This location honestly has so many issues. I always get my orders barely filled. The workers are rushing because they are always severely understaffed and cannot manage to make orders during rush hours. They're also consistently missing ingredients because they don't have the staff to cook. When ordering on their website today, I waited an hour for my delivery and they just cancelled the order after an hour of me waiting. They also provided no explanation as to why it happened. This chipotle has to be the most disgusting tasting chipotle. I'm not sure why, but chipotle should roughly taste the same in every location. I will start by saying the person who made my online order must have been overworked or just miserable. The food was packaged separately on the bowl not all over like most chipotle restaurants. For example, the guac was on one corner of my bowl, the corn right next to it, then the cheese, everything was in sections not spread out throughout the bowl. The 5 pieces of chicken were ridiculous, and the order was made incorrectly. The chips were drenched in oil and had a plastic like texture (not crunchy at all). I just have two gripes about this Chipotle. One, the way they distribute ingredients. Sometimes my burrito bowl only has cheese on one side, sour cream in a corner, meat on the opposite side, lettuce on half the bowl. Sometimes I get a skimpy bowl with not enough food in it. A couple times I was able to see the bottom of the bowl. My other gripe is that ordering online is never faster than coming and ordering in person.
