 75% of occasions, my mobile order is either incorrect or delayed. During these instances, there is often only one employee responsible for the entire order, resulting in significant delays. I have waited between 10 and 40 minutes after the designated completion time. During these delays, I have observed employees engaging in excessive conversation or goofing around in the back of the restaurant. If you are coming here, my best recommendation would be to go inside and order due to you being able to actually watch and see your order being made. Something needs to be fixed here. read more

We went to Fishkill NY store. Ordered the bowl with chicken. Wanted some guacamole on top. They ran out and pulled another from the storage refrigerator. The guacamole was brown on top like it gets when it sits around and you forget to put lemon juice on to keep it fresh and green. I decided to skip the guacamole this time. Expensive for what you get. Store is dirty. No one wipes the tables down between customers. Needs a good cleaning. In fact they need to staff the serving and prep line with more personnel. That way they can keep things rotated through and replenish when needed instead of relying on one poor worker doing all of the work. read more

This is the worst chipotle ever. They are always out of food and the service is horribly slow. The manager running the floor is always having side conversations instead of keeping the line and flow of customers moving. I plan on reporting to the corporate office and leaving a review on better business bureau. There needs to be another food provider in this location. This service is below sub-standard. They literally have one persons making meals while the line is out the door. If there is a capacity problem and they need to hire more employees for peak hours then they need to do that. I don't get how this franchise is still profitable. Also after reading through several reviews and seeing the generic response to click on a link so they can follow up directly is pretty preposterous when nothing has changed at this location in months. Last two times here I ordered the brisket, which at $14+ is several dollars more than any other meat, and I did not get my money's worth. Noticeably skimping on the meat. I got hardly any sour cream or cheese, weirdly. Just a few measly peppers (they were running out so I assume they were trying to make it stretch). Plenty of black beans and corn filler though. I didn't see the brisket price posted, which they should do. One time recently they ruptured my burrito while rolling it and just immediately dumped it onto another burrito to double wrap it. Now, their wraps are 320 calories each. Who wants 640 calories of tortilla? I just went to the gym. I asked them not to do that so they unceremoniously dumped the contents into a new wrap. My poor abused burrito. This place is a mess everywhere. Doors are broken. Entrance is highly slippery when wet. Can't believe I'm leaving a bad review for a Chipotle but sorry, this location is not up to standards. There is always low or no inventory on food items after you wait in an epically slow line and now with $14 bowl leaving me still hungry, I will go to the local small business Mexican place instead. read more

It's so fun to know that the staff thinks it's so cute to bully and harass people That girl was doing a great job under pressure, so I would like to know why the others decided to blatantly make fun of her within open view of the customers?? It's almost like a team is supposed to work together but idk, maybe that's just me. So if you were planning on eating here, be aware it might be some stink attitude that gets on your food if the wrong person makes it. If you were going to apply here, don't. Do not order from here. I do not put bad reviews because I ran businesses of my own and I know how hard it is to run a business. But this is long overdue. This year we ordered several times from here. Every time, without fail, they messed up the order. First they did not deliver any food and charged my card twice. Next time they delivered 2 hours late and missed 1 item. The 3rd time they again missed 2 items. Today after 1 hour late they delivered the wrong food and missed 1 item. If you call, it goes to a long queue only to get disconnected and the one time I managed to connect with someone they said it was DoorDash's fault but will give me a free meal anytime I go. I went and of course nothing like that happened. I know I will never order from here again. I suggest you never order from here. The food that we did get was good like any Chipotle. Choosing this for dinner on Tuesday evening was not a good choice. There were several food items missing in order to get my regular and best order. I was buying for 3 people in the household and this location did not have, corn, carnitas, steak, fajitas and the guacamole was browned. So all of my orders did not get all of desired toppings and one order had to change to a different protein since there was no carnitas. There were people ahead of me just standing in the way as they waited for the steak to come out. I was told that there would be no carnitas coming out so I also had to wait for the steak since one order was originally a steak burrito and one of the other orders was changed to steak since there was no carnitas in sight.
