I had a total of 5 pieces of meat so far and some of it was edible. I had to spit out the meat due to its rubbery texture to say the least. It's not the first time I came across some rubbery meat, but it made me come to the conclusion that they need to serious consider where they get their meat from. I cannot be the only person who questioned the quality of this place. The Queso was bad too. Not sure where they got the cheese from but it's bad. The Guac was bad too. This food was a bad dream...seriously. I was unable to get a full refund because DoorDash was down and I couldn't talk to customer service. To the owners of this establishment, I beg you to change your food vendors. As I approached this business, I found the outside to be clean and the landscaping was pleasant. After entering, I was immediately faced with a bunch of kiosks for customers to place their orders. To me, this just shows me a business that is trying to reduce their customer service by not hiring cashiers and making the customer perform the cashier's job with no cost benefit to the customer. The quality of the service?...I haven't received any yet. Tipping BEFORE any experience is ridiculous and presumptuous. To me, tipping is a way for the customer to show that they are satisfied (or highly satisfied) with the experience they have had AFTER they have had it. In fact, I did not see anyone cleaning anything inside during my entire visit. Even more disturbing was the lack of friendliness of the employees. I kid you not, there were about a dozen people working here during my visit and I did not see a single employee crack a smile...not for anyone. While leaving, I decided to order their Chocolate Blackout Pudding Shake. After getting back to my hotel with this for dessert, I only had a few spoonfuls. Again, this tasted weird. I ended up throwing out 90% of it because it just wasn't very tasty. In total, I spent over $33, which is a ridiculously high cost for one fast food meal. In comparison with my favorite fast food restaurant, In-N-Out (primarily in the western U.S.), I can get a similar meal at In-N-Out for about HALF the cost. I don't know about you, but if I pay substantially more I expect a substantially better experience. I hope that the other Shake Shack businesses don't operate like this one; This was NOT a worthwhile experience, especially considering the cost.

Meh; the enchiladas were just fine, the rice was brownish in color (we're used to orange Spanish rice), the black beans didn't have a lot of flavor and refried beans are refried beans - hard to mess that up. My girlfriend got chile relleno and she was taken aback a bit that it had shredded chicken and onion in it (usually it just has cheese). She also pointed out that this was a Mexican restaurant, but there were no albondigas, no molè, no sopes, no guacamole nor sour cream anywhere in sight. And I pointed out no pictures of Vicente Fernández on the walls either. But what was good were the chips and salsa we had to munch on while waiting for our entrees - that I can recommend; good salsa. Three stars is the best I can do. Personally, we tried it, and we didn't find the experience that great where we need to go back again.
