Was excited for this new location to open. Got a burrito with steak, brown rice, tomatoes, guacamole, cheese, and lettuce. Steak and rice were ice cold and the tomatoes had actual chunks of ice in them - some of the pieces were frozen together. Guacamole tasted days old. Soda machine was completely out of service. Cashier didn't know how to use the POS system. Floor had trash on it. Gross experience overall, which is really surprising considering this is a brand new store in a great location for a well known chain. read more

I made a mistake and placed an online order for this location as the pick up location, when I was out of town in another state. I reached out to customer support requesting a refund and provided evidence of my order. They responded in less than 24hrs and granted my refund. Not very happy with this location. A staff member was rolling her eyes at the customer in front of us for asking a question. She had a very poor attitude toward everyone else in line as well. They were not very organized or attentive. Orders were getting mixed up. The tables were dirty and the soda area was out of lids(again). The food was ok, but not worth the hassle. I try to avoid this location because of the small portions but we stopped by out of convenience. We've had problems in the past with their chips mainly being soggy so I always taste them before I leave. Again a few were soggy but also looked and tasted burned. I shared this with the cashier and she responded that the batch was cooked at the same time. I stepped away to let my girls taste them and they had the same response. The cashier was off wiping the tables when I told her I wanted to try another bag just in case there were some good ones somewhere and she did not come back over. At this point I asked for the manager and he didn't seem to really address the issue or tell his employee how rude she was behaving. I requested a refund but that's it for me. read more

The food was fine but my real complaint was the staff. I was dining there last night and a woman started sweeping under and around the table I was eating at. I asked her nicely if she could wait until I was done, to which she responded "Oh, ok"... and then proceeded to ignore our conversation and continue to sweep directly under where I was eating. They have never NOT ripped my burrito, everytime i ask for anything extra they always forget and i have to ask 3/4 times (side of something, tortilla on the side, salad dressing, chips, etc.) Their employees are always distracted and on their phones and have music blasting in the back, which i don't mind except it's affecting their work and my meal. I've been going here since this location has opened since i live right by it, but now i'm just going to drive a couple extra miles and go to an actual functioning chipotle in Olney. read more

I've been to this chipotle a number of times and while I do love chipotle this location has left me unsatisfied a good number of times. For starters, the employees don't seem to care about good service or doing their job in a time efficient manner. There have been times I'm the only one in line and the workers (whom job it is to take my order) stood in the back ignoring my presence for an unprecedented amount of time while I patiently waited for them. Then when they did come to take my order, it was as if my service was a nuisance to them. Just poor customer service at this location. This is the slowest chipotle I have ever been to. The line is long at lunch time and the wait is more than 30 minutes.

The worker took the time to mix my burrito so everything was nice and blended. It was very much appreciated!!

Yikes! This chipotle hands down has some of the worst service I've ever seen. The staff is unfriendly, barely makes any eye contact with you. They act like it is the biggest burden in the world that there are customers. Make it seem like if they give you actual portions, it will come out of their paychecks. This chipotle is simply horrible. The guacamole is mush and old, the chips are stale, and the meat is fatty and disgusting. The teenagers working there have no management and act consistently unprofessional. For example, I've had them argue about who was going to make my burrito before. When someone finally did, they left me to argue about who was going to ring me up. Disgusting and horrible experience. Where's the manager? This establishment is damn near brand new... It is rather small for a Chipotle in brand new fresh area! I order my food for pick-up on the chipotle.com app and it's always ready in time because from 12-1 Monday -Friday it's jumping! It's a "typical" Chipotle..."can I please have some more meat I didn't order a child size portion!" Then you get you get a typical "$2.50 extra or that's the most I can give!" *rolls eyes* However the customer service makes up for it they are pretty nice and it's clean in here! read more

Good food. The service was acceptably fast and pleasant. The wait was a little long owing to a fundraiser going on the night my family and I ate there. One of the worst Chipotles I have ever been to. I went to this Chipotle ten times and only twice was the rice cooked well. I repeatedly came back giving this place a chance hoping that it would be better. However, it gets worse each time I visit. The workers are unfriendly, and they give the smallest servings of food. Last time I went, the burrito was smaller than the palm of my hand. I ask for double white rice, and the worker only gave me one spoon. The vegetables aren't fresh, and the rice is always undercooked. I don't think I'll ever come back to this place. read more

The service in this Chipotle is so random. You never know what you will get. Some days the bowl is half full, some days over flowing. Chicken is sometimes burnt. Place could use a really good manager to get things in order. read more

This Chipotle is the WORST one ever. I had an online order and when I went to pick it up it hadn't even been made yet (even though I came 5 min past the pickup time) - no big deal, except there was no line. It took 10 more min to make 2 burrito bowls and after I see my order getting slooooowly bagged, I see the guy working the food line dancing while slowly making another order. There were a total of 3 high schoolers working the line/cash register so this is ridiculous and unacceptable. To top it off, the food was cold and was so bland tasting (meat was barely room temp) and each bowl was scarce, not even close to filling up to the top of the bowl or comparing to the standard amount every other Chipotle gives you. It really comes down to a lack of discipline and order for these lazy workers. Later, my sister got home and saw me eating chipotle and slowly asks which one did you go to? When I say Fulton she says "Oh yeah that one is the worst one, I should have told you to never ever go there" (just like every other review on this page). read more

We make a large lunch order from this Chipotle every week. They are friendly and for the most part accurate and always have our order ready on time. This Chipotle has only been open for 6 months, I have noticed a big change in the past few months! The manager does seem to try really hard! We will continue to order! read more

Pretty decent all things considered. Nothing to right home about and usually a really short wait.

I frequent Chiplote, but this location needs better management. The staff is super young and look miserable most of the time. It's clear that either turnover is high or I come when all the new people are working because the line doesn't move like it does at other locations and they don't talk to each other. Today, my bowl was completed and was sitting on the line for what seemed like forever because the person who finished it didn't tell the person working at the register that it was done. The person working at the register didn't even bother to see what else was coming. I let it sit there just to see how long it would take them to figure it out. Answer: too long. There is almost always something off with one of the foods...this time the chicken wasn't very flavorful and it was dry. I really want this place to be better because it's on my way home from work and it's super convenient. Please fix this!! read more
